Great experience with zero issues. Had engine running concerns and Friedrichs diagnosed the concern, called with an estimate and did the repairs SAME day!Vehicle is running better than it ever did! Coincidentally, their repair also fixed an issue I was experiencing with the transmission shift quality. Talk about win, win!Don't hesitate and bring your car here. Thanks again guys!

Owner is NICE i suggest if you go here speak with the owner if ypu have any issues!!! Edited**** Horrible Place. VERY Rude staff. I wish I would have gotten their names! Outrageous Quotes! I will not recommended this place to anyone! VERY rude! I came in asking to just get my car lifted up on the lift and take pictures of the bottom because my mechanic in Texas (I'm out of state) will let me know if it's a bad and if I can drive it back to Texas. They charged me double and a half of what Pep Boys said they would charge me. This place is HORRIBLE. ****** Owner of the shop went ahead and took care of me, understood why I had placed a bad review (one of his employees took care of me in the beginning ) & the manager took care and gave me a discount!

Very honest!! I took in an suv with transmission problems. They tried to diagnose the problem for a week and didn't find the cause, They did not charge me a thing!! I have taken all 3 of our vehicles to them from oil changes to timing belt. They do great work and are VERY HONEST!!

EDIT: I can no longer recommend this place. One of the repair guys is a misogynist! he overcharged for a repair, said it was repaired, and it actually wasn't. They type of repair he worked on is very dangerous if something goes wrong. Because he didn't like me as a person he put me and my children at risk of being injured or even killed if something went wrong. I had to bring my vehicle to another place to have it worked on because he actually didn't repair it like he said. Also, he said something very disturbing to my mother when I left, and she was still talking to him. He said that if he was repairing my house, that he would have made it that my house burnt down with me inside it! All because I hung up on him after he became verbally aggressive on the phone when I called him out for raising the price of my repair without having a legitimate reason. This place is NOT recommended. In fact, it should go out of business because of how unprofessional and even scary it is to have someone purposely do something to your car in hopes you get injured or worse because of personal feelings. This man is highly disturbed and has obvious anger issues. He is definitely not someone I would trust to work on something my life depended on. He purposely did something to put me at risk, and he was dumb enough to even tell my mom that he'd do something to harm me if he could.

Friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. Friedrich's did and excellent job on my son's car and performed a great deal of work in a very short period of time. Highly recommended.

This place is legit! In and out in less than 5 hours. Thought I had a bad clutch on my 07 civic but this wasn't the case. They found the problem quick and these guys were honest and kept my bill as low as possible. Me and my roommate have now both used these guys and we both recommend them. Thanks guys!

We took our RV to Friedrichs Automotive for repair to the air conditioner. After having it for several days, they indicated the system had been tested, new freon was added and the lower air conditioner was repaired. They indicated the upper unit needed quite a bit of work and we elected to wait on that unit. The drive home gave cold air from the vents but the very next time we drove the RV the air was not even cool. Upon calling the business back, they indicated that the upper unit was the issue - so the $200+ we paid was absolutely useless. We did not even get one trip with cold air. Be warned and get someone else who will guarantee their work.

I went to Friedrichs after going to several shops in the area. I was experiencing issues with my A/C unit. Specifically, the refrigerant was leaking and it seems that no other shop could repair it. Friedrichs found the issue within a matter of two days and repaired my party bus. Now my customers are happy and cool. Thanks Friedrichs!

This shop has become the only one I take my vehicles to. They take the time to explain things to me when I ask, which I usually don't because they've earned my trust to just do what they believe is needed. Not many mechanics we can say that about.

Told me it's $110 for a check engine light diagnostic. Go to advanced auto parts. It's free. Or buy a scanner from Walmart for $20. Not sure why their prices are so ridiculously high.

Called to check on the price of something and the person on the phone told me they couldn t do it when EVERY OTHER SHOP IN THE AREA QUOTED ME A PROCE and got an attitude and told me to go to every other shop
