Absolutely top notch service. Rusty is a guest service professional. He was kind, patient, and flexible while working with me on fixing up my father s vehicle. He offered options for transportation and gave us a loaner for the day. He made what could have been a stressful experience very easy. He is truly an asset to this business. I am not local but if I need vehicle service in the Raleigh area I will be giving Autohaus my business again. Thank you guys and thank you Rusty.

Angels show up where you least expect them! This morning my car panel lit up with warnings of coolant issues JUST as I was preparing to drive out of town. I panicked imagining being stranded in rural N.C. I called Autohaus - as I was driving to them - asking if I could come in and was told that all their mechanics were booked solid. I kept driving. I begged for a recommendation of what to do. The next voice on the line was the Autohaus owner, Doug Rogers reassuring me he would take a look. Doug was waiting outside for me when I pulled up. He took care of my car, explained to me what was going on, and sent me down the road. He would NOT let me pay. I dont know how to express my gratitude other than telling as many people as I can to go to Autohaus for all their car needs. And THIS isn't the first time Autohaus came through for me. Thank you Doug!

We had a very bad experience here. Autohaus misdiagnosed a problem so that we then got an incorrect repair. We paid *a lot* for the incorrect repair. They admitted the incorrect diagnosis, but then they charged us a lot of money for the correct repair. Everyone makes mistakes, but upstanding people own their mistakes and compensate fairly. This shop had the chance to take the high road and compensate us for its bad mistake by not charging for the second repair. But they charged a lot. We're out a bunch of time and money because of Autohaus of Raleigh.

I ve used Autohaus twice two to do alignments on two different cars. Both were exceptional experiences from scheduling through payment. I don t prefer to wait for work to be done but their waiting area makes waiting pretty comfortable.

I called Autohaus Import Service on short notice to get a pre-purchase inspection on a car my wife and I were flying in to to buy. Understandably, I was told they were booked. Same story from everywhere else in town. MJ, however, went above and beyond by calling back with a cancellation and got me an appointment.One hour after dropping the car off (during which we ate lunch nearby, thanks to MJ's recommendation), MJ had a report typed up and a technician to explain their findings to us. He found a minor leak that only an experienced European technician would look for. Impressive! Price was very reasonable and gave me a healthy understanding of the vehicle's present condition.The waiting room was also very nice. Comfortable seating, various reading material and space for office work are thoughtful features. As a fellow automobile service professional, I would recommend Autohaus for your European car needs. After a couple years of service I decided not to go to Autohaus anymore. Just wrapped up a call with frontdesk and they seem to be very low in offering services and time to their customers. They explain things in a poor and rude way.I had got some brake and hvac work done this Aug and when I went to pickup my car I noticed that some brake warning sign was on and when I checked with them I was informed that a brake sensor stopped working suddenly giving a false alarm. I was hoping to get my car back in 100% good condition but was given with this surprise.. not sure how brake sensor stopped working while they work fixing some other issues with the brakes and the estimate(last minute) they gave to fix the sensor issue was $$$Similar issues with coolant top up.I think they also worked on coolant in last year or so and when I went to pick up my car I noticed that it wasn't filled up to the level it should have been and when I informed them about that issue I was told that that's how it should be. I started to see top up coolant warning already and when I called them today to figure out the exact date when coolant was done last I was told in a rude way that the coolant might be leaking or something so they didn't understand what my question was or what I was calling about..Well if it was just one or two issues with their service I would have ignored it already (which I did a couple times earlier)..but today I decided to quit any relationship with Autohaus knowing those multiple issues and also the way they respond when one inquires about services performed by them previously.

Really great service, was in & out in 30 minutes for oil change. Staff was so nice, gave me a first timer coupon upon asking, really great people and quality, fast service. No hidden fees, paid exactly what they said over the phone, very professional. Waiting area, restroom was super clean. Highly recommended !!

I didnt have work done but will post when I do. Went for a 2nd opinion and was blown away by the professionalism and service. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going here instead of the dealership.

They were extremely helpful and thorough with the diagnostics on my car. Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean and tidy environment. I love that they have a business center for me to work in while my car is being worked on, along with complimentary coffee, water and snacks. I was referred to Autohaus and have to tell you I am impressed! From the phone service, to the timeliness, the professionalism and the expertise of the staff but most especially working with "MJ", I cannot say enough good things about this business.Hope I don't have any car issues anytime soon, but will most definitely go back there if needed.They are a top notch business, ethical, and trustworthy.I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I took my car here because many places are scared to touch even cheaper German cars for some reason. But ever since my first time coming here I ve decided this is the place I ll trust for all my car repairs/work. They have a great system to track when issues were found, do a thorough inspection to catch things you might not be aware of, and are honest about whether something is worth fixing immediately or not. They re prompt and always seem to be on schedule and start appointments on time. Staff is awesome and friendly and willing to explain things in more detail if you don t understand something or how serious an issue might be. So all in all this is a seriously good shop.

