A++ Very grateful for the hard work and customer service offered by the folks here at AAA! Special shout out to Connie and Danny for making things happen, even staying after hours to make sure my filters got there and could be replaced since I'd already waited so long! Special thanks to the young gentleman mechanic that made the run to find and bring back the filters!

This AAA location really saved me in a pinch. I had a flat tire suddenly at 530pm, called and asked if it was ok to tow there, received a friendly yes, received a call the next morning confirming my car had arrived, they sold me on 2 tires, and had it ready for me to pickup once I got off work. My service advisor was friendly and communicative the entire time. No complaints about anything except both of my new tires had tire lube all over them. My wheels are also painted and were already chipping in lots of spots, but after the tires were put on it was extremely worse. At least this will expedite me to get them fixed lol. I haven t had time to get a car wash and a week later I still have tire lube all over my rear wheels. It is what it is though, overall I m happy with my experience and grateful for everyone s efficiency.

This is the best shop I have been to, my car was here for 2 weeks and they did a lot of work on my Lexus and they didn't charge me anything. They did so much work on my vehicle. Replacing fuses, diagnostic service and more. Amazing people

Had some serious electrical issues and the crew was tremendously helpful. They were prompt in their repairs and answered every question I had with great detail. Would definitely recommend.

Got a complete brake job/replacement on my car here. Very fair pricing and friendly service. Came in on a Saturday morning and expected to wait half the day because there was only one tech working all the jobs that day, but they were able to get me a quote and put the door within 2 hours. Good experience and I plan to be back for general maintenance and repairs

I had my car towed here when my car didn't start because it was recommended to me by the AAA agent that dispatched the tow truck. I have always thought of AAA as a reputable company but this specific AAA Car Care Center is not reputable or competent or both. After waiting five days for diagnostic work due to a backlog of other vehicles, I was told I needed a new engine since there was low compression in all four cylinders ($6k to $7k). Although I am no expert on cars, this seemed strange since there was no indication that the engine was having issues previously. After talking with a mechanic friend of mine, he suggested I get a second opinion and told me that he had heard some horror stories from this particular AAA shop. I had my car towed to a different shop and they had no issue starting the car. They cleaned the spark plugs and the car is running better than ever. This AAA shop may be great for oil changes or vehicle inspections but from my experience I would not trust their expertise in repairing vehicles. The one positive: the staff was courteous and answered questions.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Had an oil change appointment . It took 2 hours . Absolutely ridiculous . Why the hell have an appointment if takes 2 hours . Not going back unless something major . 2 hour hours is what should wait for an engine problem !!

Long after I cancelled my account and sold my car I receive outstanding balance letters says I have OWE $80 . When I call, they confirm I don t have an active membership and to disregard that notice. This is criminal activity and theft by deception to trick people into renewing their membership by saying that have an outstanding balance. That s not what those words mean.

I had my car towed there in what I thought was hopeless condition. I needed a major repair, but I thought it would cost at least twice as much as what I have paid. The warranty on the repairs is also exceptional!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, BrakesServices: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Excessive waiting times. Although I'm not very familiar with the mechanics of cars, it would seem something amiss when a customer returned one, two, three times (within one hour) due to the check engine light alert.

This place is AMAZING!!! My battery died and once it was jumped I knew that I needed to get the battery replaced before I turned off my car or it was not going to turn back on again. I showed up at this store 10 minutes before they closed hoping that they could do me a HUGE favor and squeeze me in before they closed. They were so nice to me and helped me immediately. The customer service was phenomenal and I will forever be thankful for their help!! Thank you Danny and Christopher, you not only saved my day but made the whole experience quite enjoyable. I highly recommend this location!!! THANK YOU!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The staff was kind and helpful. I especially enjoyed the texts I received indicating the stage my car was in... (inspection, alignment check, oil change, ready!) It was nice to be kept in the loop and also easy to use my AAA membership for a discount. Also, I received a detailed report on my car that is better than I have ever seen before, anywhere! Definitely recommend this place!

