I have been going to this place for the last 10+ years and these folks have always made sure that the work/repair is done of the highest quality at the appropriate price. At times I have taken work estimates given by Dealer/AAA to Autoway and the owner has told me point blank that none of these things (as told by dealer/AAA) are required. I really, really appreciate the honesty from these guys.

We use this shop for almost all our car repairs now. They may not be the biggest, but they have never tried to sell me a service my car didn't need. They are also very good about letting you know if you have items that are coming up as issues in the near future. Thanks as always.

Autoway was recommended to me by a friend. They were friendly and welcoming. Russ checked out my vehicle right away, determined the problem, printed out all the paperwork for a recall for me to take to the dealership. It appears the recall has expired so if the dealership should refuse to honor it he discussed pricing for them to make the repair. He backed my car out for me and sent me on my way. No charge! I highly recommend Autoway and will return to them for repairs.

This shop is great. They got me in immediately for brake service and saved me hundreds of dollars after I had misdiagnosed my issue. Really great mechanic shop. It is a bit hard to find, to the left of it is another place and you might actually think it is auto way. You have to drive to the back to find it.

Auto way is the best mechanic shop in Raleigh. They are honest folks and I ve been working with them for a few years now. They are professional and know their stuff. Another good thing they do is give you referrals to other honest places if they don t have a certain service you need. All the folks they ve referred me to are also very honest and trustworthy. I bring my car in and even refer folks I know over here. I highly recommend them for your automotive service needs.For directions know that they are at the back of the building maps take you to. I hope my pictures help with that

By far the most honest mechanic shop in Wake County. The prices are great, the customer service is fantastic. Never have I felt like they were taking advantage of me because I am a woman with no knowledge of mechanical repairs. I highly recommend this place is like going to family to take care of your vehicle needs. Sorry for the late review this was way over due, I have been taking all my vehicles here since 2009.

I have been going here for a few years now, and they have become the most trusted auto mechanics that I've ever used. When they tell me the cost of something, I know that I won't get it any cheaper or quicker. They do great work and are very knowledgeable.As an anecdote, I went there once for an oil leak. They found that the oil cap wasn't ideal for that model. Without saying a word, the mechanic jumped in his truck and disappeared for 10 minutes. He returned with a new oil cap and sent me on my way without charging me a dime.Recently I went to a specialist due to an issue with my brakes. I only went to the specialist first because this appeared to possibly be an electrical issue and I knew the previous owner had tried to get this fixed multiple times without solving the problem. The specialist was going to charge me about $600 for various repairs once it was diagnosed. I called up Auto Way and they did it half an hour later for about $175. You can't beat that!

Amazing service with amazing people. Been coming here for years, getting everything that has an engine in it worked on here. From my R6 to my jaguar, whatever I need, these guys get it done right, quick and for a extremely affordable price! Aziz is the man! Always recommend this place!

Auto Way is the best!! These are the Raleigh car guys. Always friendly, prompt and honest. They will tell you what it will take to fix your car and stand by it. Will even go out of their way to help you in a pinch. Great service and good work. These guys know what they're doing. Very knowledgable and work extra to solve your problem. Good pricing. I have never been cheated or even a hint of unfair costs from them. They may not be the cheapest, but they are definitely fair. And do you really want back yard Bubba pricing for your car? Go for value. Go for service. Go Auto Way.

Always a pleasant experience. They are upfront and honest. At times I feel like they are better in price as compared to others (which I don't mind), however, their straightforward and honest work policy is what takes me there.
