This car dealer is the bomb, the sales manager to the point and fair I will be buying another car from the. Actually, it will be another mini cooper. I want a blue mini converterable. It's just a great fun car. But beyond that, this dealer will help you and sell you a great used car , sports car ,Suv,or luxury car. Hay, they have cars on the lot that are priced at 250,000.00 . And I bought a mini for 6,000 but he and the staff treated me like I was buying a new car. I'll be back.

We rented a budget truck from them.. DO NOT USE THEIR TRUCKS. they re old and we ve had to call roadside assistance twice now to come fix issues with it. What should have been a two day trip turned into 3 because of waiting 4 hours for assistance. Pay the extra dollar and go rent a better truck somewhere else.

Honest work and they will save you money. They are experts at Mini cars, if you need service, check them first!

Excellent. I have a 2003 infiniti Fx35, and Craig is a master at helping me keep it on the road. Ask for Craig. He is very good. His prices are very reasonable.

Craig is the definition of a honest and customer-conscious mechanic. I explained that I needed a service performed urgently and he will go out his own way to help you out as much as possible. Honest prices and honest service. Honesty is rare these days in the auto repair industry and Craig gives hope.

Best repair shop I've found! Craig is great, prices are reasonable and work gets done in a reasonable amount of time. We've brought out two Toyotas and our Lexus there, super satisfied.

Simply the finest mechanic shop in Raleigh. My family and I have been taking our cars to Craig at Carolina Import & Domestic for over a decade, and we have never been let down by the team here. Anything from a rebuilt transmission to a pre-purchase inspection for a used car, the work done here is fast, reliable, and comes with a guarantee.Good, honest people here. As long as I live in Raleigh, I won't take my car anywhere else.

As a person that's very picky about buying pre-owned cars, I have to say that Scott was the best person to work with. No pressure, one-owner, low mileage cars. He keeps very clean and reliable cars in his lot. There was no pressure and everything was transparent in the deal. If you want a great clean car at a fair price, go see Scott at Carolina Import & Domestic. I'm glad I did!!

Cant recommend this place enough for vehicle service. They have been working on my vehicles since 2005. Not the cheapest... but to me, the best value... you dont have to worry about having to keep taking your car back for the issue... and if you do, they make it right... I can only think of 2 times I had to take one of my cars back for the same issue... one was for brakes squeaking after replacement... he replaced them with a different brand... no charge. The other was an AC compressor on a used vehicle I purchased. He told me the compressor was weak when I had him check it out before purchasing... about 3 months after buying it, the AC died... so he replaced it... 6 months later, it died again... it was under warranty and he didnt charge me any labor for replacing it and I havent had any problems since... Now they sells cars too... I"ll probably start buying them there too...

As an individual who hates buying vehicles due to the constant haggle and negotiation of prices, I can honestly say that this was the most easiest, quickest, and headache free vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Everything about the vehicle was transparent and the price was already listed below fair market value. I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. There was no pressure and the staff was extremely considerate. I highly recommend.

Carolina Imports has done work for me numerous times on my son's Explorer, always done a great job, easy to work with, don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a single woman not knowing anything about vehicles, prices are fair. Work is done very timely!

My cars starter wouldnt start one morning(5 speed ) so i push started and went to work,arrivrd at work only to learn that my alternator also wasnt charging,i figured the didnt bolth die at the same time so i decided to bring it to carolina imports on capitol blvd they called me and for the charge of diagnosis. I had my car repaired ,it was an easy fix for them ,.bad ground. Very honest shop.

Carolina Import took very good care of me. Had a parasitic drain on the battery, tough scenario to diagnose. I was treated very fairly throughout and was very pleased with their work and ethic.
