Dale is honest, reliable, and affordable. My dad received his contact information from a local body mechanic and we used him for over two years before I moved away. I highly, *highly* recommend him.

Told Dale about issue I had about spark plug boots being stuck in ignition coil 1 and 4 of 2006 honda civic. The car had an oil leak coming from the valve cover gasket that had been replaced. Dale reached out back to me on email to come by Thursday or Friday to take a look. Got there Thursday around 11 AM and told me he has a lot going on for the day and to come by later to get it done then. Told him I made a long drive from Charlotte and freed up my schedule the whole day for it. Bought spark plug replacements too. Came by later and he got it taken care of. Price is so reasonably priced . Dale is the man and I appreciate him squeezing me in for the day. Until next time.

I found Dale after searching for a reliable Honda mechanic. When I reached out to my old mechanic in mid 2021 I never received a telephone call back. In 2020 he had given me a list of things I need to have done. With the pandemic and not driving my car much I did not proceed with the recommendation in 2020. When their business never called me back in 2021, I began searching for a Honda mechanic.After reading all of the positive reviews, I called on the Tuesday. He did not call me back immediately, for the obvious reason, Dale is very busy caring for his customers card. However , when I was in the area I stoped by he asked me to bring the car in on a specific day, I did and my car was ready the following day. The previous mechanic suggested I had a rear engine oil leak. That service is costly but I was prepared to do if required. Dale asked a few questions and said he would check it out. He performed a diagnostic check, a transmission service oil change and repaired what required repairing . Dale is honest, professional, and a people person. I called Dale right after Christmas and he was closed until the new year. He called me back early January I explained to him that it sounded like the power steering was making noise when the car was cold and I needed a tune up. He had availability on Friday 01/07/21. I dropped off Thursday night and he called Friday with the diagnosis amount due and car was ready. He has fair prices and treats your car like he cares. If you are seeking a great, honest, and friendly mechanic call Dale. My Honda is a V6 Accord with 340k miles. Prior to any other mechanic servicing my car I always went to the Honda dealer. After Honda dealer it was one other Honda mechanic and now Dale. When my wife and I decided to relocate from Texas to Raleigh, I realized I would have a difficult time finding an independent mechanic that specialized in Hondas that I could trust. I had one such mechanic in Hurst, TX.My wife's beater car, an Element, had issues recently. After reading such excellent reviews about Dale's, we turned to him when we had a few issues pop up on her car. Not only did he work us in at the last minute before a long Thanksgiving weekend, he also was very fair with his pricing. He only did what was needed and did not push any repairs or services that were not required. I trust his work and highly recommend him. He is sometimes a little hard to reach on the phone, but he is busy, so I can understand. A++ service and price.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dale is an amazing person who we met thru our son in law. He is honest and doesn't try to sell you on something you don't need. Dale goes above and beyond the average repair shop!

Excellent work. My dad started going to him first and now our entire family has become lifetime customers. Compared to the Honda dealerships and other shops, Dale is extremely reasonable. He s also very honest; for example I had an issue with a compliance bushing and Dale informed me there may be a warranty extension by Honda to fix the problem for free (if I take it to the dealership). Turns out he was right; but really, what mechanic do you know that s so honest they d risk losing money to the dealership? He could ve easily taken advantage of the situation and it inform me... but he didn t! That s why I trust Dale. If he gives an a quote, I trust it s fair and honest. I never need to search around for a good deal or compare quotes and I ve never felt taken advantage of. My husband is looking at getting a new car and leaning towards getting another Honda so he won t have to switch mechanics. We re forever grateful for Dale!

Dale replaced my timing belt on a 1999 Acura. He was friendly, honest and did outstanding work. As a female, I appreciate a fair, respectful business man that treats customer with respect. I will be back and highly recommend him.

I decided on the positive reviews of other Honda owners to check out Dale. Dale is one of the most trustworthy, ethical, and down to earth mechanics I've ever met. I recently purchased a used Honda and wanted to get it checked out along with having basic maintenance done to establish a baseline for the vehicle going forward. Dale gave me his assessment of the vehicle and I was amazed at the price of the total bill. I absolutely recommend anyone looking for a great Honda service center be sure to check out Dale's shop. I drove 40 miles one way to get there, and was happy that I did! He will be my only choice for Honda service in the future.

To say Dale is amazing would be putting it lightly. I am an avid auto enthusiast and normally do my own work due to others quality of work and their honesty. This is my first experience with Dale and can say I will never perform maintenance or any major repairs on my wifes Honda again. Dale has been great from the first time we spoke up until the time I paid. prices, quality, customer service are great, you can't ask for more from your mechanic.Thank you sir for your service!

The Owner Dale is a skilled mechanic and very honest. I have had both my CRV and Odyssey worked on by him and he has always been a man of his word and has not tried to up sell me on work. He is very affordable and he does it right the first time unlike some dealerships I been to in the past.

