The manager there was absolutely excellent. He identified the issue my car was having, and it turned out to be very minor and under warranty so I didn't have to pay a dime. I've been going to this Firestone for over 20 years and I've always felt well taken care of and I trust them.

Wonderful experience! I met with Robert and needed to have my brakes changed however with no pressure, he told me that I had a couple more months before I need to have my brakes changed. I will be traveling a lot these next few months so I decided to have the work done now along with arecommended the oil flush as well.I was extremely impressed with the work performed on my vehicle and the service level from Robert and his team.

Nick was the person who checked me in and he was very nice. After I explained my situation to him, he went out of his way to get me in and out under an hour when estimated time was one hour and a half at least for a tire rotation and balance. My Highlander rides very smooth!

VERY EXPENSIVE. Was ignored by the guy at the counter for at least 5 minutes when I went in. Then without a word he left the customer area and went into the garage. A different guy came out of the garage a couple minutes after that and asked if I was being helped. Then after telling them it was too expensive and tried to walk out the door I got hassled to come back and reconsider. As the door closed behind me I heard one of them say something about me being poor. Will not return.

Efficient, honest, thorough, dependable. Finding a place I completely trust with my Acuras in Raleigh was a search. This is my 10th year using Firestone. The repairs and advice are always spot on. Good at listening and follow through, a very caring and professional shop.

The guy on the computer told me that they can t help me because they are busy and have to many appointments when is clear that more then half of the shop is empty .Please don t waste your time stopping by.

Twice I have scheduled an appointment for service. Once online and once calling the store. Both times when I arrived at the appointed times, I was told they don't have me scheduled. The online appointment, the store told me that they were never notified of my request. The most recent appointment I spoke with Robbie and requested a 2pm appointment and he entered it at 11am. Thankfully the manger working this past Sunday worked me in and I was out the door within 39 minutes. I am very grateful to him for doing that!!! Thank you again...Mike Glenn

Horrible experience every time I ve been here. First time, I had an 8am appointment and after five people who have came in after me already left and two hours passed by they realized no one had even gotten to my car because they forgot . After another 45 mins, fortunately one of the workers gave me a 50% discount for my next visit. Scheduled my next visit for 8am, called back within two minutes and asked to do 8:30 instead because I realized I had something else scheduled at 8am. They said they don t do half hours so we agreed to 9am. A week later as I show up to my appointment at 8:45 because my appointment is at 9am of course I m told I missed my appointment that was at 8am. You forget my car the first time and then you don t even document the rescheduled time within two minutes? Like from the two experiences I have had with this location this is beyond ridiculous. I can t even use the 50% discount from my last horrible experience they gave me because the next experience was just as bad! Get it together please. That 50% discount is going in the trash because I refuse to waste my time at this particular location.

So far I ve only been here twice but both times my experiences were nothing less than pleasant.These guys don t overcharge or try to force things on you that aren t needed, they are fast and reliable, and they are friendly!Shoutout to Robert for the awesome costumer service today + the guys in the back who knocked out my diagnostic quickly!

My son took his car here for brakes. They broke a stud when removing a lug nut, then explained that it was "the last guy's fault" because the nut had been cross-threaded, and that if we had documentation of who it was, that repairman would be held responsible. Firestone said it cost $725 to repair the broken stud (but would give me a break at $617). I called my regular repairman, and he gave a much lower price. Firestone put my wheels back on and I carefully drove to the other place. When they started work, 5 of the 15 lug nuts had been cross-threaded by Firestone and THOSE BROKE TOO. My repairman replaced all 6 studs for about $350. (compare to $617 for ONE). Firestone denies all culpability, and refuses to be held responsible for the 5 that they cross-threaded. Incompetence, or vengeance for not getting the overpriced job? Either way - STAY AWAY!

I made an appt for a flat repair since last time I came, it took 45 minutes (longer than I was told). After an hour, I had to ask what was going on and was told 20 more minutes (Why? Because they didn't see the wheel lock in the driver seat... not sure how that accounts for all the time...) Why even have an appt? No regard for my time and no care that they put me behind. I am still waiting as I type this and there is still no update and it has been 20 minutes.

