Great service. Great people. Great job. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The guys were very professional as well as helpful. I didn t feel pressured by upselling of products that I didn t need or even need yet. I felt confident the work I needed was done, and done correctly. Thank you!

Jeffrey was extremely courteous, efficient, and showed great professionalism! He inspected two of our cars, almost at closing time, without even a hint of hesitation! As a plus, I found the waiting area to be clean and warm. I highly recommend the services provided here. Date of service: 1/30/2024.

Was mislead. Rolled up for an oil change and i was offered 2 options. The gentleman was bit hard to understand, and i wasn't paying too much attention, so I understood 1 option to be over a hundred bucks, and the other to be "synthetic" for 80-something dollars. I chose synthetic. Afterwards, i found out I had been selected for the "signature service synthetic" service, which was the $109.99 service. I mentioned the miscommunication and was given a $25 discount from my next service, which is supposed to be given to those who donate a coat for people in need. I left it at that because i didn't want to deal with escalating the situation.If you come to this location, be sure to look at the service options beforehand, and specifically ask for the cheapest option, which is 50-something bucks. It is apparent that the staff will avoid mentioning such an option.Otherwise, service is good. I got an inspection there once with no issues

We went to get an oil plug replaced that was stuck and no other place wanted to fix. Chris Vega helped us out and we are super thankful for his help. Best place, great service. Would highly recommend

I came in for an inspection and they immediately noticed that my back brakes needed to be replaced. I knew this was coming up and it was no surprise to me so I asked them to go ahead and do it. They did a very fast very competent job And were very pleasant as well. I came back in later to get my front left headlight replaced and to repair the mistiness in my headlights. This process worked beautifully! I have always received excellent service from this particular. Jiffy Lube and I will certainly return.

Best Jiffy Lube I ve been too!! The manager and techs were so nice and honest! They gave me a discount and didn t try to upsell me on anything, and as a woman that means a lot to find a place where I can get my oil changed and not have to pay extra for unnecessary parts etc.

The employees at this location are always fast, efficient, and helpful. I trust them to service my vehicle every time I need something done because they communicate and explain what you need without pressuring you into unnecessary services.

I specifically asked about getting my fluids topped off, ie. antifreeze, brake fluid, washer fluid. But they didn't top them off at all. The staff was very nice and efficient though. Thye waiting room was clean, its just really small.

Great location and great service. I was greeted promptly, my vehicle was serviced quickly and thoroughly. I was notified regarding windshield wipers and filters etc. no pressure whatsoever.Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this location.

I've been going to the same Jiffy lube location near me for over 12 years and the employees have been great! You should pay them more! Over those 12 years I've had 2 issues with service that was corrected within a day or 2 with respectfulness and apologies.The address of the shop is 14550 Falls of Neuse Rd. Raleigh, NC.One thing I notice is that the turnover there seems to be high, which is why I've had a few issues. If you pay your employees better and offer some sort of bonus for good consistent work I think your customer base will appreciate seeing the same workers when they come in. I've seen reviews where other people have had problems and left negative reviews and I guess that's expected, especially with the turnover in the work force.

I brought my Land Rover LR4 in for oil change and tire rotation. Staff is very respectful and courteous. However. As far as service, I am disappointed. First, they did not have my oil filter in stock, but said they could get it for $80 additional dollars to the already 135$ oil change service. I know that LR4 s are a little high for parts, but 80 for a non canister filter is way too high. So I ran to the parts store and grabbed a 25$ filter and returned for the oil change. They gladly agreed to do the job using my own provided part. After an hour of wrestling the oil filter cap, they informed me it was not possible to remove, and risked breaking the oil filter housing if they tried anything more. They even broke 3 of their oil filter wrenches, which I do feel bad about, but it s all part of the job, right? Naturally, I told them I would take care of the filter elsewhere and just for them to finish the oil change. When I got home, I right away investigated what could be the problem with the oil filter cap, and got under the hood to try getting it off. First, the engine cover, which was removed by jiffy lube for the service, was not latched in any of the 4 pins it has. This is not so bad, but the second item is a little more serious. They removed the air intake ducts to get a better grasp of the oil filter cap, well guess what, the flex connection between the air intake ducts and the intake manifold was left unconnected. This is pretty serious mistake as I drove my car like this for 60 miles sucking in unfiltered air. We all know its not good to let your engine suck trash into the combustion chambers. Anyways, took care of that. Using the proper filter socket, I got the cap off in no time and changed the filter on my own, which they did give a 15$ discount for not doing. I am also not happy about how much damage was done to the filter housing cap using wrong wrenches. NOT coming back for sure. Pictures below for damage done.

I was thrilled when I received an amazing 4th July celebration coupon for an oil change priced at $17.76! So I got my oil changed today. However, upon checking my receipt after returning home, I was taken aback to see that I had been charged $23.76 before tax instead. Although it was still a reasonable price, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being cheated since I had anticipated paying the advertised amount of $17.76.

The people at Jiffy Lube are very nice. This is, however, the best place to have your car messed up. Last Month brought my wife's car and they forgot to fasten the bottom plate. It ripped off, and well, no more bottom plate. Today I took my car in for an oil change, they torqued the filter so hard that the gasket snapped, hoping it did not end up in my engine somewhere, but the oil was spewing everywhere under the hood of my car. It was smoking so badly I thought it was on fire (which it could have been) (Jeep Cherokee). So yea, do yourself a favor, don't go. Standing by to see how they will "fix" it. Will update as this situation progresses.
