I drive a 2009 BMW 650i that had a code malfunction transmission code that no other business could fix the problem correctly. I spent a lot money to shops that didn t know how to fix BMWs correctly! Bimmer performance is highly recommended! They fix my car with no problem!

Bimmer has been working on my car for several years now. The service is always great and the service advisors are always helpful. I m impressed with the quality of service and customer care. I love the digital communication which provides the details of the diagnostic data and the ability to approve/decline recommendations. I highly recommend Bimmer Performance Center for all BMW enthusiast!

BPC is my best BMW service experience so far. Independent shops for BMW s that do a good job are pretty hard to find these days but these guys are excellent. It is still BMW service and these cars need care to keep them running correctly; but BPC knows how to do that and they know the common issues with a variety of cars. I was informed throughout the entire process of service I was having done complete with photos and inspection report. Jackson kept me up to date, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured about any recommended service. I am confident that if I were not as informed as I am about these vehicles they would happily explain all their recommendations in an easy to understand way. I never felt that any of the recommendations were to make extra money; they were bringing to my attention things that can become a bigger (and more expensive) issue that they would want someone to tell them if they drove the vehicle. I am an enthusiast of these cars and it took me over a year to find the car I purchased due to rarity and options (it s 1/50 in the U.S.). I say that to say that I am extremely protective of my vehicle but I trust this shop to do work completely. I have two other rare BMW s and will soon be moving out of state but would consider the near 4 hour drive to come back here if I needed a major service. Plus they have a 2 year warranty on all parts and labor AND they re an independent dealer that offers service loaners (often something that isn t done unless you have a newer car at a dealer). If you want an honest shop where they treat your car like their own, appreciate BMW s from the rare to the common, and want to keep your BMW running for 200k+ miles this is the place!

I ve taken all of my X5s here and always appreciated their availability and quality of work. They also give you honest recommendations and feedback on what or how to address something. There have been a couple of times they could have done what I asked to make money for the shop but they gave me better advice that helped me as the customer.That goes a long way and why I continue to use them.

Bimmer Performance is an incredibly professional and transparent shop. Their team is honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. I had been struggling with other shops and getting the correct diagnosis for my Mini for about two weeks prior to finding Bimmer.They took care of it all and had my car back to me in pristine condition. Through the entire process Jackson was very communicative and always there if I had questions about the process.

As usual the staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating when addressing service issues. I appreciate their flexibility as they worked around my travel schedule and ensured my vehicle was ready when I returned. I also like how they have incorporated the use of technology to send detailed messages and documents. I m looking forward to seeing their new location once it is complete.

Had a last-second issue while in Raleigh area for work. Was nowhere close to home and needed a seasoned BMW service shop that could take me without an appointment in the afternoon. A couple of places I called told me they are strictly by appointment and wouldn't help. Jackson @ Bimmer Performance Center was welcoming during a stressful moment and agreed to try and help (no promises, as I would expect). He then somehow got a tech to get the car up and ran a quick diag and identified the issue and the fix. While I ended up not fixing my car there, I cannot speak enough to the awesome service and support I received at the hands of the team there. In a day and age where we are always faced with corp back-speak and poor service, this was great to encounter. If you are in the Raleigh area and have a BMW, check them out. I have brought my 2016 M235i to Bimmer Performance for service for the past 4 years. This time it was for a broken turbo charge pipe. They replaced the plastic pipe with a metal one which is guaranteed for 2 years. They are professional, competent and courteous. I will continue to use them while I own this car.

I leave this review from the perspective of someone with dealership experience in the past. I just had my first experience with them, had it towed in on a Saturday when they weren t open with no appointment.I received a digital quote with pics, technician notes, and feedback by 9 am Monday when they opened. From there, the car was repaired and ready to go by 330 pm that very same day. Furthermore all questions were answered in a calm professional manner with prompt communication.Are they the cheapest around? Doubt it however when you chose to own a German vehicle you ve got to pay to play and paying for legitimate experts at a smooth running shop is well worth the potential headache otherwise.Shoutout to my service advisor Jackson and the crew up there. I will 100% be back and recommend in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I went in for the first time with a check engine light on and the staff was very friendly and professional. They were able to get me in and fix the issue in a timely manner plus they offer a 2 year warranty on their work. I found my new BMW service center and I highly recommend them!

