I took a friend to Gerber Collision to pick up her car, and while I was there I asked if someone could attach a front license plate holder and my country flag to my Mazda. They were very quick to agree to do that small job and I was very happy to get it done. Jamie did the work and I was very happy. Very nice people and I would go there again.

The scheduling process was easy, but the earliest appointment was at least few weeks away. All said, It was very smooth and super quick to drop the vehicle, I was in and out with in 15 mins. And I was surprised to see that the repairs were completed with in two days. The repair was good and neat! I would definitely recommend this place.The Office was really nice and decorated for Halloween when we went! My 10 yr old kid had quite some fun!

Do NOT recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could. Had an accident in mid Oct 2023, took a little over a month to get my car back but I was hopeful it would be all fixed - had to go back about 5 times in the span of 2-3 weeks in Nov for different things that were still wrong. Front desk admin was incredibly rude and condescending to me when I was just asking to speak with someone who could answer my questions. Management seemed to pay closer attention the 5th time after I called my insurance to have them try and ensure I wouldn t need to return again. Communication was generally terrible and I would have to call for updates myself when it was their oversight and poor workmanship that kept having me return. The 6th time in early Dec, I never heard back from Gerber after I spoke with them about my airbag light continuing to turn on and off - my insurance recommended going somewhere else and doing separate paperwork to have it fit within my claim.

Loretta and the crew really helped me out when my 2017 Corolla was wrecked and I had no other transportation. They had a lot of work going on at that time, but they still got me a prompt, thorough estimate that showed the car was totaled. That made it possible for me to get quick payment from my insurance company and get into another car and back on the road. I'm very grateful for their timely service.

Excellent overall service! There was a huge wait to get in but they did squeeze me in at that later date versus denying me altogether as other collision shops has done. They sent regular text messages updates on my car as repair progressed (it took 3.5 weeks) Despite the time it took they did not cut corners for a profit. They endured every detail was perfect! They negotiated with insurance on my behalf when the insurance company would only approve an after market part and it didn't fit right. I am so impressed and grateful to have my car back looking like new. Plus, hard to find in that automotive industry, I trust them because of how they handled my repair including all its duffulties. Devon kept me updated and negotiated on my behalf with insurance. Loretta had a warm welcome and helped me get updates when I called. She was forthright and honest with me about options when we ran into difficulties. Darrell stepped in when Devon was not available to call around and get me updates. Great! Each step of the way. I took my car here as recommended by my Insurance company. After I get my car's estimated cost of repairs they tell me I will have the repairs completed in October, and will call me once they have a date. I wait three weeks without hearing anything and decided to call them first. Apparently I was never put on their schedule and they told me it wouldn't be until December that they could fit me in.The fact that they made a mistake like that, and somehow couldn't rearrange their schedule to accomodate their mistake, means I immediately took my business elsewhere.

I've had a few minor vehicle repairs done by this shop over the past couple of years. They ve done great work for me. They are friendly, they communicate well, and they have delivered exactly what they say they will on the schedule they project. Nothing negative to say.

The entire team has been professional and went above and beyond, even going as far as assisting with transferring two car seats into my rental. They are friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend!

My car was hit while parked 5 years ago and recently. Both times I took it to Gerber, and they did a great job fixing it. They matched the paint so well you can t tell which parts are new and which are original. Great customer service and communication as well. Thank you!

This is my third experience dealing with Gerber Collision & Glass and each experience has been better than the last. They do a great job of keeping you in the loop every step of the way, making sure that you are fully informed as to what they are doing and when.Frank the manager provides outstanding customer service and truly sympathizes with the situation you are in, surely it is never a good thing to have your vehicle in the shop. Every time I have had a theft or a collision, I am always pleased when my insurance company sends me to Gerber because I know the work will be top notch.I would not hesitate in recommending this shop to anyone needing repair work of any kind to their vehicle. The standard of care and quality is simply unmatched.

We have taken our vehicle twice for two different accidents. We have always received excellent customer service from all employees. Their work is excellent. I especially appreciate the updates that I got on my phone as the work was done on our vehicles I highly recommend this Gerber Collision and Glass.

I was in a rear end accident and took my car here to get fixed. They were very nice the entire time and always kept me updated. My car was fixed almost two weeks sooner and there was more damage than originally expected. They also went to bat for me against the insurance company to have all OEM parts put on my car and ate some of the cost themselves to ensure I got the car fixed how I wanted. The GM (I cannot remember his name) and Devon were the two people that worked with my car and made sure everything was done perfect. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Gerber and would easily take my car there again!