Car quit running and I had it towed to this shop because I have AAA membership. AAA left me stranded where it broke down because of Covid-19 restrictions about riding in tow truck. When I finally got home I called shop and told them the car would run, but did not respond to the accelerator, indicating a problem in the fuel delivery system. I also gave them a print-out where the folks at a drive in oil change facility that was beside where the car broke down plugged in to the on-board diagnostic system and showed exactly where the problem was. Those good folks did this at no charge and determined that they could not fix the car so I needed to have it taken elsewhere. Since I knew where the problem was, I asked for an estimated cost to fix it. AAA said they had a $99 diagnostic fee and then they would be able to see what the problem was and price the repairs. They also said they would call the next morning. I consented because what else could I do at this point? They did not call--I called them mid-afternoon and got a price of $700+ to replace the fuel body and do a fuel system service to get rid of all the "dirty" ethanol that caused the problem. I asked for and got a verbal breakdown of the cost for parts and labor to do the work. The fuel system service is an unnecessary service that I did not ask for and did not want. So, I talked to the technician and he finally agreed to clean a sticking butterfly valve in the fuel body, but could not guarantee that it would not fail again down the road. I'm fine with that, so the cost was $50. I may replace the fuel body later to be sure that it does not fail again. I found the proper part for sale at a national chain auto parts store for less than half the cost I was quoted. Almost everything in the "diagnostic" service report did not and could not relate to the problem I asked them to fix, so it was unnecessary work and an unnecessary expense. Finally, they did not call when the car was ready--I had to call again to find out I could pick the car up and pay the bill.I will NOT be using AAA auto service again. Very disappointed since I have been an AAA member for almost 50 years.Service: Engine repair

The customer service here is impeccable. They will do everything in their power to make sure that you get your car running and get back on the road as soon as possible at the fairest price possible. I couldn't have been happier with the work they did or with the speed and professionalism with which they did it. Connie in particular was phenomenal. She was sweet and kind and the greatest service manager anyone could ask for. In my honest opinion everyone there deserves a massive raise.

Ed was amazing. Had concerns about my 2011 Audi. Very patient while I asked a million questions. Explained everything in detail. Felt like the guys there were more honest with me than places I have used in the past.

Very courteous staff who throughly explained the problems with my brakes, even sending me pictures. I didn't have an appointment but because of the urgency, they worked me in. I've used this branch many times, and always come out feeling satisfied that I got good service at a reasonable price. This is my go-to-place for oil changes, tires, etc.

This facility is understaffed and untrained/inexperienced. It may be fine for oil changes, and state inspections, but not for anything more complicated. They don't have the experience to fix things beyond what the diagnostic machines tell them.I made an appointment to fix my check-engine light. I also said that my car was having trouble starting. They explained away the car-starting up as "you may have not enough gas in the car" and ignored my comment. They didn't offer to run a test on my System/star functions. They said it was the Catalytic Converter, and I made an appointment to get that fixed. After they called me to pick up the car, I sat in the waiting room for 3.5 additional hours after they said to pick it up. I didn't get my car back until 9:30pm. When I expressed that I thought they didn't even look at my car until 6pm, the manager said, "NO, NO - the technician actually spend a lot of time on it. He just didn't know how to get the catalytic convert to fit in your car." -- As if that should make me feel better????At this time, I mentioned AGAIN that the car seemed to have trouble starting. They ignored my concerns. That Thursday, I am across town - and the car doesn't start. I was stranded. I had it towed to a mechanic (that a friend recommended in that area and not a AAA Car Care). the mechanic said it was the starter, which he fixes. My car passed inspection but within 2 days, the check-engine light was on again. I took it to Autozone for the free check-engine diagnostics, and it pointed to the catalytic converter again. I called AAA car care again - saying the check-engine light is back on and told them the Autozone code. They said that they changed the Left Catalytic Converter and it's the Right Catalytic Converter this time.I took it to the other mechanic that fixed my starter. He said that it could be the O2 Sensor. He said that - in his experience, when the O2 Sensor goes out, the diagnostic lists these codes that he is seeing. The O2 sensor is much less expensive to fix $187 versus $1000 for the catalytic converter. He recommended changing the O2 Sensor first to see if that would fix the issue before focusing on the catalytic converter. I followed his recommendation and that seems to have fixed the issue.I had actually spend money on a Catalytic Converter at AAA Car Care when it was the O2 Sensor. AAA Car Care didn't even suggest that it could be O2 Sensor. They are inexperienced and don't have the right background to recommend expert advise on your car. They are not capable of handling anything more complicated than simple maintenance issues like oil changes, tires, and state inspections similar to Jiffy Lube or 10 minute oils change stations. Why isn't there an O2 sensor test?

