Working with Brandon Enos was hands down the best car sales man I have ever worked with. (I have bought cars from Ford, VW, Jeep, Subaru and Honda.)Brandon was attentive and caring. He listened very well and worked tooth and nail to get the deal that worked with my budget.Brandon s Manager, Shane, was great as well.Super company to buy a car from!If you are in the market for a new or used car do not pass go, do not collect $200, go to Leith Toyota and ask for Brandon Enos. Seriously! You will be happy you did!!

My salesman was Daniel Sanchez that sold me my new RAV4. He was awesome in helping me find the vehicle I wanted with certain features , colors etc. I was a little picky and he had the patience to help get what I wanted in a vehicle. A very polite, knowledgeable, patient young man. I wish him best of luck and appreciate how he helped me without any pressure . If you re looking a vehicle I highly recommend seeing Daniel!

I had by far the best car buying experience here! Adrian was exceptional! He wasn't salesy or pushy, but gave me good professional advice catered to my specific situation. Through his guidance and ability to serve well I was able to get a brand new car that matched perfectly to my desired preferences and expected needs. We spent about 6 hours getting the best deal because I am always thorough when it comes to these things! Adrian displayed great patience acknowledging the importance of my input. Everyone here was willing to help! I enjoyed the catering atmosphere! If you go ask for Adrian McCrae! He is great!

Leith was by far the best dealership we worked with in Raleigh. We wanted a very specific 4Runner and were not able to find one locally so Kyra, our wonderful sales associate was able to find the exact one we wanted and traded another dealership and got the car here in under two weeks. The entire staff was great to work with, answered any questions, and never tried to lead us in the wrong direction or take advantage of us as first time car buyers. Highly recommend and would do business here in the future!

Jessica Rice, Abdul Ali and Solomon Dunston were the Dream team to work with. This was the first non carmax car I ve bought and I was nervous about going into a dealership since I ve heard all kinds of horror stories, but after doing research on the car I wanted and working with Jessica over the phone and email I felt comfortable working with Lieth Toyota. Jessica was extremely patient and willing to work with me to make sure I got what I wanted, she listened and didn t give me the run around like others. Ali was my sales rep, he was extremely informative and professional, he even helped me set up my car with the App! Solomon the Finance manager never made me feel pressured into a decision and made my experience super easy. 10/10 would recommend!

We are extremely happy with our new Grand Highlander Hybrid. Throughout the process, Leith Toyota was an excellent partner in getting us get the car that we wanted. Mitch Williams was especially helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Toyota models and very patient. He listened to our concerns and had a good sense of what we wanted. He helped us to quickly find the perfect car. His support didn't stop after we signed the papers. He is still actively helping us get accustomed to the new electronics/media systems (which is all new to us since this is our first new car in 12 years). The whole Leith team has been great including Brandon Hales in the Finance office. Also, a special shout out to Igor who helped us understand the new features of the car so we could safely drive it home. If you want a new car, and want information, support and no hassle, go to Leith Toyota in Raleigh and ask for Mitch.

We had such a great experience working with Joe. From coming to the dealership to see the vehicle to driving off the lot, Joe was a great partner and stayed hand in hand with us throughout the entire transaction. He was knowledgeable, responsive and fair. He considered our needs and helped make it happen. He never made us feel pressured or pushy and trusted his expertise. We are so happy with our vehicle and would absolutely consider working with Joe and Leith Toyota again. Thank you!

Karim was super helpful in the purchase of our new truck! He was patient, always provided the info we were looking for, and walked us through the entire process from test drive to drive away in a little less than 3 hours total at Leith Toyota. If you re looking for a no pressure buying experience with a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson, Karim and Leith made for a great combo!

My husband and I visited the Toyota showroom in Raleigh. We received very good service, the choice was large, I even got a little confused. Yurii provided us with all the information, told us about various advantages, we did a good test drive and our choice stopped at Camry. We drove home immediately in a new car. I just bought my third new car from Leith Toyota. I bought my first car in 2017, my second car in 2019 because there were new electronic features, and my third car a week ago in December 2023. I continue to return to Leith Toyota because I truly trust them to give me the best car that fits my needs, the best deal on trade-in and financing, and excellent service for as long as I own the car. In these last six years, I have never been disappointed. They are a terrific Toyota dealership and service company where you can trust the individuals who are helping you to do their best.