Super fast service. My rod bearings were done on my E92 M3. Took it on Monday and serviced was done on Tuesday. Everyone is very welcoming and Keyona kept me updated with parts, service, and estimated times of completion. Great shop and people all around. My experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! I took my BMW in due to me having transmission problems. I was told that I needed a new transmission. I was also told that the transmission would be coming from the BMW plant itself. Only to find out that it was a re-manufacture transmission from a third-party. This job cost me over $8000 only for me to experience the same problems 15 days later after picking my car up.When I called and asked the representative for the paperwork on my transmission with the part/Serial# on it, I was told it was their policy not to give that out!I ended up taking my car to the BMW dealership and had it evaluated. My transmission is leaking fluid as well as they did not hook the lines back up and it caused other problems in my car.My recommendation would be to go somewhere else!

I was traveling on the interstate and my car stopped, 4 hours away from my destination. While waiting for the tow truck I took the liberty to research repair shops in the area and found BPC. They listened as I described my experience. Once they had my car they did a thorough check, duplicated the problem, gave a quote for the repairs and advised of other abnormalities found. Their online process for delivery of the quote and what you want performed is way above most shops. BPC is truly concerned about you and your car.

I had two x5 35d's and decided to buy another one that had issues that nobody could figure out. I have pretty much an intermediate mechanical ability and have close to 10 diesels. Well this X5 had been gone through by two other shops (names withheld) and nobody could figure it out. Well I looked at it and went through it as well and couldn't get the issue resolved. Finally took it to BPC because of their online reviews and recommendations from other BMW forums. They did an initial diagnosis which I disagreed with but when that didn't fix the issue they rolled up their sleeves and put their best tech on it. For those of us who love Diesels there are darn few shops that want to work on them. Well this X5 needed some additional time and they finally figured it out. I told them it was going to be a challenge and it definitely was, HOWEVER THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUE. All I can say is everything you read about them is true.They know their stuff!!! Thanks BPC for getting the X5 back on the road.

Jackson at BPC is very professional and the team there is excellent! They have fair pricing and executed the work to my expectations. They went the extra mile and looked over my vehicle and captured a few areas of concerns ranging from minor to major, documenting these with video and pictures. Very thorough job and the repair work on the valve cover was outstanding; they helped me with my F10 535d without hesitation. I do most of repairs myself, but when I'm in a time crunch, I trust BPC to take care of me. Thank you for being awesome!Service: Engine repair

Took my F30 BMW in for some routine maintenance and an Apple CarPlay upgrade. I was really impressed with the speediness of service and how helpful the service manager was. It definitely beats going to the dealership! The only place I ll take my car from now on.

Friendly and reliable. I get digital quotes before any work is done. They answer all questions thoroughly and professionally.They always do a great job on my car. The after hours drop off and pick up is a major convenience due to my work schedule.I wouldn't take my car to anyone else.

Dan and the team has taken care of my 2013 Alpina B7 for last 5 years. They know how to work on the highly specialized BMW performance cars.I blew the motor up and they were able to replace it with all new parts! For those who know about BMW s and the Alpina s there anre only a few people in the country that have the capability and experience to change out a B7 engine.Thanks again guys and gals. (Keyona) This cars running flawless after the new motor install. I have taken my x3 to the bmw dealership multiple times and received less than ideal service to say the least. I decided to switch it up and put my trust in bimmer performance center. I had an AMAZING experience. Jackson was very thorough and professional from beginning to end. From the booking, to answering questions I had, to calling me to let me know what was going on during the service, my customer experience was outstanding. Excellent customer relations and work done.They found a few faults I was unaware of and everything I was suspecting. Gave fair estimates and stellar workmanship.Metaphorically they tightened every nut and bolt. Every mechanical aspect of my car is better. I found Bimmer Performance on the web moving to NC from Philly in 2019! I was skeptical at first ..but they do great work and have top notch Customer Reps. Four years later and I m still coming back!! They have always treated my 550GT well, causing me to leave with a smile all the time!! A++++

Great customer service. Jackson was able to schedule my appointment the next day. They also provided quick service. The maintenance was complete within an hour.