MJ and Rusty are the BEST! 've taken my VW there multiple times by now and every time I brought my car there they made sure to take care of me. Always professional, thorough and patient when it comes to anything related to my car. Willing to take the time to explain to me what was wrong, always gave me time to make decisions and didn't make me feel pressured to do something. I'm now recommending all my friends and family to go to them because of the positive experiences I've had with them. Best auto shop in the triangle!

This shop had my car for two weeks, charged me over $900, told me they "replaced some parts" but then told me they couldn't diagnose the issue, never mind fix it. So now I am having it towed a second time to a competent shop.Update - despite appearing to care in his reply, the owner never even contacted me. I would never recommend this business!

**It's long but worth it!Ok here's the backstory:Back in April 2021 I bought a 2004 toyota corolla. In mint condition from Virginia. Car drove perfectly fine. The dealer in Virginia said upfront the cars CEL was on but he promises to fix it. He tried to fix it but could only get 1 of the 2 codes to go away but never get the CEL (check engine light) to turn off. It was stating an issue with the voltage to the torque converter. However after 3+ weeks of not being able to figure it out. I asked him to ship the car to me as agreed and let me see about fixing the issue myself. He promised if I can't fix it he will buy the car back or exchange.After the car was shipped here to NC. I was given a 30 day tag to try n figure out how the heck am I gonna get this car fixed. I took it straight to the toyota dealership to do a diagnostic( about $149). They saw there was an open/exposed wire. Stated that they don't splice or cut wires because its there policy. So the only option was was to replace the entire engine harness. Which in total came to $2,403.39.I said heck no I can't afford that we are still in a Pandemic here. Plus I just bought the car and I haven't quite recovered from that yet either.So down on my luck I decided to ask around with the have documents of the dignostics from the toyota dealership in hand. No one knew or bothered to try and help look for the problem.So with 7 days left on the tag I already told the guy I was driving back to Virgina to exchange for another car.In June 2021 I called Autohaus Import Service (found on google) and briefly explained my situation. They said to come on in and bring the diagnostic paperwork and they will give a second look.And within 20 minutes I was called to the back and they discovered ONE tiny wire was cut. The gentleman told me that he's not sure if this is what the dealership saw but it looks like this tiny wire is ur issue. So to make it plain and simple. I paid total $72.80 and boom check engine light was off and NEVER came back on again. This is now December and still no issues! This shop has saved me from a 3 1/2 hour drive and spending almost $2,400 at the dealership!I am extremely grateful for there patience and hospitality. Very clean waiting room and complementary snacks and drinks and wifi. So relaxing to know that good people still exist. And again thank you. Will do business again here soon and when needed!

I have used Autohaus for both of my cars, a vintage domestic vehicle and an import. The service has been excellent, including ease of getting an appointment, cost of service, staff efficiency and courtesy, and skill of the mechanics. The waiting area is comfortable and attractive and the snacks are great. Brought in my Mini Cooper that wouldn't start after a bunch of other issues and they fixed it up no problem! They very quickly diagnosed what was wrong and fixed it really fast even though they needed to special order a part. All for a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend this shop

My first visit to AutoHaus will keep me coming back! I wasn t asking for much .a routine oil change and front end alignment but boy did the AutoHaus team deliver. Owner Doug employees top grade technicians and customer service pros who get the job done right, done right away, and at very reasonable prices. My first experience with Autohaus and I was very pleased with the experience. My Audi was due it's first year routine maintenance, and good luck getting that service scheduled at an Audi dealership. Furthermore, there are less expensive options out there.Autohaus knows German cars and it was a breeze getting my car scheduled for service. I was in and out the door in less than an hour and a half this morning and the bill was very reasonable. Much less in fact than you'd pay at the dealership.The folks at Autohaus are friendly, they have a very nice waiting area, and can give your car quality service at a fair price. And no, I wasn't compensated for this review.

Was traveling from Georgia and my air conditioning was going out. They took me right away, fixed the problem and charged a reasonable fee. What more could you ask? Snacks in the waiting area? Folks talk about how it's hard to find a good mechanic you can TRUST, but it's really not....Just head to Autohaus. End of story.....everyone here is AMAZING!!My first experience was a nightmare, but one that Autohaus helped wake me up from! It made all the difference knowing I had experts who knew their craft on my side when a warranty company that left me hanging out to dry. The whole Autohaus team was amazing during the whole ordeal, giving me time to try to work things out. While my best option there didn't allow me to have Autohaus replace my BMW engine, their EXTREME commitment to excellent service no matter the outcome made a clear impression. I knew I could trust them with my wife's car, all my future business, and even refer them to my own clients with confidence.Since then, we've had our state inspection & oil changes, as well as complete front+rear brake replacement job for "Sasha", my wife's Lexus CT200h. When I find my next vehicle, I'll take it to the Autohaus team too.
