Way way expensive I don't usually shop at these other places that much when I can go to Walmart and get it for about half the price so it's just way too expensive but my time is very valuable so I didn't feel like walking around 5,000

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. I have a car that requires diy parts most automotive stores do not carry. This particular car does not show up in their system.However, Advance Auto Parts does not carry items I require for my car (it's an exotic), but my car shows up in their system and the staff orders the parts and I pick them up in a day or two.Advance Auto Parts goes the extra mile for their customers, and that counts a great amount.Cheers!

This is one of the three Carquest stores or Advance Auto storesthey Network together and are able to get us any part within an hour or two delivered to cts shopbetween the different locations they seem to always be able to get us what we need in a timely matter at a extremely reasonable price Chris and his team over at the advance location off of Millbrook also the warehouse has helped out in all of our needsThey are able to get the right pricing and the right partsTo keep concrete technology Services Mid-Atlantic Fleet's operational

I have tried using this location 3 times in the past two moths. The first time I needed two Detroit 60 oil filters, I called and they had 2 in stock, fought the traffic only to arrive to find out...oh we don't have them, sorry! Next week I needed another oil filter, when I called again they showed to have one, when I asked them to put their hands on it...it was not on the shelf. Well once again today I needed a serpentine belt which they showed to have one on the shelf, and guess what, when I asked them to make sure it was there .....it was once again not on the shelf!!!! Seems like someone should take the time to do an updated inventory of the store!!! I will never use this location again!

Bought 2 bulbs, sign indicated $4.99, was charged $5.99. After checking the price sign again, I said the posted price is $4.99.... clerk says price just went up today. I pointed to the posted price, he then said prices change all the time. I said not doing business here anymore.

Excellent store. Great customer service. I get all of my automotive needs from Carquest. Chuck is the manager there and he runs a top notch store.
