I'll start by saying I absolutely love my jeep wrangler that I purchased from here. My husband and I searched for weeks looking for a new vehicle. We found the specific one we wanted, walked in and asked for a test drive and paid cash for the vehicle. We were fortunate to not have to deal with the hassle looking at different cars and negotiating price/interest, so I can't speak to that. Clay in finance was an absolute pleasure to work with! Up until we drove it off the lot, I would give this place a 4.5/5 star review. However, here's why I give it a 3-star review, for customer service. When I completed the survey for Jeep, I included some information about a large scratch being noticeable on a brand new vehicle and how the sales rep handled the situation (this wasn't the bad part). Then, I received a passive aggressive text from the sales rep that "I don't think you know this but my income depends on the survey" and that "I definitely killed her on the survey". I wasn't going to lie on my Jeep survey, and overall, I had given the entire experience a 9/10. Absolutely not appropriate to text a recent customer because you're upset over a survey. I attempted to call the sales manager 4 times and left messages and was assured that I would hear back from him soon. I just wanted to make him aware of this situation. Never heard back from anyone. All in all, just expect a passive aggressive and inappropriate text if you don't give your rep a 100% on all your reviews.

Hands down the worst dealership in the Triangle area. Go elsewhere if you can. They exhibit a pattern of disrespect and negligence and will end up putting you and others at risk.I had my car in the shop mid-December for about a week, they replaced several parts and sent videos and pictures of my car. Not 3 weeks later on January 9th, the wheel came entirely off my car and put me and others at risk. Since it had just been at the dealership, I took it back to them. They originally quoted my over $2,000 for the repairs (replacing the lugs, wheel, etc.), which is absurd. My tires were brand new from Discount Tire, I bought them in May, and hadn't had any issues with my car until I took it to Leith Chrysler Jeep in December.I was pretty frustrated and was calling back and forth between Jeep, Discount Tire, and my warranty service for a few days while my car was at the dealership. The service department, specifically Ryan McDuffy and Stephen (the service manager) intentionally ignored my calls and set my number to go to voicemail, and didn't update me on the status of my car until my boyfriend called them (since they didn't have his number blocked). They are refusing to accept any responsibility for not properly conducting repairs on my car, and said they didn't even test drive it before giving my car back to me in on December 23rd.If you want your car fixed by respectful people in a timely manner, don't go to Leith Chrysler Jeep.

A wonderful experience at Lee Chrysler Jeep. Always take care of my vehicle. Professional, kind, always willing to go over and beyond. I needed tires and miss Angela help me get tires. She is such a nice person. Always willing to go over and always take care of me. Never had any issues with service or anything for that matter. They always go over and beyond. Thank you, Angela and Ryan keep up the good work. You truly appreciate it

April 17 Wednesday 2024 white fat guy with glasses pulls up the car after I paid, didn't even come to a complete stop puts the car in park and shuts it off as it's still rolling and you can hear the crunch, then explains to me the purchases. $1400 for a battery windshield wipers and air filter. I want everyone to know do not go to a dealership for basic maintenance ever.

My car was totaled late January. Finding a vehicle when you aren't expecting it is stressful. Bob, Tyrone and Clayton made the car buying experience as smooth as it can get (I've dealt with dozens of dealerships).2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee X with only 22,000 miles for thousands less than anywhere else I saw online.They earned a new loyal customer. Thanks guys!

I recently decided to explore my options for a used vehicle here in the Raleigh area. I met with Timothy Short after speaking with him by phone for a few days about used inventory and new vehicle incentives. Tim was able to answer all my questions and provided clear information on pricing, financing options and trim package details. I was not rushed, nor did I feel pressured to buy something without taking the time to think about it. I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a new jeep or used vehicle reach out to Tim!

Be sure to take photos of your vehicle prior to taking it in. My lights are messed up because a technician took it upon himself to tamper with a part of my jeep he wasn't directed to touch and changed the bulb. The person completely removed the internal wiring. I went back in to address the issue cuz the light didn't work at all. This is why it's benefical to have a man accompanying you in car situations. Especially to prevent experiencing unwanted attenion. Management did absolutely nothing, but it was suggested that I go spend money to get it fixed when they could have left it TF alone.

After going to two other local dealerships, who BOTH told me a specific vehicle I had called about was in stock, and after traveling to both dealerships and finding out both were "sold yesterday" I had given up for the day on car shopping. One more stop on the way home to take a peek at Leith Jeep and I met Tim in the parking lot. Tim's demeanor and sales approach fit my personality and conversation was easy going and funny. I ended up buying a Wrangler from him and couldn't be happier. Tim, I appreciate your candor and honesty. Look forward to swinging by your open mic night and watching you jam! Thanks Leith for making my day better and my purchase easy!

