I just bought my first ever brand new 2024 kia forte from Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh and i love it. My sales guy Reggie was the best. He helped me find the car for me. Michael in finance was also great. They both went the extra mile to help me leave with the car i wanted. I will be going back if I ever need another car. Thank you Fred Anderson Kia.

Just bought my second preowned 2019 honda accord in the most beautiful condition and even considered bday present to myself after a tough month with my previous car. Sami was my sales guy, and he was the absolute best from start to finish. Along with Justin who was very kind and timely with information. They even offered me lunch because of the wait and asked if i was getting hungry hahah which was very cool of them!10/10 experience at Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh !! shoutout Justin, Sami & CJ !!

Wow, the KIA Telluride is in high demand. We finally found the car we were searching for at Fred Anderson KIA in Raleigh, only 225 miles away. It was worth the drive. The whole staff was great, but CJ Cotton, our sales rep was the star. The SX Prestige X-Pro model we chose has a lot packed in, and CJ gave a precise demo and walked us through all of the features. Then, just as we were about to leave, CJ found a glitch in the digital rear view mirror. Rather than send us home with an appointment to return for service, we were given another car to drive home. With all hands on deck, the problem was resolved, and CJ made the 450 mile round trip to deliver the car to our home!Many thanks to all those who made buying out new Telluride a great experience, including Jermaine White, customer experience manager who followed every step of the process, Mike in finance, Zach the sales manager, everyone in the service team, and of course CJ going above and beyond.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Fred Anderson Kia. The staff was attentive and helpful from the moment we walked in. Our salesperson, Reggie, was knowledgeable and professional. He found us the exact vehicle we saw on their website. We negotiated a deal and signed all the paperwork much faster than expected.After closing the purchase, we encountered a slight hiccup, but the Sales Manager, Brent, provided a resolution that made us happy. We were extremely pleased with our smooth car-buying experience. Fred Anderson Kia is a great place to go if you want to buy a vehicle with less stress.

On 1/13/24, I came for my annual inspection and an oil change. The oil change was completed and I failed the inspection due to windshield wipers. No problem, I wanted to get a specific brand so I decided to come back for the reinspection once I changed them.On 1/22/24, 9 days later I came back for the scheduled re-inspection. I passed inspection this time however, I was told that there was a massive leak under my car and if I wanted to have this inspected to find the source of the leak. They informed me that the oil pan was leaking and I should have this fixed asap. They quoted me $673.32, $128.85 was for the parts and roughly $217.78 for labor per hour and we can finance this service. I have no issue with paying for service that I need done; however, the leak from the oil pan is near the drain plug. How are you not going to take any responsibility for this massive leak/hairline crack by the DRAIN PLUG? They were the last people to complete the oil change. I am honestly disappointed and have taken my care elsewhere due to the principle.

My salesman Eric Loveless was great answered all of my questions and made my purchase smooth and efficient. The finance gentlemen Michael was very helpful in assisting to make sure my new vehicle is covered. My overall experience buying my new 2023 Sorento was great from start to finish. The coffee was great and I was offered a drink before we even sat down. Going over car play and all of the features of my new suv was seamless and Eric showed a knowledge of the features and how they worked. The Bathroom was clean everyone was friendly best experience I ve ever had buying a car. I m loving my new suv.

I came in for a recall maintenance. I called a week ahead of my appointment. Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable of my car s issue. I was on the phone setting up the appointment no longer than 10minutes. At the time of my appointment check in within 10 mins, they prepped my car while I checked in. I had the option to wait or schedule a drop off. My car was finished within 1hour. My service technician sent me a walk-around video once my car was finished. Checkout was also a complete breeze.

Fantastic job. They were quick and friendly with assessing my concerns about my new car. They found out there was an issue with a master switch and promptly ordered it for replacement at no charge due to the warranty. Lots of friendly faces that are always happy to help. Purchased a Kia Carnival from this dealership and we are happy with our purchase. We did have it arranged to come back and have one of the TV s repaired that was broken when purchasing. Communication was a little rough but when they were able to install the new screen they did a great job and even sent us a video of the completed work. Thanks!

They seem to do good work I guess, but I was disappointed when they recommended 4 new tires, while only showing me one rear tire in the video. And when I took it to a tire store so that I wouldn't have to pay so much, I learned that I only needed two rear tires. Upon inspection, he said my front tires were fine. So I won't be back to Anderson Kia. Honesty is significantly important to me.

4/9 Update: Someone finally reached out via email and I got a follow up phone call. I'm happy to finally have what I need but still disappointed it took a bad review for them to actually get in touch. I appreciate the follow up and apology though!I ve called the dealership and left a voicemail everyday for two weeks requesting a copy of my sales contract from a purchase 5 years ago. I ve left voicemails on multiple people s lines in Finance and the general Finance voicemail. I just need a copy of my contract to work out a warranty issue, which actually was caused by this dealership at time at purchase (only one owner s name was added to warranty instead of both owners.)The most laughable part about all of this is that I missed a call from this dealership and when I listened to the voicemail, it was a sales call asking if I d be interested in selling my Kia. I ve been waiting 2 weeks for a return call about a car you want me to sell you!

