The owner talked me through the diagnosis process, knowing that I wasn t going to use his services. He was super friendly and really knowledgeable. Also, the fact that an actual person (not machine) picked up the phone was awesome.

I called auto glass pros to repair the windshield on my Chevy volt. The price was significantly better than the other 2 places I'd called before, and unlike those places the mobile service was at no extra charge. He was able to get to my car later that same day and did an excellent job, really taking his time to get the fit and finish perfect. The tech takes pride in his work and really does care about his customers.

Auto Glas comes highly recommend. The windshield of my Jeep had a big crack and it needed to be replaced asap.After a short conversation over the phone, Michael came out the same day to replace the it. Work was done in a professional, efficient way.

Very professional, friendly, and great service. I called a day prior and the next day he was able to come in and replace my windshield. Calling multiple places in Raleigh this has to be one of the best rates you will find. They answered the phone AND didn't have an attitude, which in my recent experience seems to be a novelty.Gentleman showed up to my house the same day and fixed my chip.No hassle and reasonable price.I hope more businesses look to this one for success examples.

Needed to replace a chipped windshield on my son's '98 Jeep and wanted to get it done before he gets back from fishing with his friend. Auto Glass Pros of Raleigh was quick to respond, had the job done in less than an hour and so professional and super nice. Even had a brief conversation about BBQing which I always enjoy. Highly recommend you give Michael a call. Not that I want to have to replace windshields a lot, but I know who I will be calling. A+++

Overall Great Experience. Mike has replace two windshields and the motor for a door window.All three times he serviced my vehicles, he came to me, completed the installs thoroughly, and left me completely satisfied. Pricing was well under some of the other national/regional vendors I got quotes from.

Michael did a phenomenal repairing a pretty hefty rock chip/crack in my windshield. Few companies live up to their slogan as well as Michael and Auto Glass Pros of Raleigh: FAST, RELIABLE, HONEST. I called this morning and Michael was here in under 30 minutes to repair my windshield, provided great service and a truly trustworthy individual. To top it all off, at a more competitive price than the national franchises. Don't waste your time with anyone else, call Auto Glass Pros and get it done right the first time. Getting our stone chip repaired was so easy and fast.Instead of waiting for days with other providers, many of which charged extra for coming to us, or just didn't offer the service despite what their website said, Michael came to our house the next day.He arrived early and got the repair done in 20 minutes.On the phone, by text, and in person, Michael was courteous, helpful, and professional.There's no "catch" or hidden "gotcha." Auto Glass Pros and Michael, the owner, run a very efficient and customer service oriented business. When my wife's windshield glass got a large crack, I called Michael on a holiday. He answered the phone and was able to come out the next day to fix our glass in our driveway before our beach vacation. The price was right too! Thanks Mike!

These guys are great! Within a few days I had a quote, an appt, and a new windshield. Faster than I could even be seen at the dealer. Very professional and friendly. Give them a call before you go straight to the dealer.

Mike is awesome. I called and he answered and helped with my broken window after waiting on safelight to fix it for 7 weeks after sending three poorly trained techs.Mike helped me same day, fixed the window, and offered his services at a great price and travelled to me as I couldn't drive my vehicle. Michael and his colleague did a FANTASTIC job! My car had been broken into by breaking the drivers side window. Such a terrible situation to be in especially as a full time mom and employee with a toddler and young kids to transport. My husband found Michael and Auto Glass Pro s because other companies didn t have my window in stock and it was going to be WEEKS. These guys came out the next morning, to my office, and fixed it quickly, quietly, and it was exactly as promised. Everything works and the glass is flawless. They definitely delivered on their promise and put a Mama at ease. I highly recommend!!Thank you so much, Michael.

I m so disappointed that I used with this company. Had front windshield replaced in late December. Price was great but workmen ship and quality of glass STRAIGHT TRASH!!!Strike 1. Owner Michael didn t even bother to cover the hood on my car and scratched the hood. Than had the nerve to say to me oh you have a lot of scratches on your hood. Yes, there were scratches on the hood but I was not paying you to add more scratches to the hood!Strike 2. Didn t clean new windshield off at all after installing it so glass had a bunch of scratches that I could not see but as soon as I drove the car about an hour after the install and the sun hit the windshield I could see all of the imperfections in the glass scratches poor quality glass and all. I called owner he stopped by a few days later and denied anything was wrong.Strike 3. Low grade glass so when it s raining it s hard to see out front windshield glass becomes very glared looking.Called him again to address the scratches in the windshield and not being able to see out the windshield when it s raining.He blamed the scratches on my wiper blades but the scratches are everywhere in the windshield he installed. He claims he don t see any scratches and also told me to put rain-x windshield wiper fluid in my car for better visibility when it s raining. What a joke I ve never used rain-x before and had my car since 11/2015.The owner Michael refused to do anything about my concerns but was quick to tell me I m not going to argue with you .I did not ask him to argue with me I asked him to address my concerns which he refuses to do. So basically I m screwed with a bad windshield which I m sure he did not pay a lot for!THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! I would not recommend using them at all! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY to get quality and PROFESSIONAL SERVICES because this ain t it!

Michael and his son came to my house to replace my windshield and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were very professional and explained what they were doing to replace my windshield and why so I didn't have to second guess anything. I want to recommend Mike w/Auto Glass Pros of Raleigh for anyone needing fast, reliable window repair/replacement in the area! Very friendly, did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. Came the VERY SAME DAY which I honestly didn't think was possible. He replaced the back door glass in my truck in my driveway and I didn't have to do a thing - he took care of it all, including cleanup of the broken glass all across the back seat and floorboard. I have used Auto Glass Pros twice. I worked with Michael both times, and he was affordable, quick, and courteous. He gave me a 2-hour window for his arrival, unlike other businesses that give a 12-hour window.
