Not only did I get the best quality of service. I was treated like a family member and not a customer, i almost forgot why I was there.I hope I don't have to be back. But if I have to get something done best believe I'm calling you guys first. Thanks Chris, you are awesome.

Jay was super to work with. Service was prompt and courteous. His office manager, Yvette, is the sweetest. She went out of her way to be sure extra parts were returned to our shop. The extra things they did to help assist my driver are so appreciated. When you are 14 hours away, dealing with a driver breakdown, it is so comforting to know that your driver is safe and being taken care of in a professional manner. I will definitely use Jays Heavy Duty Repair & Towing again in the future.

Very dependable and reliable. Prices are the best in town. As a single mother. I am scared to go to a lot of car places due to over-pricing women. Thanks Jay's

Why try to GET OVER on people (clients/customers. We are trusting and believing them). We re all trying to make it. We re bringing them business, and they are over charging us with LABOR COSTS on parts that cost $30 or so.They lie about their time. If they tell you to wait for 1 hr be sure to add another 5 hrs on that. They kill the clock so their rate goes up by the hour. Unless you have lots of money to waste...Keep waiting for them. I was also told to BEWARE of them asking you to purchase parts you probably don t need (so investigate), and make sure the parts you purchase are being placed on your vehicle and not used on another customer s vehicle. Check your bill for extra work done that you didn t ask for or proved.You are better off with another shop or dealer.**This is a HEADS UP for wherever you go.

On October 22 I had a problem on my trailer axle, So guess what they did to my axle they try to take the ring of my axle with a torch.Besides that I was talked there for 2 days, I think the pictures explain all my frustration on this place which I will never come back their.

They fixed the bearings on my RV wheels and got me safely back on the road. They fully described the issues encountered and allowed me to record a video of them performing the work (needed to get reimbursed under warranty).

Jay and his team are great mechanics. Over the past few years they replaced my transmission, radiator, and head gaskets. They always do a great job and go out of their way to help me with my truck. They even pick me up and take me home. They are the best and I will always go to and recommend them for any vehicle repairs.Thanks JAY

1. The Worst Customer service in NC. The dispatch is very rude.2. They lie about their time. If they tell you to wait for 1 hr be sure to add another 5 hrs on that. Dispatch keeps lying they are 5 mins away.3. They kill the clock doing nothing so their rate goes up by the hour.4. Unless you have lots of money to waste...Stay Away from them.You are better off with another shop or dealer.

Worse shop ever, very disrespectful. I paid for problems that was diagnosed by Jay and his team that was later found out wasn t the problem, took back under warranty and problem still didn t get solved. Now looking for lawyer to take case

This mechanic is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was broke down they towed me to the shop and hand me repaired within 2 hrs. Thoroughly impressed

Called them to get my truck up and running they was a hour out and service tech arrived and diagnosed my truck literally told me what I already knew and told them and told me to bring it to the shop and charged me 800$ for nothing