My salesperson, Reggie, was amazing at helping me thru this car buying experience! He answered all my questions and was super patient with me. He worked with finance to get payments exactly where I wanted them to make sure I was able to walk out with the vehicle i wanted. He made sure my son was good and showed us where some books and crayons were to help keep him happy. Seth with finance was also absolutely amazing! He was also patient and did everything he could to help make sure this experience was as painless as possible!

It's the worst experience I ever had with the sales manager and dealership. I have contacted the dealership over the internet regarding Kia carnival SX Prestige and I got a reply from Alexa and here is the message:This is Alexa with Fred Anderson Kia.Thank you again for inquiring on our Kia CarnivalWhen could we set up a time for you to meet with my sales manager to do a quick test drive and a 15-20 minute appraisal?Would later today or tomorrow work best for you?After sending multiple messages over the phone she has setup an appointment mainly for the test drive and then talk about the price and things with the manager.I took my family and kids to show the vehicle, test drive and with the intention to buy it if it meets my expectations.The vehicle that I have been looking for just got delivered this evening and completely covered with plastic and white sticky thing that covers all the interiors, panels and such.One of the sales guy walked me to the vehicle and I asked to remove the plastic and the white sticky thing that is there everywhere. Then he starts inquiring if Im buying the vehicle right away and is reluctant to take off the covers (for heaven sake, let me look at the vehicle and test drive first, why are you putting me under the hook?) He didn t even removed the plastic on the seat, all the panels and everything was covered and he pulls it in front of the door for the test drive. In the meanwhile, not sure who that guy is Sales manager/Inventory manager, he showed up and started talking about the price and emphasizing on $2500 on top of the regular MSRP even before I could test drive it(LOL, he says that we were lucky that until last week they were taking $5000 more than MSRP. He even said Kia is asking them to charge more on MSRP) He kind of degraded and behaved as if I can't buy the car. The point is not about trying to put some extra money in his pocket but over emphasizing on extra $2500 and not letting proceed any further (he literally didn t care about showing vehicle to the customer and not letting the customer test drive and take time to decide) This is totally disrespectful from a customer point of view and I didn t like that attitude at all.I can literally buy the car cash down on the same day but why would I buy at a place where there is no respect for customers. You lost a good customer today and a potential deal because of your employees at your dealership.Keep in mind that you are being paid because of the customers and there will be a day when there will be plenty of vehicles at various dealerships, these are the reviews other customers will look into and decide whether or not buy vehicle with you and I pity it will haunt you in the future.I haven t went through the reviews until I had the bad experience and there are plenty others apparently in the same boat. Good that your true picture came upfront before my decision. I see some others mentioning about how bad your service is on top of your treatment with customers. I feel lucky to not have gone through all those troubles if I would have made decision to buy the car at your dealership.Signing off and wish you a good luck with your screwed up business.

I bought my FIRST brand new car from this dealership and my whole experience with kia dealership was amazing. Sami Sider was my salesperson who have helped me with all my questions and was super helpful. I have been looking for a car from almost a month and I must say from all the salespeople I have interacted with at different dealerships,Sami is the most amazing one. It's my first time buying a New car and I wanted to take my time to consider my budget and choices.Sami has been great throughout this journey. His presentation skills are so good. Honestly Kia wasn't my first choice earlier but how you present a thing matters A LOT!! It made a great impact how Sami presented the car when I first stopped at Kia dealership and while taking a test drive how he explained me every little thing about it. I wanted a car for my parents and Sami would tell me each and every detail about what should I be considering. He made this whole experience of buying a car very enjoyable and stress free.The finance manager was very patient and helpful. Being a rational person I take a lot of time to do my calculations and review things and I was little nervous from all the things I have read online about buying a new car. But I must say he has been there patiently without any rush, without any aggressive agreements/warranties, trying to work with me for my budget and best deal. And made this whole process easy and smooth.It was a 10/10 experience with Fred Anderson kia dealership.

5 star experience purchasing my brand new Kia K5 from Fred Anderson Kia off Glenwood Ave. They had the exact car I was looking for. The floor staff was excellent. Reggie, Mike and Oscar went above and beyond. They made me feel comfortable and did a wonderful job at making the whole buying process less stressful. They kept me posted during the whole process so I was not sitting around waiting for help. They were extremely friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on small details that most salesman leave out. I highly recommend this location if you re looking for a new vehicle!

Just bought my first Kia from Mark Walton and I am really pleased with the car, the friendliness of the staff, and the supportive environment. I felt very welcome every time I visited the dealership and never felt pressured or like I was being given the hard sell. I ordered a car because I wanted a specific model and Mark kept in contact with me regularly to give any updates and even just to check in to say that he hadn t forgotten about me if he didn t have any updates. The buying process was easy and pain free and I enjoyed speaking with Art Sider, the Finance Director, who was friendly, honest, and did not try to upsell me on the warranty. Shelby was awesome. She acknowledged me as I entered the service area and no other service adviser did. She explained everything and my serviceman from Apex was awesome too. I think his name may have been Matt?? Great service!!
