I have a Maserati that I bought from Leith Maserati. I'm pretty happy with it, but I'm more happy with the service I've gotten since buying the car. Morgan, the service advisor, was awesome in explaining the process to me and did a wonderful job in communicating with me at every step of the process. I can't say the same for other places in the area.Also, Glenn did a wonderful job in ensuring the buying process went smoothly and was very attentive to detail when it came to the inspection of the car before buying it.Many thanks to both Morgan & Glenn!!

I recently purchased a 2020 Land Rover, Velar from Leith Maserati of Raleigh and my experience was top notch. Wesley Turner assisted me from start to finish and was very professional throughout the entire process. My experience was exceptional and positive. Mr. Turner was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered questions without hesitation. There were no pressure in the purchase as he and the financial officer James Gray allowed me to make the decision. The experience matched the name of the dealership as luxury. I will definitely refer my family and friends. Wesley Turner is an asset to this dealership. Great personality, and professionalism.

What a great experience it was purchasing from this dealer. Roland Mizell was such a pleasure to deal with. Very nice young man. As the newest member of the team I was impressed not only with him but also the way the entire rallied around him to support his education process. What a wonderful experience once again. This is my third purchase from Leith Maserati. I contacted the dealership to meet with my previous salesman, only to find out that he was no longer with the organization. Stephen had been my previous salesman and he had always offered great customer focus in our dealings. I chose to work with Mike Zurillo for this purchase. Mike came to the table prepared with a vehicle based on my specifications. Mike worked with transparency and professional decorum to get me into the vehicle of my choice. Mike then reintroduced me to James, who pulled together my financing and was also a Tech wizard in getting my car set up to my specifications.The General Manager, Gary, telephoned me to say thank you once we were able to get a deal on the table. When I came in to take delivery of the car, Gary, came out to discuss some of the great features of my new vehicle.Great experience and I'll see you guys in a couple years for sexy Driving Machine #4.

I will never buy a used car from this location ever again. Let alone any car. The car they sold me needed a transmission not even 20,000 miles after I bought it. they sold me the vehicle with a welded wheel. Well , the wheel ended up breaking ( side note , the wheel was NOT welded properly ). Rafael Reyes I will say is AMAZING though. He reached out after Charles retired to see if I needed anything. But the lack of trust , I will never in my life return to this dealership. They tried to help me get into a new car , but after the incident I will NEVER trust this dealership. The workers themselves are very nice , but you can tell all they really care about is money , not their customers safety. Considering the fact they were not willing to help with the transmission , let alone the welded wheel THEY KNEW ABOUT. But did not disclose that when I bought the car.

I had an amzing purchase experience at Leith Mazerati thanks to Lasha. When I submitted my application online it was white glove status from start to finish of the process. Once I arrived; I decided to trade in one of my vehiles at the last minute and I was still in and out FAST! The dealership is very transparent so there were no surprises when it came to the bottm line at signing. Lasha stayed in contact and set clear expectations of the process and time expections. This was my firrst experience purchasing a vehelicle with a trade in that took less than a few hours. Not to mention there was a global outage while I was there. Thank you Lashaa for a WOW experience and thanks to everyone that played a part in my purchase. I walked away feeling what a wonderful expierience this has been!

Brooks and Glen were great! I purchased a used car as is that ended up needing a fuel pump and Glen paid half on the repair to rectify the situation. Glen thank you for being trustworthy and fair. These guys are the best! I highly recommend and will be purchasing again.

This is the 2nd used vehicle we have purchased from Leith Maserati of Raleigh. Clare Vossen is an excellent sales specialist, who is very knowledgeable about ALL vehicles onsite, she is patient & understands your vehicle needs & wants, making sure the vehicle chosen is PERFECT! Stephen Holding & James Gray also made sure our vehicle needs & financing needs were met & that we understood everything from start to finish. We were looking for a specific car on Carfax a BMW 2014 X5 because we had just totaled ours and everyone was safe and unharmed and we found one at Leith Maserati. From the time we arrived at the dealership our salesman, James Gray was fantastic very knowledgeable very friendly, very personable made us feel very comfortable. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and we now have a beautiful car that we adore. They made the whole process seamless and the manager, Jack McLausland helped in the process to make sure the car was ready and everything was perfect. We love our new vehicle. We highly recommend this dealership Leith has many dealerships and mini brands to choose from. We just happen to find them through Carfax and what an experience happy driving Gordon in Marilyn in Benham.

