These folks are fantastic at what they do. I wanted to get my seat upholstered since it was super old and torn up. Charles let me take my time picking out fabrics and was readily available when I had questions. It came out perfect and couldn't ask for a better experience. I'm definitely going back if I need anything else. Attached the before and after pics

Wanted some reupholstery services done for my vehicle, but I wanted more information as I did not know the process or pricing. I called the place and the man on the phone was incredibly disrespectful saying this is the last day of the week and i don t work next week so stop beating around the bush and tell me what you want . Completely unprofessional.

Good work, great price, fast turn around on a headliner and pillars I removed and brought in without the car. Don't take credit cards but with the trip.

Brand new can am outlander had seat fly off machine on 540, after recovering seat found damage on several sides of the seat, Greshams not only did a great job repairing new seat but was done in 1 day for an incredible price, don t hesitate, these guys are honest and very good at what they do. I had a sunroof that was stuck in the open position. When I called ahead, they didn't lead me to believe that it would be a quick fix, which I appreciated, even though I hoped it would be. It was pouring rain when I got there, so they moved other cars in order for me to drive into the garage. Then, while I waited for my ride, they worked on the sunroof to get it closed, while not technically fixed. They asked if I'd like them to disconnect the switch so it wouldn't happen again. That is exactly what I wanted. It took less than 10 min, and I wasn't charged. They were gracious and kind through the entire process. I would definitely use them again.

This man has provided pretty good work for the headliner for my vehicle. There were depressions in the cloth after it was first completed, he had told me that they would go away on their own in a few days, and about 90% of them did and I have no complaints. The only thing is my exact color wasn't in the shop, but the replacement was very, very, similar to the factory liner. No complaint again. But the only thing is that this place accepts CASH ONLY, and I did not know until last minute when it was time for payment. Other than that, the owner is a very generous man and I would definitely do business with him again.

I am very satisfied with the work they did on my Mustang door panels. It looks practically brand new. There are a couple of things that should be noted, however. The first thing (and I cannot believe this isn't already noted) is they do not accept any form of plastic payment. They are a cash operation. I am not sure whether they take checks. Secondly, they are kind of hard to get on the phone. I called them initially to try and schedule an appointment to get work done and it took a couple of tries before I got someone. I actually was far more successful reaching them via Facebook. I imagine that is due to the fact they are small shop with limited staff. All those negative points aside, I want to emphasize that they clearly know what they are doing. The actual work was done well but also quickly. I would recommend them if someone needs upholstery work done on his or her vehicle. Just understand the constraints.

These guys know what they are doing. I had a new soft top put on my Mustang and they did top notch work. They do the kinds of things most of us simply cannot do on our own, and they do it very well. EVERYONE in the Wake Forest Mustang group recommended this place, and I can see why.

Have used this place twice. They did a great job on reupholstery of seats in a Tahoe and a Camaro. Will be using them again for my next project.

They repaired a leather driver seat and seat back in our Toyota 4Runner. At their suggestion, they did the repair in vinyl for reasons of cost and durability. My wife is very critical of color and texture differences and she was very satisfied. We dropped off the car in the morning and they called us when they were done that afternoon. They are a high quality, reasonably priced shop with a very laid back attitude. We found them after they were recommended by one of the independent mechanics we use. This mechanic also restores a lot of cars, so I guess that is how he knew about them.

Took in a Jeep with a couple torn leather panels to be repaired. These guys did an amazing job. I can't tell the difference from the factory leather to look at it. I was surprised to find that their leather was actually softer to the touch and felt of a higher quality than the OEM leather, so that felt like a huge bonus as a customer. The guys at the shop are very friendly and their pricing is more than fair considering the work they do. This is the only shop I will ever go to for my auto upholstery needs!

I worked with Charles and he took care of my BMW convertible top and rear seat covers. The very best craftsmen are slammed busy right now. THE RESULTS ARE WORTH THE WAIT HERE. I've been going to GLAU for 10 years and have had them work on multiple vehicles. These guys are pros, and you can rely on them for great work at a reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Repaired an old military soft top for me. The stitching for the front windshield rail had come out. They restitched it. Did a great job for a fair price. I needed it back the same week because of a planned trip. They took that into account and got it back to me early.

They put new cloth on my door panels for my Ford Mustang. I was very happy with the end result. They saw that I was walking to the mall to kill time while they did the job and picked me up and took me there of themselves. They also picked me up when the job was finished. In my mind this is above and beyond customer service. All in all five star rating from me.

I dropped my shifter dust boot off more than two and half weeks prior. Should have known right away it would be a problem when they said, "If you dont hear from me by wednesday for a quote, give me a call". Stopped in thursday and nothing had been done. Waited until the following week and stopped in tuesday. Nothing done. Had to tell them how I wanted it again. Said it would be done wednesday the next week. Stopped in thursday not started yet. Made esxcuses as to why and that it could be done this afternoon. Decided to take it and leave. It should not take two and half weeks to do something that would probably take one hour to make. The business seems very unorganized. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Car was running perfectly fine when we dropped it off, went to pick up the car, and while driving away noticed that all the gauges, air, radio, check engine light, and airbag lights were all on. WHAT IN THE WORLD!!!??? The man said "It must be a coincidence". We are investigating the situation further and will give an update. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I had a couple smaller jobs done there( seat belts and a door handle). The work was well done, the staff was very pleasant , and they are very reasonably priced. They came recommended from my regular shop and I can see why!

I met Mustafa and his team and I was very impressed. They make customer service their number one priority and made me feel special. I don't normally do reviews but I felt I needed to this time because I was treated so well. It's hard to find this kind of service in this day and time.

Needed some work done on my 17 year old F-150 leather seats. They did a fantastic job. Without question, this is now my place for this type of work.
