Service was good and fast but the custom service has gone down hill. I miss the days when they used to open doors for me and greet me with good manners. Now it s just what do you want and I had to ask if they still needed me or if I could go sit down. I also was asked to drive my own car off the lift area.

I was delighted to meet the manager, Amber. She was very courteous and made my Jiffy Lube visit a breeze by completing the State inspection on our 2023 Lexus in less than 15 minutes. I would go back there again for other services on my other cars.

The lead technician was nothing but rude both times I visited this location. The second time I visited, I was charged for the wrong vehicle. When I asked for an accurate receipt and then requested a refund when I learned I overpaid for my service, the lead technician argued and all but threw the refund at me. Will not visit again.

I like how efficient this place is, especially the one on Six Forks Rd in Raleigh.The folks that work there are nice and polite, but not weirdly/overly service oriented; it s an oil change, ya know

I had a horrible experience. The people working there are very very dishonest. To my surprise I have discovered that all along for the last two years, they have been charging me for the synthetic oil, but they put regular oil in my car. When I ask them why, the only answer I was given is to always read carefully before you leave . I was baffled. I will never go back there a gain.

Just recently got my oil changed Thursday 11/17/2023. No prior issue with my vehicle always up to date with service and maintenance. After the oil change our car sat for a couple of days because it s not our main vehicle. Went to drive it on 11/20/2023 the car wouldn t accelerate constantly jerking struggling to move. They had 3 ppl working on my vehicle for an oil change I truly believe they did something to my vehicle. Very rude and nasty staff and very careless when it s come to their job. Jiffy lube customer service was absolutely no help had to get it towed to dealer I DEFINITELY WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION!

Super friendly staff and they'll actually let you know about serious issues with your car that need to be addressed. Also by far the quickest service of any of the autocare places I've been to in the area!

On 2/27/24 I brought my company van in to get brakes replaced. I realized that I didn t leave my phone number so I called and gave it to them and asked to call when ready for pick up. They didn t call me. They left dirty hand prints on inside door panel and on outside driver door. This was the first time that this has happened in the10yrs I ve used them

Excellent customer service and attention to detail! Stopped in after work on Monday night and the staff took my car in with no appointment required! I only waited 10 mins & on my way. Thank you team for amazing service! Definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube, fast, friendly service!-Toyota Corolla :) **Ask for Robert Harris! Great!!

This JL is right down the block from me so it s convenient. It s fine for a Jiffy Lube. However, the last time I was in there, the lady who rang up my ticket was very perturbed and rude because I didn t want extra stuff done.

First time at that location. I was greeted by a lady, I wish I remembered her name. She was professional and polite. Walked me to reception area and held door open for me. She went to my truck, drove it into the bay. I then started checking emails. I got through 2 emails and another employee lady walked in & called out my vehicle, saying it was ready. Fastest inspection of all time. Love it! Paid and a young guy opened door for me to leave. This place is ON POINT! Professionals providing exceptional service. This is such a rare thing anymore & I was very happy to see it. I will always use this location now even though it s definitely not the closest to me. I stopped on the way home by chance. It s my new spot for sure. Thank you for your service! So sorry I don t have all the names.

I got an oil change at this location earlier today. I have a road trip coming up this weekend and I needed a place where I could get in and out efficiently without an appointment. That is exactly what I got and now I'm headed out on my road trip with peace of mind. Staff was courteous and helpful. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Very good experience. Thanks!!!

The technician accidentally drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. By the time the oil was actually changed and the Transmission fluid refilled it was two hours.

I've gone to this location a few times.. air in my tires, change my car lights, and most recently an oil change and filter replacement. The whole team was personable, funny, engaging, and did all the things I requested in a super timely manner. They even vacuumed the carpets (which were filled with leaves for months, parenting isn't easy lol) and wiped down the windows. Great experience anytime I've been there, highly recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Avoid this place - if they are incapable of securing an oil-pan cover then you should not let them touch your vehicle in anyway.Did not secure my oil-pan cover after changing my oil - I get about 7 minutes away from the Jiffy Lube and the pan cover falls halfway off on the interstate and I have to drag it all the way back to the shop to have it fixed.This happened on Sunday and they told me to call today (Monday) to speak to a manager, but I am only getting busy tones... convenient. In my opinion, I should be refunded for my oil change and compensated for a new oil-pan cover. A good manager would stand up, take action, and make this right instead of avoiding phone calls.An oil pan cover could have caused a major accident on the interstate luckily they secured one of the bolts to prevent it from flying completely off.Service: Oil change

I recently went to this location for an inspection. It took 5 minutes for someone to even come out to the car as I sat there. It was not crowded, and I was first in a line of 2 cars. No lines at all at the other bays.The guy immediately started looking over my car, like he wanted to find something wrong with it. And that he did. My headlights were not sparkly clean. Unbelievable. My parking spot at home is under a tree that drips sap.He proceeded to tell me I could probably get it off at a car wash, or they could so a headlight restoration for $29.99, or maybe $39.99. He then shouted over to another employee to ask the price. Oops, it was actually $59.99!I informed him that nobody has ever failed my cars for dirty headlights. He said, "It's Jiffy Lube policy." Funny he didn't even know how much "Jiffy Lube policy" cost. The state of NC sets the rules for passing or failing cars, not Jiffy Lube.Since it was obvious he either wanted to find extras to charge for or just didn't feel like performing an inspection, I went elsewhere.Funny thing is that I ended up at the Jiffy Lube on Creedmoor, where they not only didn't mention my headlights but performed the most hassle-free inspection I remember having.And on that note, this review is for this particular Jiffy Lube location only. I've almost always had good experiences with Jiffy Lube as a whole.

I came in for an inspection and failed due to my windshield wipers being torn and foggy headlights. I was surprised by the wipers becuase I wasn't having an issue with them. I chose to replace them myself instead of purchasing them through Jiffy Lube. The attendant seemed shocked that I wasn't going to buy the very expensive set he was trying to sell me. They also told me that I would not be able find anything to clean the headlights in any store and should purchase their product.I went to an auto store and purchased new wipers and headlight restorer. When I went to replace my wipers I found not one tear! They were in good condition. I feel as though the store was trying to scam me into buying things I did not need and it's not the first time. I will not be returning.

Hated it. It was the worst time an employee had given me a quote for 85$ over the phone and after the oil change charged me 130$!!!! No way I said I will pay 85$ and I did! The guy who changed it was courteous though.

Do not use them for NC inspections. I took my car in and they failed for foggy headlights and tried to up sale for an insane price to fix them. Charged me $23 for inspection and said I could just pay the balance if I came back and it passed. Fixed them myself same day and went back and they said it wouldn't pass (without even reinspecting it!) I took it to my regular car shop and they passed it no problem. Agreed that they were trying to upsale me. Sent a complaint to manager and he didn't even bother to call me. Just sent an email saying he was sorry I didn't agree with their findings!

WARNING: my husbands truck was stolen at this location under the staffs care. He handed over the car and the staff left it unattended and it was stolen after they sent him to the lobby. I have no clue if the staff was in on it or not, but I would not trust this location with your vehicle. If I could give no stars I would.

Got my car inspected there today (1/29/22) around 3:45. Prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Seems like that should be the norm these days, but sadly it's not. However the individuals working there today were great. Professional, polite, provided immediate attention when I drove up. Yes, I know it's their job, but it doesn't happen a lot these days. I had a nice conversation when I checked out, the individual took the time to answer all my questions. Was told to "have a nice day" by two different employees.Just nice to see great customer service in action! I will continue go here and will highly recommend to others.
