I just wanted to publicly thank Juan for being such a great salesman. He went out of his way to ensure that I had the time and information needed to ensure that I chose the right vehicle for my family. Though I ultimately bought the first vehicle I looked at, having the time to explore other options made me sure I was making the right decision rather than being impulsive. And even after the sale, he s been incredibly helpful and responsive to me as I ve had a few questions come up after driving my new qx80 this week. Such wonderful customer service. Thank you Juan, and his boss Yuri, for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

If I could give 100 stars I would. My husband and I purchased our dream jeep from this location. It was a speedy and fast process on their end. Although we personally had mishaps, the infinity sales team helped out a bunch! Incredibly helpful! Special shout-out to our sales rep Naz and the sales manager, Mr. Uri, who both had exceptional customer service! Excellent location to purchase a vehicle! Thank you Naz!

Just bought a 2024 QX60 an amazing ride. Looked at 10 other SUV and the Infiniti was absolutely the best !! Chris Jones and Yuri Mirzoyan were absolutely amazing in every way. Best help from both of them I have ever received !! Also the gentleman that did the paper work was great too! Had a desk top touch screen computer that was really cool. Just a great all around experience !

My Infiniti had a mishap and after getting her towed to one location I didn t want it worked in my favor because they stopped taking extended warranties, so they had to send a tow truck to take it to Infiniti where I wanted it to go anyway. I digress Let me tell you what Garrett is the ish; we stated in constant communication and he called me today and said my baby was ready. If you have an Infiniti I highly suggest this location, and you re in the market for one please go to Crossroads Infiniti of Raleigh. My car won t go anywhere else but there.

Absolutely great buying experience! Juan Ortiz was very professional and knowledgeable of the inventory as well as very personable. I was given a good deal on my trade in and a great deal on my vehicle purchase. The GM, Yuri Mirzoyan, was extremely helpful and made sure I knew everything that was happening as it went along in the process. Would highly recommend buying from them! Will definitely be going back in the future.

Since Crossroads Infiniti keeps sending me emails to write a review, I am writing one. I moved here from NJ over two years ago. I have always taken my vehicle to the dealership for maintenance. I was happy with my old service advisor, and he recently left. For some reason they keep scheduling me with one that I do not like. He is so pushy, arrogant and always telling me I need services to my car that I don t need. This past visit he said I needed new rear brake pads. I just had my brake pads for the front and back replace recently. He also told me I needed 4 new tires. Only 1-2 of my tire treads were low. When I pushed back on it, he looked surprised. I work in the industry, I know that shops will pushover people that don t know better. This place takes forever to service your vehicle whether it s an oil change or a larger service. They don t give you a loaner anymore. Be prepared to sit here for hours waiting, regardless of your appt time. I m actively searching to take my vehicle elsewhere.

The people at Crossroads Infiniti were truly a pleasure to work with.Especially Chris Jones! But really ALL the guys were helpful, understanding and extremely professional. They treated my wife and I like CUSTOMERS. Refreshing. What a change, especially after having just visited the Acura dealership close by.And. . . they worked with us to get a deal we both were happy about. I love the car, and I loved the experience of purchasing it. I can honestly recommend Crossroads.As the car wears on, I look forward to seeing if their service department is as good as their sales group.

I was looking at a beautiful used Q60 on 12/29. Everything on the car was great except for a seal that was leaking in the rear. Chris Jones, the consultant working with me (great guy - no pressure) was very surprised and took it to service to have them check it out. It needed to be fixed and Chris said they would take care of it, no hesitation. Chris kept me posted every step of the way on the repair and I picked it up last week. Chris and Yuri (sales mgr) were a pleasure to work with and did everything they said they would do. Very satisfied customer! Stephen

This was my 3rd visit to crossroads Infiniti of Raleigh for service repairs and each time has been an excellent experience. I ve never been to a mechanic department that treats their customers so good. I m telling you this is VIP service. This last visit Matt B was my service advisor and he was amazing. Very communicative and honest. The quality of work is always top notch as well. Customer for life!

This place is amazing! I have been working with Infiniti of Raleigh for o er 10 years and they never disappoint! The service is always amazing I prefer raleigh over Apex! They do their best to service your car and they don t sell you on things you don t need! As a female customer I truly appreciate that! Michael the manager has always been amazing even prior to his management role! Thank you Infiniti for the quality staff you employ! Sorry I can remember my service advisor but he took me in at the last minute for an oil change! So accommodating! Thank you all!

I want to thank Naz and Yuri for the exceptional car purchase experience! In the past, buying a car has been somewhat stressful and this time was very different for me. I was looking for a very specific color and interior in a used vehicle with low mileage. Naz, really listened and waited until he found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle.Then Yuri stepped in and helped make the financing portion as streamlined as possible. They continue to follow up to ensure my satisfaction. I now understand why people say Infinti has the best customer service bar none.

