Caliber Collision Paragon did an excellent job. They had to replace 2 doors and repaint them with a custom white, which came out indistinguishable from factory finish. Not only is the repair next to flawless, they did it in less than a month. They also took the time to plug a tire leak, removed adhesive bonded wind screens from old doors without damaging them and then took the time to reapply adhesive strips so I could easily reattach them at a later time. 100% positive experience.

Very happy with repair done to my RR SVR need to bring it back in once bumper comes in from England. Caliber Collision made my vehicle look like perfection while waiting for bumper to come in. I am SO HAPPY

I was blown away by customer service from the time I walked in for estimate, made appt. and was kept informed of status of repair, and the fact that the repair was completed much sooner then I was first told. It was so convenient to be picked up at shop by Enterprise Rental and leave my rental at shop the morning I returned to pick up my completed repaired car. At a final touch my car was sparkling clean inside and out! I am a very, very happy and pleased customer.

It's only been 4 days since I picked the car up so I don't know if I'll notice any issues, but the work appears to be stellar.I would recommend contacting them directly about time estimates because their automated text messaging (which doubles as the text conversation with actual humans) gave an updated completion date of nearly 3 weeks longer than the initial estimate. When I contacted them about this, they said to ignore it...then had my car ready a day earlier than the shortest estimated time (and a week before the longest estimated time).

I had Caliber Collision replace a front bumper on my 2014 Porsche Boxster. Someone backed into me in a parking lot and punched a hole in my front bumper. Anyhow, i had used Caliber before they were bought out, and they did a great job back then. So, i decided to use them based on that past good experience. Unfortunately, they did a very poor job in matching the paint color with the rest of my car. This is a garage kept car, so there is minimal if any color fade on the car. I was simply told that it was difficult to match the bumper color since it is made of rubber/plastic material. I don't agree with that assessment since the car looked great from the factory. I'm waiting to see if they will fix this issue.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the only certified Audi repair facility near me and who my Audi mechanic recommended for repairs after someone backed into my vehicle. They did an OUTSTANDING job, and I'm so glad I made the choice to use them! They communicated with me every step of the way about the repairs and updated me when they saw it was going to exceed the original estimates. The car looks great, and the paint matches perfectly! It was a relatively minor "fender bender" but if you own an Audi you know that "minor" can still equate to several thousand dollars in repair costs, so I wanted it to look perfect. And it does!The front-desk staff also went above and beyond, with two of the ladies in the office separately calling Enterprise (along with myself) to schedule the pick-up at the facility and take me to my insurance-provided rental. I don't know what was going on with Enterprise that day, but all 3 of us were on hold for a long time until we were able to notify them about the pick-up. They didn't have to do that, of course, but they did and it was much appreciated.

This caliber fixed my truck after an accident. While it took a while to get it back due to back ordered parts, Xavier was great with keeping me updating on the progress and anything that may have come up. The team I encountered were pleasant overall and the communication from my agent made the process seamless and I was able to maneuver around any delays that came up.

I have had two vehicles repaired here with good results. My 2015 BMW 328xi was side swiped and just recently our 2013 Porsche Panamera GTS was backed into while it was parked. The Paragon location is a certified Porsche repair facility and had high marks for BMW repairs as well. Communication is really good and most questions can be answered quickly via a phone call. They are thorough when you pick up your vehicle and don't want you to leave with any questions unanswered and do a great job explaining the invoice. I have only had a few challenges getting replacement films / decals which were removed as part of the repair process which required additional follow-up after getting our vehicles back.

Marc did a great job evaluating the damage to my car, writing an accurate estimate, and referring me to my local Caliber Collision in Virginia to get my driver's side mirror replaced. With his help, I was in and out of service in 30 minutes! Can't beat that. Appreciate the help and would recommend Marc to anyone looking to get an accurate and fast assessment.

The only Porsche approved body shop in the mid-NC region. The customer service was terrific. I got text messages with updates at each stage of the job. The girls in the front are extremely rude.I picked up my car after being fixed. I was prepared to pay my $500.00 deductible per my insurance plan and they told me I only owed $200. I asked if they were sure $500 is what my insurance Co said was my responsibility. They said again no just the $200. Which I gladly paid.One month later I get a phone call from them saying I owed them $300 more. I went over the entire scenario and the gas says nope sorry you still owe this. I told her I would talk to my husband and the next few days I get a you better pay or you ll go into collections voice message.I called to give them the 300 and no apology nothing. Bad business. I do t have a problem with the money just how they handled it.I would never have hire people like this.

I brought my vehicle to this location for damage done to the front bumper and hood after a run in with a deer. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. I did have to return the car for a few minor touch ups to the paint (just buffing out some dirt spots that were inadvertently missed) but they were very accommodating and apologetic about that. They got it done while I waited and I was 100% happy with their work. Emily was the advisor that I worked with and she was great! I would definitely bring my vehicle here again....but hopefully won't need to!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From beginning to end Caliber definitely offers the best service in the area. I have spoken to plenty of people that work there over the years and everyone is very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the services they offer. I've mostly spoken with Jenna and she does a phenomenal job always keeping me well informed and going above and beyond. I highly recommend them from my own personal experience and others who have taken their cars to them.

Really frustrated with the customer service, called to find out if they accept the Car Care by synchrony bank card. The woman on the phone was completely useless and I asked if she could go ask someone who might know and her response continued to be well I m not sure and she wouldn t just go ask someone else that might know. Incredibly frustrated as that is such a simple task and I ve had great experiences with caliber before in the past. Just seemed incredibly lazy and didn t care in the least

We bought a car recently and found out later the door had a leak (long story short it was a body issue and we ended up going with Caliber). We set up an appointment to have Caliber Collision take a look and ultimately pay out of pocket. We got there, the staff were very nice and they immediately took a look at our car. After they took a look at our car they asked to drive it around back to do a deeper diagnostic. It took about 15 mins and then they were back. They fixed the issue on the spot at no charge. We were floored and incredibly grateful as our car journey this year has been terrible for us.THANK YOU to your team and kind supervisor for helping us. Caliber was absolutely amazing! Someone hit my new car from behind and I was worried about having to have it repaired but it looks good as new! Highly recommend this business. They were the only (local) certified body shop to fix my make of car so, I chose them based on this but couldn't have been more pleased.They did great work.