Was feeling pretty hopeful when I got here. All I needed was a cheap and reliable car. I bought a Kia they had taken on trade from someone who transported dogs. The car was in rough shape cosmetically with plenty of body damage and the interior was disgusting and covered in fur. I was assured they would clean it very well.Taking into account all the damage, of course i asked for a better price, which they immediately refused. I asked for an extended warranty instead or id walk from the deal. They obliged, and I felt better about my choice. When I picked up the car they had done a basic cleaning no better than Autobell. In every creavice was dog fur and dirt. They just got it off the seats and floor. They must have cleaned the windows with a dirty rag as well since they were streaked and hazy.The worst part though? Apparently the clutch was WORN OUT at 72000 miles. I couldnt believe it. Shortly after i bought the car it would not go into reverse without grinding. I took it to 2 mechanics and both agreed the clutch was warn and dragging. I was never informed that the clutch was in such bad shape. Guess whatthat warranty i paid $1900 for doesnt cover? THE CLUTCH! So 2 months after giving these guys an easy sale, I had to pay $2000 for a new clutch in a run down economy Kia.I tried getting in touch with the GM multiple times to get a resolution. Something, anything in good faith. I understand the car is sold As-is and they "recommend you awlays get a pre purchase inspection", but this is a dealership with an on site team of machanics that regularly work on manual transmission cars like their Jeeps. They should have caught this!I was told to trust the Leith brand and rest easy that I would not get worked over. Well they were wrong. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had and they DO NOT stand behind the quality and maintenance of their used cars.GO ELSEWHERE!

Recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Leith and it was a great experience. We looked at a few online and Leith had the best prices and lower mileage on their used cars. Silvia was our salesperson and she was amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The whole process was quick and comfortable. The facility was very spacious and clean. If you're in the market for new or used, go see Silvia at Leith Jeep and have a good experience!Edit: The car started having issues a week after buying. Be careful when buying used!!!

This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Leith and it could not have been a better experience. Over the span of a month Jeff Williams at the Capital blvd location in Raleigh worked with us as we narrowed down which model Wrangler we wanted. At no time did he rush us or make us feel like we were asking to many questions or bothering him. If anything, working with Jeff was wonderful. He kept going above and beyond to reply to any/all questions we had and always provided a ton of helpful information.I would HIGHLY recommend asking for Jeff Williams specifically if you go to Leith Chrysler Jeep on Capital Blvd in Raleigh and only work with him. It never felt like we were being pressured or pushed to make a decision. The buying process was fun with Jeff. Thank you again Jeff. Our entire family is excited about our new 4-door Jeep Wrangler.

Had a great experience with Tim. Did not have the model I was looking for but found one at a sister location and brought it over. I did not have trade-in so he drove out of town to finish the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. Super easy to deal with this location.

I just want to say that the experience I ve receive from Leith is extraordinary! This is my 4th time purchasing a vehicle from Leith and I ve never been disappointed. Everyone from Nathan, who helped me through the process, Erica from the online department who helped transfer the vehicle to their lot, then from everyone in the back office and finance department were all extraordinary to work with. I absolutely am in love with my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and so glad I was able to work with everyone there. I ll be back again for sure when it s time for another vehicle!

Recently, my elderly mother was in the market for a new minivan so that her mobility scooter could be stored inside the vehicle. She had a sedan with an exterior lift mounted on the hitch. It sat too close to the ground and also got wet in the rain. Anyway, we decided to go to Leith Chrysler Jeep in Raleigh because they had a much better selection of the Chrysler Pacifica van that she had in mind. Tim the sales person who was helping us took extra care with my mom. He loaded her walker in the van for her when we went on a test drive. She drove around the parking lot and said, "that is enough, I like it." Well, Tim drove her on a longer test drive so she could really see how it rides. He took the time to show her all the buttons and how to work everything. She was most excited to have XM with the 70's station! Tim really took to the extra time with my mother through the whole process. He made her a vanilla latte while doing paperwork and even helped her sync her phone to Apple car play before we left. I was very impressed with how patient and kind he was with her. I left thinking that he couldn't possibly give everyone that kind of attention. My mom must have gotten special treatment for sure! I definitely would recommend asking for Tim at Leith Chrysler Jeep if you are in the market for a new car. Especially if you want extra special treatment!

Me and my husband bought a Nissan Murano couple weeks ago and our salesman was Ricardo. He was amazing, he went above and beyond to find us the car we were looking for. My husband is an amputee and he needed certain perks on the car we were looking. Richardo found everything we were wanted on a car with the Murano. He s was very professional and friendly during the entire process. For our next car purchase we will be going back to Leith and work with Richardo! THANKS LEITH AND THANKS RICHARDO!!!

My buying experience with Leith Auto was extremely professional. I saw the Jeep online and wasn t able to be with my daughter as she went to look at it on the lot. Jeff Williams extended attention and care to Lily. He accompanied her on a long test drive and confirming that it drove well and that Lily loved the vehicle. Later in the week, I traveled to Raleigh to finalize the purchase. All was in order, the Jeep was prepped and looked amazing. Paperwork was streamlined and the process painless. I Had the pleasure of working with Randy as my sales person. As a first time car buyer, he made the process super easy and I needed a car ASAP. I appreciated all his efforts to keep my daughter occupied while we spoke and explained everything. She enjoyed it as well, from the sticky hands and coloring books to Randy playing Encanto on his iPad for her. I did not leave disappointed at all. Nick is absolutely wonderful and very likeable, which I've found is a rare quality in a car salesman. He's attentive and informative, yet not the least bit pushy, overbearing or annoying. And he remembered who I was and my reason for buying the car five months later when he happened to see me in the service area. He stopped to ask how my trip out west went, and in the course of conversation mentioned the exact model of the car I bought from him and shared that I could extend my enjoyment of the abilities of the vehicle by doing some driving in the sand on the Carolina beaches. This tells me he pays attention to his customers and truly cares whether they are happy with the vehicle he helps them purchase. Ask for Nick when you visit Leith Chrysler Jeep; you won't be disappointed. Tell him Cindy sent you. :)