My husband and I can not say enough good about our experience with Lasha Gongagze at Alfa Romeo of Raleigh NC. Lasha is excellent in knowledge, patience, respect of customer, communication, customer support and satisfaction. No one was more polite and friendly! It appeared to us at our first visit, that Lasha intended on providing the best experience possible for us. Therefore, it was easy to stay with the dealership. Lasha consistently followed up with us as he said he would in order to make sure that he located the right car for us. He did exactly what he said he would do! He delivered an Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport! The right color outside and inside! We greatly appreciate Lasha and the experience we had. We could not have asked for better! Flew in from Fla to purchase a Certified 2019 Maserati Levante. With Clare s help, an exceptionally professional and personal sales person, it felt very much like concierge treatment. Lasha helped me and was great to work with. Helped me after the fact to get my license plate and everything. Glen was awesome too and stayed late to help me close- was even late to a concert with his wife! Love the car though and this is overall a fantastic dealership!

My husband purchased a car from Leith Maserati a couple of month ago. A month later, my husband passed away so I had to sell the car. The situation was very difficult for me. Mr. Finkel went above and beyond to help me every step of the process. He was kind, thoughtful and thorough. I feel very blessed to work with such a wonderful person during a very challenging time. My brother bought me a 2021 Mazda Miata as a surprise gift about a month ago. He had it shipped to Lincoln Nebraska, to my house from North Carolina.Glenn Finkel, sales manager, did a great job handling every part of the process. Especially with the title transfer. Brooks Milliken skillfully guided me through the process of purchasing a new car. Milliken s skill coupled with the standard of excellence provided by Leith resulted in a great experience overall. My wife and I stopped by Maserati to see Maserati Levante and Charles Parker, said "We have one and you will love" while he was heading to bring it. He was right !!! The car was the one that we were looking for in term of exterior and interior colors as well as other properties.All the team, Charles, Darrly and Glenn were very explanatory , helpful, patient and kind, even though I have asked same questions again and again. They walked us through process which they made it very thorough and easy. Not only before sale but also after sale, they continued to reach out to us for small details that were needed to be completed for the car.Thank you all.

Darryl (finance) was very easy going, humorous and straightforward when it came to sealing the deal and I completely appreciate that. Definitely the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

There are bad dealerships and then there is Leith Maserati, the worst dealership in the country.Leith Maserati aims to sell low quality vehicles that have been sold amongst dealers and auctions numerous times and do not have titles for them.This dealership is hopeless with Cedric as a general manager and Mike as unproductive salesperson.Do not buy vehicles from this dealership, you will regret it.

First time buying a car from a dealership. I went to Leith Maserati after it was suggested to me by a family member. Anthony was great and an extremely knowledgeable salesman. I was really impressed with his knowledge of how the car itself functions and the inner workings on how the different driving modes function. The purchase process was something I appreciate greatly as a first time car buyer, and thanks to Darryl and Anthony, it was painless. I've really enjoyed the Ghibli so far and recommend anyone with some fear of dealers give Leith a try. It certainly surpassed my expectations.

Just wanted to thank Clare and Mike for a wonderful experience, tag-teaming to help me find a new to me car! They were awesome salespeople to work with and very patient with me as two of the Jeeps I was looking at sold less than 12 hours before I got there to test drive them.I will have to say, their used car fleet has many like-new vehicles to choose, which made decision making a bit harder, until we found what I wanted.And, James made the paperwork a very easy transaction!First time going to a dealership where the staff was so friendly and welcoming, unlike many other dealerships I have visited through the years.I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.Ask for Clare or Mike to help you find what car you want!
