Came here 3 times and couldnt get an appointment made! The first two times they "forgot" to book me in the system and the appointment was filled when i arrived on schedule. The third time, they scheduled me for 9AM. Well it turns out they dont even open until 10!! wth!!! What is going on with this place, that they cant figure out how to book a simple appointment??

Friendly staff. They seem to give good service. A little short-staffed, which makes things slow, especially when people pop in for a quick question or need, making the workflow stop.

Needed a tire repair and the young man who works there was so helpful on the phone when I called and upon my arrival after a long work day. He thoroughly repaired my tire, he didn't just plug it, he repaired it. I purchased my tires from here about 6 months ago and the warranty is awesome but this service was even better! I think his name was Raphael, these masks obstruct my hearing and I'm terrible with names but this young man provided service that was exceptional. Get your tires from BJ's, you won't regret it!

We brought my Jeep in for a simple patch job for a nail. The small, pierced, ear podded, tatted up kid could not have been less professional or rude. Apparently, my wife and I had interrupted his delicious looking meal of microwaved burritos, our mistake. He first asked, "Did you buy them here"? No." Which tire is it?" Do you mean which brand of tire, I just need a patch. "I understand that! Which tire on the vehicle?" he said. "The one that's nearly flat with a nail in it, the driver's side front" Jeez, it is too much to ask to have courteous service? He may be the best tire guy on Earth but I'd rather him be not so great but pleasant.

Needed tires for our Odyssey. Had set an appointment and thought I could drop the vehicle off the night before. They don't have drop off and I thought I might have to cancel the appointment since I would not have the time. The Technician A said no worries I will get it done right now. The tire look and feel great. Able to have my vehicle today . I appreciate his willingness to work with me and the fantastic work he did. This is the second vehicle I have had tire put on at BJ's Tire center at Triangle Plantation Dr. Raleigh. I would recommend to a friend and I will be back.

I am SO impressed with the service at this location. I ordered my tires online, booked my appointment online...showed up and my tires were put on in under an hour! The team was so kind and professional! Way to go BJS Tire Center!!!! If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much for your great service!

Horrible horrible service. During the three hour installation process they broke a wheel lug and destroyed the tire pressure monitoring system in one of the tires and didn t tell anyone. Then they left it up to me to get everything fixed. I am not the first person this has happened to per the place I had to take my SUV as they stated there have been several issues they ve had to repair from services at BJs. What should have been an hour longs service turned into an entire day of me having to fix the problems they created.I am no longer a customer of BJs tire service.

Had a 9am appointment this morning and no one was there...waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. A BJs worker named Will was waiting with me as well, one worker showed up but he didn't have the key. Unacceptable and will get my tires at Discount at a higher price due to BJs negligence

The prices of the tires are okay but the service is horrible! The company policy's are bad, the technology is out of date, and there aren't enough people working to handle the work load. It's forth my time to get tires at a higher price from another place.

Free lifetime rotation and balancing, free lifetime road hazard, usually no waiting, and they always do a good job. I don t buy tires anywhere else anymore.
