Alan and Rachel were amazing throughout this entire process. They communicated with us and kept us updated on everything and the repairs were great. Everything looks brand new. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will take all of our needed business to this location!

Alan provided excellent customer service from drop off to excellent communication during the time my car was being repaired. He provided excellent service for me to pick up my vehicle after hours for my convenience. Highly recommend Yonkers Road location!!

Quality of the workmanship for the repair to my Lexus LS 500 was excellent. The timing was disappointing. Caliber blamed it on Lexus being late and delivering parts. I m not surprised at that. However, it was still disappointing. I would definitely use caliber again

We want to give the highest commendation to Caliber Collision for their expert repair of our 2019 hybrid Honda. Caliber folks were always available for our questions and they routinely updated us on the progress of the repair. They returned our vehicle ahead of schedule. The car is literally good (and clean!) as new. Many, many thanks to Caliber Collision for their 5 star work!

Caliber on Yonkers road Raleigh, NC is the best accident car repair in the area. They communicate with me by text or calls weekly, providing updates verbally when needed and the vehicle was ready two weeks ahead of schedule.The personal (Mark, receptionist, Sammy) I hope I got their names right were top notch. They were always pleasant, willing to answer any questions and worked around my schedule when I needed alittle extra time to pick up my vehicle.Thanks so much to Caliber, you made my Tick Tok Kia break in more tolerable and easier to deal with, although I lost a lot in the process.CALIBER NO.1 BODY SHOP REPAIR IN RALEIGH

Caliber Collision was awesome! I was able to have my car towed to them; they had my car ready sooner than expected; and I was able to leave my rental car in their parking lot. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, and made the not so fun situation painless. My car was involved in a wreck and needed pretty much the whole front end replaced. This was the second car that I've taken to Caliber that had to get repaired after an auto accident. It's always been a good experience with true professionals. They are informative from start to finish. Alan helped put everything back in my car from the rental and even cracked a funny joke about my boots he picked up. He is such a sweetheart. Overall good experience with Caliber. I only went with them because the Lexus dealership recommended them because they used Lexus certified parts. However, after not having my car for 6 weeks I wished I would have went with another place with a quicker turnaround time. The team at Caliber Collision was wonderful at communicating with me in the entire process of receiving our truck to the end of repairs. I loved that I received text updates with a link for who to contact if I had any questions. Sonny answered every question and listened to my concerns or things to look for in the process. They even offered to have Enterprise pick up our rental car, giving us one less step I. The insurance claim process. 3300 Yonkers Rd. Raleigh, NC non-drive center: The staff and customer service are excellent. Alexis and Alan went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was as painless as possible; to ensure my car was returned to me in the condition it was in prior to my accident, but did so with even better than expected results. Always courteous, professional, friendly, patient; excellent follow-up, follow-through and communication. Alan and Alexis had to deal with a third party regarding my custom rims; at no fault of their own, the repair time was extended due to the tire/rim company. They handled my rental for the extended time, ensured we had what we wanted and needed and despite multiple challenges with the insurance company and Rim shop, ensured my car with custom rims was returned to me at my satisfaction and with as little stress/impact to me as possible. This is the second time I've used Caliber. I am beyond pleased and grateful for the customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer, which is rare nowadays. I will always return and refer to Caliber because of the excellent customer service, knowledge and expertise. Thank you Alan and Alexis!