This place is a joke. I booked online and got a confirmed email saying my appointment was at 7:30 am. When we arrived the man said I didn't have an appointment at their location. The guy literally told me my phone number and I've never stepped foot in there before. After telling me that it was the wrong location, I received a email saying my appointment was canceled by this location at 7:29 this morning. I use firestone all over the U.S due to my husband's career and never has this happen. Very unprofessional.

I came in with a mildly unreasonable request.4 tire change, brake change, as well as a checkup on SAME day. I understood it was a difficult ask, but the workers "knocked it out of the park," providing me with all services on the same day. I'm not gunna promise you my experience. However, I will say the workers at 6000 Glenwood know what they're doing.

As a long standing customer for this particular store, I will not get my car serviced here again. Not sure why Aaron/Mike/Dustin are no longer there, but their absence is strongly felt!Customer service is highly unprofessional, and I ve never experienced that from this store, before. In a 30 minute window, I witnessed the manager (Robert, I believe) being rude to a customer over the phone, fuss with a disgruntled customer who was leaving, and even received a rude response when I asked a simple question.If that were not bad enough, the manager continued to complain about customers to another customer and to other members of the staff. I understand being upset about an interaction, but have a modicum of professionalism and air your grievances out of the customer s presence!Customer service is NOT for everyone, and you need to have a thick skin to constantly work with people. Also, you are a representation of your company, and being rude to customers is not a good look. Yes you may be providing a service , but guess what..so do others and with a better attitude.I gave this review two stars, because the associate I ultimately dealt with was kind and approachable, even when he was tired; but that is not enough for me to return to this store, even if it is down the road from me.I will gladly go out of my way to the Firestone on HWY 55, where the associate I spoke to on the phone had no problems with my asking questions.Service: Tires

Well done Firestone. You did an oil change, rotated my tires and set the air pressure to my door jam. Your manager even gave me a hard time about the fact that it was too low.Looks like you just decided to add lots of air so my tires would be overinflated and wear out faster.I wonder if the other work you said you did, you actually did?

Work was done properly; however, customer service is terrible. I had a question about past pricing, and some guy who was originally taking care of our order asked: why does it matter? Then he says when we bring the car back (we had to make a second appointment due to time restraints), we didn't Have to get a certain part. When we brought car back, they had no clue what he was taking about. Maybe I should have given 2 stars, but as I said the work was properly done.

This place have good customer service, but when I got an air conditioner condenser fixed, I didn t know the pricing until after I looked up the price of the part online was less than $150, but they charged me $900 for parts and labor, I also looked up how easy it is since I learned how to fix things myself, it was behind the radiator, super easy to fix, it maybe take like an hour or two for me the most. They charged me $750+ for labor. Then I called to get an estimate for spark plugs and ignition coils replaced, they told me $1200, so I did it myself, cost me $400 & 1.5 hr of labor. It probably take the professionals an hour so they charged $800/hr? Beyond Ridiculous!!!

Don t make an appointment here if you value your time. I made an appointment several days ago and when I showed up today, on time, the customer service rep then let me know they wouldn t be able to work on my vehicle until Wednesday. Why they didn t feel the need to call me to reschedule or let me know my time would be wasted, I m not sure. Seriously go anywhere else.

The people here and nice and they do a good job. However, if you re looking for a place that does things in a fair amount of time, this isn t it. They took 2 1/2 hours today to put 4 new tires on my car even though I made an appointment in advance. That doesn t even bother me as much as the fact that I was told it would only take 1 hour AND I never received an update, so I was stuck wondering when it would be done for the extra hour and a half that I sat there. Honestly, the best thing they could improve on is just keeping the people in their waiting area updated. Still, they did a nice job and they were very nice to explain things to me as I wasn t always totally sure what was happening.

I have no idea what has happened to this place, but if I could give negative stars I would. Made an appointment for a car inspection 8 weeks ago. Went that day, was told they could not perform the inspection because the recent hurricane had knocked their connection to the state inspection database offline. Went back two weeks later, as they promised a discount on tires. Car failed inspection due to too little tire tread. Made an appointment to get new tires. Two weeks later, they call and say they cannot find my tires, so I have to reschedule my appointment....two weeks later I show up, and they still don't have my tires. So, it's taken 8 weeks and still no valid inspection, and no new tires. They won't even answer the phone because "there's not enough people to answer the phone"....I won't be doing business with this company any more.Service: Tires