My car was towed in the previous day. I called the next morning and they were responsive and were back in touch with me by mid-morning with an analysis of what I needed and an estimate. It was presented in a clear manner and there was no effort to have me do more than was needed. It was a good a car experience as I have ever had.

AAA-Atlantic Ave has always given me excellent service and two days ago it even topped itself. Despite a very full schedule, Connie took a few minutes to check if the brake lights problem in my old Civic was merely an issue of burnt light bulbs. And it was! Connie cheerfully and calmly replaced them and we were quickly on our way instead of having to wait for an appointment the next day. And no one had to worry about getting pulled over for faulty equipment either.Thank you!People like Connie make AAA Car Service shops a great asset.

The dispatching team for AAA remind me of a malfunction at answering machine as I asked for a tow truck to be sent to my location as I ended up Fulton atleast sitting for 3 hours because the first two efforts to dispatch a truck was sent to the wrong location and every time I call back to ask where the truck was at they tried to talk to me as if I was lying about being stranded with my vehicle. The Operators had nasty attitudes honestly I have had better service at McDonald's

I've been going to this place for a few years now, and every time the work has been completed on time or early at the price I've been quoted (and occasionally at a lower than estimated price). The customer service is incredible, and they keep me updated on the status of my car throughout the repair. I know I never have to worry about my vehicle when I drop it off at the AAA Atlantic Avenue location; I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

They go above and beyond to make sure your car needs are met and don't try to rip you off. They also partner with Lyft to get you home and back if repairs take longer than expected or you want to wait at home. Make sure the make an appointment though because they fill up fast.

I'd truthfully give them more stars If I could. Charles and the entire staff were extremely friendly and kept me up to speed throughout the entire process of fixing my car! I was on a time constraint for a trip and these miracle workers were able to get my car fixed quickly! I instantly noticed a difference in my car as I was driving away. It drove smoother and wasn't shaking anymore. These guys are good honest people which is difficult to find these days. I plan on returning for any future issues I incur.

Carried my car in for a issue with it cutting off a lights. They did $308 worth of repair that was not needed. ( they thought it was the issue and would repair the problem)One day later my check engine light came on. This time a code came up.They wanted over $500 to do repair. Never offered to take the original $308 off. A repair not needed. I then left because I did not have the money. Went to a friend who recommend someone that found the parts under $100 and did the repair for under $100 and in less then an hour. Drives great and no lights.

I was very upset that after only 2 to 3 months of having my car there were major issues that needed to be addressed. I was sent several names of places to take my vehicle to be repaired but chose AAA because of their reputation. I was not disappointed. The receptionist was extremely patient and kind and was very knowledgeable as well as the staff. My vehicle issues were reported and repaired in one days time and I was given a ride home and from work when my repairs were complete. Triple A definitely made my day...and my week...the driver was so pleasant and all the staff relieved me from a lot of worries and stress. I will always be grateful and if needed will always use AAA. Thanks a million

I came to AAA on Atlantic Springs and they were able to take care of my alignment. They were very professional, waiting area was clean and I was able to get some work done with the free WiFi. Connie provided my alignment sheet and thanked me for coming in. Thank you for your assistance on a busy Friday.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment
