Leith Dealership :(Vehicle Purchased 2/24/24)Buyer Beware !!!!THEY GOT ME !! (Don t Let them get you !!!)Please read before you purchase from this dealership.There are Many other examples of dissatisfaction after the sale !!!Other reviews show the pattern of the Leith dealership.They surround themselves with the paper you signed Sold As Is Which is fine if they didn t already knowingly set you up with a check engine light for, in my case, a failed catalytic converter.Unfortunately for me, I was purchasing in Raleigh,NC and lived 95 miles away in Greenville, NC. This made it so that I couldn t have my mechanic check this out before purchasing. THEY GOT ME !!There appears to be a pattern of the corporate wide way to handle customer dissatisfaction. This is proven by their ACTIONS, don t believe their hollow words.They are slick.It s one thing to buy as is. . And it s another to turn off a check engine light so it passes the emission control and have it come back on 140 miles after their safety inspection . This is their cover for themselves. Don t fall for it like I did.My mechanic said that there isNO WAY the CATALYTIC CONVERTER which has no moving parts, suddenly went bad.(it just allows engine emissions to go through it & cleans up the exhaust)He explained howunscrupulous dealerswill have the Readiness Monitor pass 2 levels with the light off & print the sheet as passed (knowing it will return quickly, hence sell as is, with proof that it passed)Coincidence ??? Hmmm???You decideAppearance of impropriety, you decide !!!I was told (by Tyrone Yarborough, sales manager) that he and (Kyle Williams, general sales manager) would call me the next day at 10:30am and continue to call me every 30 minutes if they were not able to get me the first time. I cleared this time on my schedule to be available to accept this call. You guessed it, the call that never happened. I called later in the day & was told that Kyle would return my call, didn t happen. I called the next day, & the next day, & the next day. You get the point he wouldn t accept my call or return my calls. That is how they operate.I had Higher expectations from a Dealer as large as Leith.It was clear in their responses that they have a very well canned way of respondingYou wouldn t think they would scam people like this. I was wrong !!Don t be fooled !!!Do not buy from what appears to be a scam artist dealership.

I had a warranty issue with my vehicle. I reached out to Leith and they over-delivered and met my expectations. The dealership is clean, the staff is super friendly, the loaners were nice and the location was unbeatable. 10/10Thanks

Extremely happy with the way service department handled our Nautilus scheduled service. Norisa was my service advisor. Truly professional and she ensured all my concerns were addressed and fixed to my satisfaction.

Lovely place. Norisa is my service manager and she is wonderful. Competitive prices. I have been both surprised and impressed. I bought my Lincoln 3 years used. I am lower-middle income and single with a daughter. Lincoln is luxury, but you don't have to be rich.

Love the staff, very friendly an professional, on time. Brought my Lincoln MKX 2014 in for service , arrived a little early an they got right to me. Came in for my oil change an got some more goodies , no charge . Brought my vehicle from them in 2014 new an I must say the service an the staff have live up to good quality standards. Never disappoint Service: Oil change

Service was great I really liked the video call about my truck when the mechanic is working on it so he can show you what he is looking at at the time when they are recommending something that needs to be done.

Friendly Staff. Purchased my truck here. No games. Straight forward. All Email coordination was quick. Dealership was very responsive.