Wow! My car was ready much more quickly than I expected. The repair was professionally and promptly completed, and my car is so clean, on the outside and the inside. I was kept well informed of the status of the repair. Thank you! I highly recommend Gerber Collision on Ice Drive

First, I'd like to say that when I lived in Florida, Gerber took amazing care of my car and their customer service was fantastic so I know that it was just this particular center that was less than adequate. I scheduled an appointment a week and a half in advance to have my car looked at for possible frame damage. My tire was also losing air, which I knew was probably a coincidence (and from a different mechanic found out it did indeed have a nail in it) but was told that tires magically lose air and inflate themselves in the magical weather here in North Carolina. I'm not kidding. This guy over at Gerber told me that tires just sometimes deflate and inflate back up due to (and this was in July) "weather changes". So already, I have lost faith. Then he takes a glance at my car, and says the shop is full and he can't work on my car that day. I tell him I made an appointment specifically on my day off so that it could be dealt with. He proceeds to ignore me and keeps trying to make an appointment for a few days later. I finally tell him "yeah, I'll call you in a few days to make another appointment" just to shut him up. The service was terrible and this guy treated me like a complete moron. I will never go back to this place.

The employees at Gerber collision and glass in Raleigh NC were courteous, welcoming and eager to help me with my questions and needs of repair on my RAM truck. The timeline on the repair was also very quick in comparison to other local competing auto body shops. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because they set the emblems a little too far apart. More importantly, no one responded to my inquiry on the backup camera not working a few days after they reinstalled the tailgate they had to take off to do the collision repair. (Although the next time I drove the camera was working again and has ever since.) GREAT service, NOT as great followup. Thank you for the awesome service and turn-around time!

These guys recently did some work for me based on a insurance claim. The repair involved only body work, and was done well in the end. I am satisfied with the job, but was not with the overall experience. My main complaint was that they called me to say the car was done, and upon inspection, there were damaged items not replaced as required. They fixed it after I pointed it out. I believe they should have reviewed their work before calling me. The really unfortunate part is that I had read a prior review were someone described the same problem. Seems to me that they only get business now because they have a deal with the insurance company, because I definitely will not be a repeat customer. If this error would have been one that I was not able to view from the outside, it might have been left undone.Pros: Cheap, likely the low bidder on most jobs. They will get the job done. Nice team and pleasant to work with.Cons: Lack of attention to detail, resulting in a delayed completion of the job. You must double check the work before leaving.

I've had several cars repaired through insurance with Gerber Collision, previously True2Form. Every experience was positive. They were timely and kept me in the loop, and always nice. The quality has always been satisfactory. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to needing some warranty work. I had to have a bumper painted and replaced a year or two ago, and recently noticed that the clear coat was starting to peel. I brought it to them, and pointed out a run in the paint on the door they also fixed/painted (I noticed this when I picked the car up two years ago, but it wasn't enough for me to worry about). Not only did they repaint the bumper and wetsand the door, but they fixed another run that wasn't theirs, and some cracks in the bumper that weren't their fault. They also set me up with a rental car, at their expense, and got the warranty work done in three days. Of course, you don't want to have to go back to a vendor for warranty work, but they handled it so well I really can't complain.

Time estimates? Communication? NOPE! I had my vehicle hit in a parking lot and needed a door replaced. Since I'm new to the area, i went with the recommended shop from the insurance company that was covering the repairs. Big mistake!First, let's start with the estimated time to perform the repair. It was estimated that the repair would take 1 week to complete. Great! the insurance company is providing a rental so not a big deal. A week later, you have to call them every day to check the status because the rental is going to expire unless they get a call that the work isn't done. I felt like I should have gotten calls and not have to reach out to them everyday.Went to check the repair when it was complete. first impressions, the paint looked good. When checking the other aspects, the door panel was not assembled properly and the plastic moldings on the door were all scratched up (molding that goes horizontal in the middle of the door as well as the moldings around the window). Asked what could be done. They could replace 1 of the 3 moldings, the others would have to be ordered. They keep the car for another day to re-assemble the door interior and replace 1 molding.After waiting for a week or so, the other parts come in. They say bring in the car and it will only take 20mins. an hour and a half later, they are still working on the car. Get it back and the new pieces are scratched again!Try to contact the manager. Never got a call back. Had to go to the insurance company in order to get any sort of response from Gerber. They finally ordered the parts again, but once again, never called to say they were in. We had to call them. Brought the car in (once again 20mins which turned into 90) for them to realize they have the wrong parts. how could this not be figured out in 5 mins? I'm not really sure. Rinse and repeat with the communication issues. Finally they car was fixed right.