Maria did a great job taking me and my parents around to look at their RAV4 stock. She was patient, informative and thorough. At first I had my guard up expecting some games to be played, but it turned into a pleasant buying experience, or at least as pleasant as 40 signatures can be. Rolled off the lot in my first choice.I knock one star off because whatever tire gloss they used splattered all over my car while driving after my purchase (see pictures) and I had to return to the dealership soon after to get it cleaned off. The general sentiment among the staff was, "Yeah that sometimes happens." I was expecting them to be surprised by an anomaly, but it seemed like a fairly normal thing to them.I'm sure they want their customers feeling good driving in their new car, and I certainly didn't feel good once my friends noticed all of the spots on my freshly detailed car. I didn't even know what it was until a friend of mine who's worked at dealerships before said, "That's cheap tire gloss slinging." An unnecessary negative to an otherwise good car buying experience.So I'll recommend Leith Toyota, but find out what they're applying to your tires while you're signing your paperwork and refuse it if possible.

Great Customer Service. Carter B. The Service Rep assigned to me was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, super polite, and explained everything. The location is very convenient. It wasn t as crowded today so my waiting time wasn t bad at all. Spacious and well lighted waiting area plus an assigned enclosed space for kids with their own tv plus toys/books. They also have 2 large free coffee/Tea/Chocolate machines plus filtered water. Snack vending machine and 2 soda machines. I do miss the butter popcorn though

Jamar was great! Very easy to get along with and made the process smooth even though it took hours to make the deal work for both side. He never pressured us or made us feel forced into anything. I would recommend asking for him if your looking for a new Toyota!

I came in about two weeks ago and bought a Highlander XLE from Jeff. The process was very easy and my experience was great! Any questions I had he answered them and even stayed after hours to make sure my deal was done. This is definitely a 5 star dealership and they are lucky to have Jeff on board!

You cannot go wrong with Ali! He genuinely cares for the customer as a person. He respected my budget, my time and only showed me what would make me happy. He sold a car to my neighbor and then me, and I ve already told more people about him. If you go to Leith, ask for Ali! He s the best!

Ernesto and Joshua were fantastic to work with. Ernesto made sure to make me feel comfortable as a first time buyer, with his help i was able to find a car i liked almost instantly. Joshua was very knowledgeable and helped explain the paper work in detail to get a good understanding of everything. highly recommend requesting them for when going in. :)

I want to start off by saying this was my first time purchasing a car. Our salesman Phillip Cochran was amazing. He welcomed my family and I in with open arms and made us feel so comfortable. He was not pushy or rude. Phillip was knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. His communication skills were excellent and he treated us so kindly. I rarely write reviews for any of the goods or services I receive. I have purchased a number of cars over the years and have never given a review. My buying experience at Leith is an exception because salesman John Choe went above and beyond so that the transaction was very smooth. He took the time to go over the car with me and all of its features. He made sure that I could use all of the smart features and technical aspects of the car. He demonstrated outstanding product knowledge.His passion for his job is easy to recognize. I felt he had my best interests in mind. He was not pushy or aggressive. Rather, he helped me make an informed decision. I cannot think of any other car buying experience where I felt that the salesman and I were partners in helping me make the best decision for me and my family. I highly recommend working with John to buy your next vehicle!

We recently purchased a 2024 RAV4 (MyRAVA) at Leith Toyota on Capital Boulevard. The only thing we can say about the whole experience from start to finish is WOW!! Everyone was just great to work with, specifically Marvin our salesperson! Marvin is very a diligent, knowledgeable and friendly young man!! He made the entire process easy to understand. He answered all our questions and walked through every step with us. He literally made our car buying experience, even though a lengthy process, a very pleasant and enjoyable one. If you are in the market to buy a Toyota definitely go with Maria Posada. We were looking for a vehicle and it may be intimidating, But Maria helped through the whole process and made it extremely easy and comfortable. Daniel Sanchez. Look for the man! Helped me out on my lease buy out and let me tell ya, it was smooth! Courteous, kind, levels with ya, gives you up front, no B.S. pricing. Solomon too from finance did excellent! Definitely made a good choice picking this dealership to buy out my lease. 11/10 would come back for a Tundra. Maybe. Gotta ask the wife first lol