My service advisor Garrett is just awesome we need our vehicles service or just have a question. He never tries to up sale me on anything and is the only reason why I came back to this location. Btw, there s another service advisor that sits next to Garrett (sorry can t remember his name) but he has also been very pleasant to deal with and willing to help if Garrett is busy with another customer.Now if I can only get Infiniti Corporate Consumer Affairs office to return my call:(

I sincerely enjoyed my experience at Crossroads Infiniti of Raleigh. I was treated like Royalty from the moment I walked into the building. My salesperson Naz, Yuri, the GM, and Jason Kim, from the finance department, worked diligently to ensure that I was satisfied. They were extremely patient and respectful of what I wanted in my vehicle. They didn't rest until I was completely happy with my choice. Naz, continued to reach out to me 2 weeks after my purchase which was very impressive. This is my new favorite dealership.

This review is to express my disappointment w/ my experience purchasing a used vehicle from Infiniti.� I was advised this vehicle went through a multi-point inspection, to include a safety inspection.� This dealership was notified of these open items 2 days after purchase.>.Mon, Feb 26th:1. Visited dealership to test drive '15 Audi Q5.> Tue, Feb 27th:a.Returned & purchased, paid cash.>Thu Febr 29th:� My wife drove this vehicle to Winston-Salem.a.�Oil Light came on w/ message: Add 1 quart minimum & drive to dealership . Loud squeaks & low grinds from brakes. Audi Side Alert error message.b.�Alerted dealership w/ texts & pictures.c.�They worked us in on Monday March 4th, complete w/ loaner car.d. My Wife commented she did not feel safe driving it, was incredibly disappointed, & would not drive it again until fixed.� (It is March 15th, - she has yet to drive the car again)> Monday March 4th:a.�Dropped car off at 10:30am, picked up loaner car.b.�The vehicle was returned same day, a few hours later.c.�Driving out of the lot, brakes squeaked loudly followed by iow grind.��- Service commented they blew them off to remove brake dust, that should fix it .d.�I asked why oil light came on 2 days after purchase, Service advised, It could be a number of things, like how level the vehicle was & oil settling too much to one side. - I was told I could just add oil.� ������� I can, but the point was to understand WHY it was coming on, or coming on at all, 2 days after purchase.e. Audi Side Alert error message back on. - Service commented if not affecting performance of vehicle, we should not worry about it.- My reply was that we just bought a vehicle where there are 3 things not correct in the first 2 days of owning, & this was a vehicle that went through a multi-point inspection.> Service advised the Audi Side Alert was something Infiniti Dealership could not diagnose. I left their lot & took it to the Audi Dealer next door to Audi, who worked me in for Monday March 11th.a.����� Diagnostic fee = $225.00.� Again, this is from the 3 issues that started 2 days after buying the vehicle.Sunday March 10th: On the way to drop vehicle off, Oil Light came back on.Monday March 11th: Audi Service Department update:v.�Oil Light: Noticeable soot build-up on exhaust tip indicating vehicle is burning oil. It is going to cost another $225 to have them diagnose specific burning oil issue + the cost of needed repairs.vi. Loud squeak & grinding from brakes: Pay attention here: Pads are loose & shifting, contributing to noises. Looseness of brake pads when shifting causes them to make contact with retaining pin on the brakes, also contributing to the noise. ������� This causes great concern on several levels, including my trust in this dealership after hearing car went through multi-point inspection to include a safety inspection.> > To remedy issues, $1,457.86 to get brakes back to working safely.f. Audi Side Alert error - Faulty sensor needs replacing = $2,282.24. Total: $4,282.81 plus 2 diagnostic fees at $450 = $4,732.81 a.����� Does not include cost to correct oil burning issue.It is disheartening we find ourselves in this situation, particularly when I trusted a local dealership to provide a reliable & well-inspected used vehicle.� I understand purchasing a used vehicle involves a degree of risk, & I do not expect every component to be pristine.� The nature of issues suggests not simply wear & tear, but rather existing issues that should have been properly diagnosed had the dealer been capable, to which one involves safety features. I learned this dealer sells cars they do not have proper equipment to inspect.Perspective: repair costs = 3rd of what we paid for vehicle.�Add cost of burning oil issue & it will be at least half of what we paid, which were found 2 days after purchase.

My experience with this dealership has been terrible! I would like to say that if a service consultant by the name of Matt B. offers you help, please do yourself a favor and go else where.His resolution to solving issues is to buy new parts and hope that it works, all without finding a true diagnosis with the vehicle... waste of time and money!Matt was very rude and completely unprofessional when trying to deal with a car issue of mine.I will be following up with his team to lodge a formal complaint, in no right mind should I be blamed for wasting their time when I came to this dealership to solve an issue.Needless to say the team couldn't replicate the issue and after going to another dealership nearby they found the issue within minutes.

I've had excellent experiences with Crossroads Infiniti of Raleigh, and will definitely be doing more business here in the future! The service and parts dept. staff are professional, courteous, and helpful, and can usually get what I need quickly. I would encourage anyone who drives an Infiniti vehicle to make a stop here for their next service.

Have been using this location for over 3 years for routine maintenance. I never had any issues when requesting a loaner, until the last two times I requested one. Apparently you only get a loaner if your mileage is relatively low. Will go elsewhere from here on out, they don t care to keep your business

From start to finish above and beyond service from my advisor Phillip Griffin! Q50 ended up having blow turbos and they quickly got to work, was said to have my car in a week I got a call from Phillip two days later stating my car was ready!!! I swear this couldn t have gone smoother I will continually trust Cross Roads Infiniti or Raleigh don t forgot to ask for Phillip!!!