I had to make an appointment a week out to get a quote that took other shops 5 minutes to put together. Poor business model for the current environment.

STAY AWAY - NOT TRUST WORTHY - INSURANCE FRAUD.I was recommended by State Farm Insurance company to take my vehicle to Gerber for a small repair that was estimated at $450 by an appraiser. The ended up to be about $1,600.The collision was very simple. When I took the vehicle to Gerber, 24 hours later Gerber explained that there was a small crack in both of the front headlights that needs to be replaced. When I spoke to the employee, he explained that the parts would take a few days. The next day, I was told that the car would be ready the next day. #1 There was something fishy with the story. #2 - when I asked to see the cracked headlight for proof because there was no way a small fender bender could cause such significant damage to the headlights, he had explained that he threw the headlights away in the garbage and the garbage provider picked it up the previous night. I expressed my disappointment to the car advisor but he was not helpful. I would not recommend this company & I am very disappointed that State Farm would use such a company. Overall the work was fine but I was ripped off.

Totally pleased. The communication between the shop and myself was great - not too much and not too little. They under promised (8 days) and over delivered (5 days to repair.) The icing on the cake was that they vacuumed the cleaned to vehicle leaving one less thing for me to worry about. Thank you Gerber Collision!

Outstanding customer service. Great communication. And excellent workmanship. From Felicia at the front desk, who always greats you with a smile, the efficiency of the estimator, Betty Jones and the craftsmanship of Chucky Barbour, Gerber Collision and Glass are one of the best. They worked flawlessly with USAA. On time. Could not be happier. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment today to get an estimate on damage from a fender bender. When I called to make the appointment I told the lady I spoke with that I am inspired red through Travelers and she didn't hesitate to make my appointment.I get to my appointment and I'm told that this company doesn't do business with Travelers.I had made work arrangements so I could be at this appointment. Total waste of my time and energy.

Fairly well-run shop. Need an appointment for anything *at all* so do call ahead.Service is reasonably fast, very professional, but they lack some 'final touches'. One of the car's plastic decorative pieces was removed and not replaced after the repair- things like that shouldn't happen. The repair job was excellent, though.

It is sad that I had to return after another Gerber location failed to properly complete repairs but it was nice that Gerber took ownership of the problems and the market manager got the location manager here involved. Everything I complained about at the other Gerber location was done right here. There was good communication, flexibility, and ownership of problems.If you have issues or need work done this is the location to go to.

I didn't know this but apparently even if the insurance company is paying for your car to be repaired, you still have to cover the insurance for your rental car. With that being said, DO NOT take your car to Gerber Collision on Ice Dr. They will give you a completion date and keep you updated on the progress via text BUT will not finish on time, pushing your completion date back by days or even over a week in my experience. (8 days late to be exact.) When I picked my car up, Devon told me not to worry about it. He said he had spoken to the manager who agreed to reimburse me for the extra days I had to pay for insurance. He said he would call me when the check came in (whatever that meant). That was on July 13th. Today is August 14th and I still haven't heard anything after calling and emailing multiple times. I chose to take my car here because of the good name I thought they had but please don't make the same mistake I did. It will cost you time, energy and money. I will never do business here again and will warn everyone I know to stay far away.

I've had 2 cars at Gerber for work. 1 was a replacement front bumper and headlight. The other was a smaller dent. The experiences were both the same and consistent. Pleasant, clear and crisp communication throughout. I have no complaints about the actual work. Good as new! Thanks!

I had such a great experience with Brian. He was very efficient and got me in and out! The staff was also extremely friendly and caring. When I went to pick up our car, it looked like it literally never happened!!!!. SO GLAD I chose this specific shop to fix our car.

I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision & Glass on Ice Drive... (Jan. 2014). Even though we had a snow storm and schools were closed for days and roads were treacherous, somehow Gerber managed to get my car repaired in a timely manner and they did a fantastic job of repairing it to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them highly.
