My first visit to Fred Anderson Nissan will unfortunately be my last. I called in for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my nearly brand new 2023 Frontier Pro-4X, a vehicle that I take pride in owning and take great care in maintaining and protecting.Fred Anderson was able to take my appointment same-day, and upon arrival I was very impressed by the courteous and professional staff. I was advised what to expect for the service and watched as my vehicle's interior was vacuumed as a complimentary service. My truck was at 15k miles, and to date has always been hand washed with extreme care to avoid any micro-abrasion or paint swirling. This is the first vehicle I have owned from new, and I have taken extreme care and spent countless hours washing the truck to ensure that the paint remained as perfect as they day I picked it up. For this reason, I specifically requested that my truck NOT be washed upon servicing at Fred Anderson. The staff checking me in assured me that this would not happen due to the bike rack on the truck, but advised that she would denote the request in the service file nonetheless.The service provided by Fred Anderson was swift and completed within the advised timeframe. I was impressed by their text updates and multi-point inspection videos. I waited outside while the service was completed, and once I saw my truck pull back into the pickup/drop-off zone, I walked back to pay and collect my vehicle.This is where an otherwise great experience went horribly wrong. I returned to my truck to find staff wiping the exterior of the truck dry with small microfiber towels. The truck had gone through their car wash despite my request, and despite the bike rack; which I was told would preclude it from being washed to start with. A single car wash isn't the end of the world, and likely would have caused minor damages to the paint. Instead of admitting to their mistake, the Fred Anderson staff attempted to dry the vehicle before I ever knew it had been washed. Drying paint in a swirling motion and using two small microfibers to do so is a recipe for swirl marks in the truck, and exactly what I came to find upon inspecting the paint.The staff were apologetic, and assured me that my truck was leaving the dealership that day looking better than most because they took the time to hand dry it, which they never do. While most may appreciate this, I surely did not, knowing that their inability to own the mistake and attempts to quickly dry the vehicle had created more damage than the car wash itself.This review is perhaps an excessive complaint for a truck being driven through a car wash. For myself, as the proud owner of a very expensive vehicle that I meticulously care for....Fred Anderson's inability to follow through on a simple instruction is inexplicable. Further, their attempts to hide the mistake are the reason that I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.It is worth adding that a tire rotation and oil change can be had at the Crossroads Nissan dealership for approximately $35 less...oh, and your paint will be left unharmed.(In all fairness, Fred Anderson did price match Crossroads upon request, perhaps as an attempt to appease a frustrated customer).

The service rep was very professional when I called to confirm the recall. He made my appointment immediately. The day of the appointment everyone in the service department were busy but took the time to acknowledge me by just informing me that someone will be with me soon. The overall service was quick and efficient. I really like that they sent a video when service was completed. Thank you for the great service.

Recently had an oil pan issue on my 2023 Nissan Rogue. I believe it was a manufacturer default, however Fred Anderson believes differently. I was quoted over $980 by Fred Anderson to correct the problem. I choose another option. In Short the oil pan cost from Nissan, wholesale, was less than $150 and was replaced, wait a minute, less than 15 minutes. Repair was completed by a certified technician not in someone's driveway. I will let you form your own opinion.

Three stars because after checking in and receiving the initial text link for correspondence with the repair team no one texted or gave me updates as to the progress of my vehicles issue/repair status. I sat in the waiting area for almost 3 hours and no representative from Fred Anderson Nissan gave me any type of status. After all that time of not knowing what was going on I walked back to the initial check in service bay where I was able to inquire about my car with Mindy. This was my first time experiencing questionable service at this dealership and I pray it will be more of the quality experience I usually have and am used to on my next visit

Old fashioned bait and switch advertising--- they sent my girlfriend a coupon for an oil change for her son's Nissan Rogue, for $19.95. My girlfriend dropped the car off, asked for the discounted oil change and left the car. Next morning, she got a text pointing out $3,200.00 in maintenance and repairs that was "needed". We advised that we only wanted the oil change and tire rotation we ordered when the car was dropped off. They tried to up-sell the other work in a phone call, but were refused. When we picked up the car, we were billed $82.00 for the oil change. I pointed out the $19.95 coupon. The service rep acknowledged the discussion about the coupon, but because my girlfriend didn't leave the coupon, they used full synthetic oil, rather than the blend which qualified for the coupon discount. After my protests, they made a $25.00 concession, but an oil change and tire rotation still cost $110.00.We won't be going back for service at this dealership.

