Highly recommended.Great service , Amir is so helpful and patient. He doesn t let you out unless you are completely satisfied. Also, your vehicle will have a three-month guarantee.We bought a Honda SUV and we are happy about it.Our next vehicle is definitely gonna be from here.

I had a very positive experience buying my car here. Amir was a a great sales man who helped me every step of the way during the car buying process. They even delivered the car to my house being that I drove a long way to test drive it. I highly recommend HC for your used car needs!!!

I am very pleased with the vehicle and the buying experience! I did my research, knew what I wanted, and had looked for 15 months. This vehicle was perfect. The service was amazing. Amir, our salesman, has great manners. I appreciate his respectfulness, honesty, and the information provided! He was very helpful and made the process quick and easy while answering all of our questions. I will keep checking their inventory. With the experience, quality of the vehicle, and price that I received from HC Auto and Body I am hoping that as we get closer to the time of purchasing my 15 year olds vehicle we will be able to do business with them again. I am very much enjoying my CX-5! So very grateful!

We were on the fence on making a car purchase at this time, but our family of 4 really needed a reliable and roomier vehicle. We received notification from CarGurus of an SUV being up for sale at HC Auto Sales. We submitted an inquiry and quickly got a text from Amir. My husband went ahead and went for a test drive and that same day Amir helped get us on the path to complete our purchase. The price of the Toyota we got was right within the bracket we were looking to stay within and the down payment was so flexible. We came back home in our spacious third-row seat Toyota Highlander and could not be happier!

My experience with HC Auto Sales' service section was incredibly unsatisfactory. I brought in my 2023 Supra for repairs, and the process dragged on for almost three months. This extended timeframe was not only inconvenient but also frustrating.Throughout the ordeal, the staff exhibited a consistent lack of professionalism and courtesy. On numerous occasions, they provided inaccurate information, causing confusion and unnecessary delays in the repair process. Their rudeness further compounded the negative experience.One significant issue was the failure to adequately inform me about the warranties associated with the repair. This lack of transparency left me feeling uninformed and uncertain about the status of my vehicle.Overall, the combination of an excessively long repair duration, rude staff interactions, and a failure to communicate essential details about warranties has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with HC Auto Sales' service. I hope others can be spared from such a frustrating and disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their service based on my personal encounter.

This is one of the better used car dealerships in the area. After going to various used car dealerships that ranged from local independent shops to big name car dealerships, this place really stands out above the rest. Amir and his crew are impressive. I think you might find something you're looking for here if you're patient enough. Clean title, clean car, and in decent condition. I made an appointment virtually, and I saw the car within an hour! I absolutely loved the car from first glance, and the test drive proved to me I was in the correct car. Smooth experience from start to finish.

Purchased a vehicle in October and it was in the shop in November. Obviously it had a pre-existing issue that the didn't want any part of. My fiance reached out to them and they got really nasty with her.

Just find out they separate the sales and service department and my original review was for the service. Anyway I know they are very knowledgeable and provide amazing service! I ve been their customer for the service and maintenance part for long long time and always find them the most kind and knowledgeable and affordable!

Amir was very patient and helpful when we were trying to decide which car to buy. They were not pushy at all. We took our time, tried different cars etc. Owners are very kind, eventually we bought a used car, they provided necessary documents and handled everything very fast and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

After searching for months, we finally found the perfect car for us at HC Auto and Body. Drove 2 1/2 hours after finding the vehicle online. Pleasantly surprised to see the pictures were completely accurate and the Honda Civic is beautiful! Harris was amazing! Welcomed us immediately, sent us off on a test drive after answering questions we had and completing the transaction was super easy. Highly recommend and will look there again when our youngest gets his license. One last thing - Go Wolfpack!

Easy to work with. Followed up with tag when it arrived. Car had a large spill on the seat that I missed when I bought because it was dark and car had a dark interior.

Amir and his staff treated me right after an exhausting day of car searching when my car was totaled. They are upfront with their pricing and don t try to slide any hidden charges past you. Plus they have their own shop on site which works on their cars before they get put out for sale.

We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from HC Auto in the past two years. Before that, we had looked there before but couldn t find a car we wanted, but we determined to return because of the honesty, integrity, and professionalism we experienced. They know what they re doing, treat their customers very well, and honestly has been the best used car buying experience we ve had in 30 years. You can also trust their collision work we bought 2 salvage titled cars from them and you wouldn t even know. This last time, we worked with Amir and he is a great, down to earth guy. Thanks Amir, and HC Auto we ll be back again when it s time for another one!

Great service! Did not feel pressured to buy a car immediately when simply looking at vehicles as an option. I loved how they changed everything that needed to be changed before selling the vehicle such as the battery, the brake pads, the tires. Very impressed. I ve bought a car from a used dealer in the past and they changed nothing on it which caused problems soon after buying. Also helped me find the best quote for insurance. Couldn t be more pleased with their service and their general work.

When I found this dealer online I loved the car. Indeed, the car was attractive, very competitively priced and clean. The shop had an excellent of making her look lovely. They performed an alignment, put on new tires and replaced an indicator light.I thought Amir, the salesman, was polite and did a good job answering my questions on Messenger. After I arrived the dealership, Amir was simply too busy for me. Over the course of 2 hours, I only got about 20 minutes of his time and half of that was signing paperwork.I was a little frustrated that he wouldn't budge on a lower than list price (not even the $599 documentation fee). I would normally appreciate the "no haggle" approach but he also wouldn't deliver on my most basic requests (like ordering a second key or floor mats). I also drove away with only a 1/4 of a tank!While Amir was nice and knowledgable it seemed like he was too understaffed or, perhaps, he just prioritizes efficiency over service. All said, it could have been a better experience but the car was such a good purchase, I'll still give it 4 stars.

HC has been super kind, patient, and very respectful. All the workers are so friendly and supportive and make you feel like they actually care unlike most other places. They re also very responsive and knowledgeable when there s any problems or trouble. Highly recommend!

The greatest experience! This is the first time we get this wonderful customer service!! They were very kind and took care of every single detail that we found to the van we bought from them! They even showed us the report of what needed to be fixed to the van when they got it and what they fixed and everything from the list was checked.After we even signed the AS IS policy, we found a little piece that was missing and we mentioned that to the sales associate and they ordered and installed the piece at no extra cost(it was nothing major)Then, when I came back to pick up the license plate, I mentioned that I realized the stop light wasn't working, I told them that I was going to pay to get it replaced so they replaced the light at that moment at no charge This has been the best experience we have had while buying a car!! 101% recommend HC Auto and Body
