Aaron was great with the sale and no pressure at all! Definitely happy I was able to get a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica with little money down considering my low credit. Perfect time to repair my credit! Small problem arose when I test drived it and he swiftly told me to bring it tomorrow to have it checked (since I really needed the car tonight). Definitely would recommend!

I just want to talk to the owner or know where his office is located I had to pick up my car today which had to have lots of parts ordered and repaired today I payed $650 for just the parts that we discussed had to be put on also which they had my car for 2 1/2 weeks but they just had my car for two months of November 2023 but when I got there today they told me that they found another the problem that was internal for the engine and told me to drive my car until the engine lock up on me if they knew it was a problem why tell me my car is ready for pick up when they knew it was the motor and that could be very dangerous and put my life in risk I feel like all they want is money like what type of company tell u it s ready for pick up and everything is fixed but then when u get there they say it s a major problem with your car after you just paid a balance. Is there any kind of way I can get a refund for what I just paid or can u guys put me in a rental on your behalf

Don't go here, all these people know is what's around the corner. I have a car 3 yrs now, moved to NV and it's been 6 months trying to get them to HONOR MY WARRANTY FOR MAINTENANCE and NOT 1 person knows wth to do. The JD by closed down in Vegas the same month I moved back. I've paid on time for these whole 3 yrs, this place is the worse. Once you buy they not your friend no more. Getting a lawyer

Aaron helped a lot and got me riding off clean. It was an easy process and friendly experience and environment. Give this place 5 stars. If you go ask for Aaron Totten he was the best sales associate a girl could ever ask for.

This is crazy I can't get in contact with no one in corporate. I bought a car in September it is pretty much a lemon I keep getting the run around on everything but they make sure they get their payment on time which is a high payment but whatever all I want is a car that is at least reliable for 6 months to a year before I have to do repairs. This is ridiculous I'm so frustrated. The salesperson was extremely nice, but that's their job to bait you in to get a high payment and a lemon for a car

My daughter got a car so she can have a safe and reliable ride for her children. we were told how they went through the vehicle from top to bottom and it was in great condition . Apparently that never occurred this vehicle has been towed on 2 separate occasions for over heating. It now has a check engine light for a misfire on cylinder 2. Be careful with these vehicles and this dealership

This is a predatory dealer that will over price vehicles that are then sold to young people with poor credit. They use a financer that gives insanely high interest rates.Avoid at all costs. My son was taken to the cleaners by these guys simply because he was young and didn't know any better.Bye Rider..

The Service department is amazing . I was really going thru a tough time with my car and they were able to fix the issue AND go above and beyond to fix other issues i had no idea about. They really saved me from a lot of hassle and i appreciate them 100%! They kept me in the loop the entire time they had my car and my car was ready in no time. Thank you thank you thank you guys !!!!!!

Service department takes 1 month to fix a car. ..Update: 2 months to FIX a car! An they won t compensate. This definitely falls under the Lemon-Law. I m gong to the courts! These reviews are 100% fake, if you ask me.

I bought a car from them on October 2nd. We didn t leave with the car until 11 pm that night. Since that time, I ve had to have the car towed twice due to overheating. I ve also now got a check engine light for the 2nd cylinder misfiring. Barely made the first payment. Just so y all know !! So much for getting a reliable car for my kids and I. The service department has done what they could so far, and Patrick has been friendly. But I am not happy. Wish I could give the car back at this point.

Complete garbage, they sell lemon cars. Refuse to fix anything that s wrong. They mark their cars for cheap so you can continue to rely on them for maintenance when in reality they don t fix or do anything with your vehicle. Customer is great the only good thing. Truly scammers. Would never recommend.

I bought my car over two years ago. I ve had two motors replaced and now my car is broken down again. I will never get a car from here again I m very upset. I continue to pay my payments but I have a lemon basically and now I m without a car, so how am I going to get to work and make my payments without a car And they don t offer any towing or they don t offer any rental when they re fixing your car

If you are reading / leaving the reviews as you re purchasing from this place, you should exit out and wait until after you ve had your car for a little while and then leave one. That s how they get you in, they ask people to leave reviews while the person still have the warm and fuzzies and they re excited because one of the salesman was nice long enough to get the car sold and approved their bad credit.Forget that you re paying 3-4 times what that car is worth BEFORE you factor in all of the hidden issues with it Then they ask you to leave a review right after you buy. Wait until you ve had payment and maintenance experience with them. Your review would change drastically. They become aggressive, rude and incompetent.Wait to leave a review. Or just don tgo period, save some more money and find another place that works with your credit because you will regret this.

OMG!!! They were amazing! I would recommend a hundred time over! They got me in a great van and they take the time to answer all your question they make sure that you understand the whole process word for word. They got me in my car in about 2 hours. I did not have to be there all day waiting for paper to be handle by the whole store one person handle my case from start to finish. I have nothing but great thing to say about them.

It was a very comfortable meeting with the sales rep I worked with. She made it feel like two friends talking about there day. the only person I wouldn't recommend at this store is Sonny he talked with me know I was coming and didn't even show. The other one's I worked with was very comfortable and very easy to work with.

I came to Byriders not having great credit Or a huge amount of money. Russell my sales rep was amazing he walked and talked me through every step of the process. I was given no false hopes and I knew exactly what I would qualify for. Thanks Byrider I left satisfied and feeling I made a new friend
