OMG first let me start by saying I'm not a person that do reviews but I would be wrong if I didn't take the time to say how great the service is. My fist visits here and let's just say this is my new go to places for my truck service, inspection, or oil changes.. I'm big on customer service and they met my expectations and great prices. Thanks guys

Was in and out in no time for my inspection and clerk was honest bc I wanted a oil change as well but didn't get it..He was honest on telling me they charge a lot for oil changes.I like honesty

I was driving by and needed to have a pre-purchase inspection done on a dealer vehicle I was thinking of buying. On a whim, I stopped in to see if they had any availability after missing an appointment at Firestone down the road. The guys at 401 took in the car right away. Within minutes, they propped up the vehicle, examined it thoroughly, and were finished. They provided an accurate assessment that led to me to purchase the car. Much to my surprise, they did not charge me a penny. I had had the same thing done at a dealer the other day and was charged a whopping $150. The staff at this establishment is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and polite. I can't recommend this place enough. These folks are legit honest. If I lived in South Raleigh/Garner, this business would be my go-to for vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Highly recommended!!! Job well done!