I'm going to preference my comments by saying I usually don't waste my time rating most goods and services. This experience was different because I had an intermittent problem with my starter, most of the shops contacted offered no assistance unless I pay for full diagnosis. This group had a plan to help without full diagnostic and stated it is best not to throw money " down a rabbit hole". The starter did fail then the assistant service manager did three things of importance. Tried to save me as much money as possible, honor his word, and if my vehicle was not ready, he had a plan to get me a loaner car. This type of service I haven't seen for the average Joe, so Thanks.

John J., one of the service advisors, was very helpful and courteous. I had the last appointment of the day at 4:30pm, not knowing that the techs leave at 5:00pm. John made sure the service (SW update due to a recall) was done before 5:00pm so I wouldn t have to come back another day. John even took my car through the car wash before giving it back to me.

Despite the Wake Forest location being closer to me, I opted to visit the Raleigh dealership due to their more accommodating appointment schedule. This decision turned out to be a game-changer, marking one of the best dealership experiences I ve had. Rashawn, the representative who assisted me, was the epitome of professionalism and kindness. His approachable and helpful attitude immediately put me at ease. Rashawn took the time to explain everything in detail, presenting various payment options for the extensive work my car needed. His thoroughness ensured that I was fully informed to make the best decision for my situation.What I particularly appreciated was Rashawn s respectful nature; he wasn t pushy when I chose a more incremental approach to the car repairs, which speaks volumes about the dealership s commitment to customer satisfaction over mere sales. Adding to the exceptional service, I was pleasantly surprised to find my car not only serviced but also washed and vacuumed, a touch of care that didn t go unnoticed.Although the Raleigh location is a 30-minute drive from my home, as opposed to the Wake Forest dealership just minutes away, the superior service and flexibility in scheduling made every additional mile worth it. Drew was the first technician that actually explained to me what the services would do for my car, why they were necessary and was up front with the cost. I have felt that other technicians in the past have just tried to upsell and bully me into buying extra unnecessary add ons. I plan on only returning to him for all my future appointments and I trust his opinion. My car was serviced in a timely manner, and came back to me clean and running smooth. Thanks Drew!

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Fred Anderson Nissan, my second vehicle needed an expensive repair. The whole ordeal with the warranty company was a nightmare!!! My service representative, Joshua Dickey was outstanding and extremely patient with me and assured me every step of the way that he'd do the best he could and that he did... the warranty company initially denied my repair, but with Joshua, the fighter on my side he fought for me until my repair was approved. He kept me informed every step of the way! Service like this and by the mechanic, sorry don't know his name, I was all informed of every aspect of my repair and as a female that knows absolutely nothing about cars, this felt really personal and caring. I felt like I was more than just another lady with car trouble! I'm so appreciative of the whole company as a whole! Fred Anderson did not leave me stranded and alone, they carried me every step of the way from my initial purchase and beyond, this is my dealership from here on out

Nissan is a good dealership but I was alittle disappointed with my service. I bought a 2020 vehicle not even a year in and the battery is failing nothing was done to help with the situation. I was told have to purchase a $480 battery which is upsetting because initially the customer service agent told me they could replace it because car isn t even 4 years old. When I went in for service I was told differently.

My 1st Oil Change experience was not great at all. John & Rep who set my appointment told me 90mins and was there for 2hrs for tire rotation & oil change with appointment set. I also was informed when purchased the car about using Nissan App for my Starting the unit, PSI, location etc. When I went to get assistance and called Customer Service due to app didn t seem to have any features. The Rep told me I was supposed to have TCU (Telematics Control Unit) i stalled at purchase so my car doesn t have any of the features I was told. This was a very uncomfortable experience for me Disappointing

Josh was who I worked with and his partner they both were very patient and willing to work with me and continuously kept me updated on what s going on and what to expect. I really like the text updates and the video review never experienced that before. Only thing is I wasn t offered a courtesy ride/car and had to Uber home and back the next day. Everyone was very busy and it was late in the day so I didn t know if that was an option. Overall great communication and care. I had the most wonderful experience with the service advisor, John Jameyson. He was super helpful and very patient. I had a debacle with the certified preowned status of my vehicle (caused by another dealership) but he helped me work through it and was an absolutely amazing source of help and information. After resolving this first issue, he quickly had my vehicle assessed and repairs made. He was incredibly pleasant and professional. I plan to request him in the future for any repair or service needs on my Armada. He deserves more than 5-Stars and I highly recommend him!!!

Went in for my first service appt and met Rashawn. That man has a customer service super power! He is thoughtful and helpful, kind and considerate. When the appt lasted longer than expected, he made up for it by checking in with me during the wait and quickly handled the check out sesh. Never felt rushed or pressured.