Dale is the most wonderful Honda Mechanic I have ever met. Someone from my neighborhood and church introduced me to Dale almost two years ago. Not only is the shop just 2 miles from my house, but Dale is always available to do the small stuff at the spur of the moment. He is the most reasonable Honda service around town and he never tries to sell you unnecessary services. Great service, great prices, and a great person!

I do 95% of my own work and I am reluctant to trust just anyone. Dale is someone that I trust 100%. He is passionate about his work and an enthusiast for these import platforms. His knowledge is boundless and I appreciate his work ethic. Easy to deal with, trustworthy, and fair on pricing. What more could you ask for? Excellent workmanship! I've taken my car to Dale twice now....driving 2 hours into town just to take my car to him. His prices are competitive and fair. He's fixed my car within time for me to travel out of town. He doesn't take advantage y quoting higher price just because you're a woman, which I really like. Can't say enough about him

Faced with a decision to trade in my 08 MDX or spend on 100k maintenance- Dale s made the decision easy. Reasonably priced (actually better than other quotes) and made her purr like she was just off the lot. Couldn t recommend more.

Honest, quick, and fantastic service: I found Dale's after my dealer quoted me $1600 for an AC repair. I took it to him for a second opinion and he solved the issue without a major repair and serviced my vehicle...all for less than $50! Needless to say, I will be bringing my Honda to Dale's for any maintenance needs from here on out.

Dale is the most honest mechanic I have found. In today s society where there are so many people who forget the customer, he s always honest and updates you on the status of your repair. A place in Garner quoted me at $1200 for a repair that I believed was too much. Dale found the issue and fixed it for under $200. I did a Google search for a Honda repair shop in Raleigh and ran across Dale's Honda & Acura repair. Since all of his reviews were great, my wife and I decided to check him out.It did take a little longer than expected to have the car repaired, but he had just come back from a vacation and had a backlog of work.I had originally taking my 1999 Honda CRV to AAA but they could not diagnose the reason that the car kept dying on me. Dale figured out the issue and did it for about one-fifth of the cost that AAA had quoted me. Even though they did not know the exact nature of the problem they speculated what it might have been. I'm so glad that we chose Dale's shop because it saved us about $800!I highly recommend that you check him out!

Dale is the best, nothing else needs to be said. He s HONEST, diligent, capable, and pretty much everything you could ask for when looking for a Honda/Acura mechanic. He knows old cars, new ones, and everything in between. If you need a Honda/Acura fixed and you re not going to Dale...you re making a mistake.

My family and I have been using Dale for years. He has replaced transmissions, clutches, and repaired many Honda's for us and always in a very timely fashion. He is very fairly priced and is as honest as they come!

I have had my car serviced at Dale's Honda three times and can say without hesitation that Dale is one of the best and fair mechanics in Raleigh. I was having an issue with my 2007 Accord making a loud noise near the timing belt. Two separate dealerships told me I would have to replace the timing belt and the power steering pump for well over $1,000 and would take 2-3 days to repair. I decided to replace the steering pump myself, which did not fix the problem. I took the car to Dale, and he made repairs to the alternator bearings in a matter of hours at a fraction of the cost. The car is now almost as quiet as an electric car. I'll never take it anywhere else as long as he remains in business.

Dale does a wonderful job..honest,efficient and fair prices..Glad we found him as Repair Guy for our Honda Crv and Accord..wait times are not to lengthy as well. sets appointments and see to it your car is in and ready in timely matter,checks to see if anything else is needed in future repairs as well.

I will ONLY take my cars to Dale. I will ONLY buy cars that Dale works on. It is a wonderful feeling to have an honest, fair mechanic to trust not only my car but my kid's cars to. I have recommended him to all of my friends and they ALL have been so thrilled to have found their honest, fair mechanic also.

Dale is AWESOME!!! He has been servicing our Hondas for 25+ years. He is the perfect mechanic- fair, expert, quick and SO easy to work with. We just love him. We have older (1991, 1999) Hondas with a ton of mileage on them and we have Dale service them regularly. He keeps them purring like kittens! My 1999 Civic with 265K gets around 34mpg in town, stop & go traffic, with the AC blasting in the summertime!! Who could ask for anything more? Super nice guy too...! Could not recommend more highly!!

An honest and reliable repair shop! Dale has been specializing in Honda and Acura repair for many years and it shows in his ability to diagnose and repair my cars. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Repairs here are often half of what the dealership would charge without the hassle of the dealership. The shop offers free wi-fi while you wait and free coffee.

Took in my mother s 2017 honda accord for a shifter issue & turned out to be a simple fix. He went right to the problem & fixed it. Very honest man & i definitely recommend doing business here & will definitely be back.

As I write this, I am regretting that I could not take my car to Dale s today to get my oil change. Not having enough time, I went up the street to have it done. Now I know Always, always take your car to your go to guy and Dale is that go to guy!! Super nice and an expert when it comes to Hondas and Acuras. Scheduling an appointment is also easy. Plus you get to meet the sweetest dog ever!
