My car has a new factory matte finish so I was skeptical if the car would turn out as it was delivered to me a year ago. The manager and the head paint technician both came out to look at the car and were extremely helpful discussing the paint process. My car was side swiped by another vehicle so the 2 doors had to be replaced and most of the right side of the car painted. Caliber found the factory finish paint and it looks good as new again! Their customer service was excellent - highly recommend.

Huge thanks to Dana and Lindsey for squeezing me in when my husband accidentally knocked the side mirror off of our car. Repair was FAST and affordable! Dana explained pricing and part availability and the benefits of doing it out of pocket. So much smoother than dealing with insurance!! Thanks so much to the whole Caliber team!

Shop attempted to return vehicle to me with repair done incorrectly. Replacement part obviously did not fit and they presumably hoped I would not notice. Luckily I caught it but that is troubling behavior that would keep me from ever using them again. Two stars because their customer service was great and every individual I dealt with was friendly and professional.

Very happy with the service and professionalism at this Caliber Collision location. Evelyn was thorough in the explanation of repairs, and my car looks great. The front desk staff was awesome as well. Text updates kept me informed throughout the process, and I got my car back sooner than expected. Thanks Caliber @ 9012 Glenwood!

I took my BMW to the Caliber Collision on Glennwood, which was the best decision ever! They were booked to capacity, however the staff was kind enough to fit me in for repair. The customer service was impeccable as Tim called me several times throughout the repairs to update me on my vehicle and what would be done. Seni the front desk receptionist was also a delight to work with as she was knowledgeable of the process when checking me out and when I had concerns about payment she quickly made sure she provided me with the appropriate information/assistance. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of my car because it s like the damage from the deer accident was never there!

I chose this Caliber Collision location due to the excellent customer service/ very kind and professional scheduling conversation I had on the phone with Lindsey. Then Tim took over as my service advisor with excellent communication throughout the repair process, and a top notch quality job was done on the repair itself. When checking out, Courtney was also very pleasant and efficient. Thanks to an absolute great team! If I ever need another repair, this location is worth the drive!

Well, I was just told that this company would not simply order a new rim and tire for my car because it's considered a repair. Not sure how simply ordering a new rim and tire fall under repairs since the only thing you would actually be doing is putting it on the car once delivered. I would not recommend using this location for repairs.I would recommend the Caliber Collision off of Capital Blvd or the one located in Cary off of NW Maynard Road.

Recently was sideswiped by hit and run driver. Took car to this business Excellent customer service and car is like new. Tim was so helpful and let us know every two days the progress on the car. Highly recommend them

Had to wait 2 weeks for an estimate. Staff didn t seem like they wanted to fix my car. Lot was full and nowhere to park. I had to call corporate.They never gave me an estimate ever. I do not recommend the Glenwood Ave location at all. Go elsewhere like l did. Got my vehicle fixed sooner.

This business was recommended by the Johnson Lexus staff. I am grateful for this recommendation because the Caliber Collision staff provided the same, top-shelf service as I would have received from Johnson Lexus! Superb...simply superb!

Just had an estimate and got a no charge fix from Bruce the estimator. We worked on the passenger side outside mirror. He was courteous and very persistent until the loose mirror clicked into its proper place. Bravo Bruce and Caliber for the work and supporting such an experience for me.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great customer service starting with Lindsay and Courtney then to Evelyn and Jacob. I appreciated the step by step communication on the repair status. They were able to get it done ahead of time and everything was restored beautifully. Really regret going to this location. Currently driving around a car with a jacked up front bumper because they failed to order the part I needed before it went out of stock. I called them multiple days before it went out of stock to tell them they needed to order asap before it sold out. Then I'm told multiple times a manager or someone will call me over a couple day span, never happens. Then when I'm there finally talking to this wesel manager I'm told the mistake that was made was taking me on as customer with a part that isn't oem stock. Not that they failed to do the job they were paid by my insurance and I to do... unreal. Choose any other location, they are everywhere!

Would not recommend. While car was fixed in a timely manner, it was a complete mess inside upon pickup (which was 2 days after they contacted saying it was ready). I was going to let that go and clean the car myself but upon driving off one of the trim pieces was clearly not secured so I had to turn around and have them fix. I also pointed out the state of the interior of the car. Several days later another part of the car associated with my collision work was determined to not be working so I went back again and they fixed it. Imagine my surprise when a couple of days later it was not working again so I finally took it to a real mechanic who correctly fixed it and they indicated that the issue only had a temporary fix, I assume done by Caliber. Would not take another vehicle back to this shop.

Above and beyond! Had wonderful experience with everyone during the repair process- reception, service advisor and few other members from the staff.
