I ve been buying vehicles from Boyd Brothers Ford for 10 or more years now. They have a great sales and management staff, Jason and Martin will take care of you with any concerns. They ve got a great vehicle selection or they can get what you re looking for.Its a breeze when buying from these guys also Chuck the finance guy is on top of his game, so I highly recommend Boyd the next time you re in need for a new or used vehicle!

Can t thank the service team enough for discovering the problem with my transmission. I was 500 miles from home and they got me back on the road within a few hours. I made it back safely with no further problems that day! The team was amazing!

Love Boyd! They have taken care of us for seven years, since I bought my Explorer from them in 2017. Since then our family has bought 3 other vehicles from them and have all our services with them. Don't go anywhere else!! Kelsey is service is the best!!

Absolutely like family, greet you by name when you come in. Let you know approximately what cost will be up front. Very nice lounge. Car is returned as clean as taken back. Always able to get an appointment in timely order.

just a heads up to people that the ford service dept does not stand behind their work. after putting 3 oil sensors counting 4 if you add the one that came on my 2017 ford king ranch. they refused to refund my 251.00 for the last one which only lasted 2500 miles claimed it was caused by an oil leak. I do not think it is normal to have to install 4 oil sensors on a vehicle that is only five years old. If an oil leak caused it why did they not find it in the beginning. This time the repair was 680 dollars. when i ask if they were going to warranty this one their reply was the part had a warranty. needless to say i will not be paying them 2500 dollars to repair an oil leak as they quoted. we spent thousands of dollars there last year including installing a transmission not even going to say what that cost. my point is that if the computer does not tell them what to repair they have no idea. If you ever find a good mechanic stick with him. They definitely do not have them at Boyd ford in oxford. If you think you got a good deal when you bought a vehicle there, just hope and pray you never have to have it serviced there.Tommy BrogdenSR

I have been taking my F-150 here for service for many years without issue. Recently they implemented a policy that they will not install tires on an aftermarket wheel. Fair enough, I bought tires somewhere else this time. However, on my most recent visit, I dropped the truck off for an oil change and tire rotation and only found out when I went to pick it up, that they won't even touch an aftermarket wheel. So no tire rotations, brake jobs, suspension, or anything else that might require removing the wheel. Now I have to make a separate trip somewhere else to get the tires rotated. Certainly the last time I will book service here given that they can no longer provide adequate service.Hopefully the sales department is educating potential buyers prior to the sale that if the customer wishes to install an aftermarket wheel, they should look elsewhere, as I am left to assume the service department here will refuse to do any warranty work involving wheel removal. I certainly won't risk buying a new vehicle from them.

I recently had my car serviced at Boyd Ford and it was a great experience. The staff were professional and friendly. The best feature of my visit was the attention to details. I will continue to have my repairs at Boyd as I receive great service with a smile and the prices are reasonable.

Easy! Had a breakdown on my trip where I blew a brake line. Was treated very well and felt the price was fair. I was taken in quickly without an appoint. Would recommend the service department to anyone. I wish more dealership service centers were like this.

I am new to North Carolina and when my Ford Flex began leaking antifreeze, I had no idea where to take it. I randomly chose Boyd Brothers Ford to take my car to for repairs and am so glad I did! They were friendly and professional on the phone (and in person) and were able to fit me in the same day I initially called. The repair time was very reasonable and my Flex is now running better than ever. I highly recommend Boyd Brothers Ford!

Kirk and Jamie in the service department are both nothing short of excellent in the customer service department. I had a major repair needed on my explorer and wanted a dealership to do the work. I haven t been to a dealership in many years. From day one both of these guys treated me like I had been a customer there for 20 years. It is so nice to see this level of customer service still exists when in so many other businesses it is hard to come by. We will be back to dealership in the future!

Great service and friendly. Was a little disappointed I couldn't get financing options prior to picking up the truck. They offered a very reasonable extended warranty, but since I was not able to plan for the additional expense in advance, I turned it down. I realize a lot of people impulse buy but not me. I called several times in advance to talk about financing options to no avail. Other than this issue, I had a great experience and will purchase from them again.

Needed a recall repair. They got me on the schedule in less than a week. When making the appointment they told me it would take an hour or more. My husband took the vehicle in for the service. He was very complimentary about the friendliness of staff and the quickness of the service (less than an hour). My husband is not the easiest person to please but he was extremely happy. We will definitely use Boyd again

I was in need of a battery, like ASAP. I had searched for 2 days to find one and respectfully because I figured it would be cheaper than going to the dealership. But after finding one an hour away, I called the dealership just to see and to my surprise the battery was not much more than it was anywhere else, literally within $5 different. And the installation fee, to me, was not excessive. Basically I paid practically the same that I would have if I had driven an hour away to where I found a battery for my SUV. And on top of that, they were pleasant, professional, and very efficient. I didn't feel disrespected because I was a female, either. So I will return for more than likely all issues associated with my Buick envision, going forward. But I have not had a bad experience here yet, even with my last car.

Horrible!!! Do not take your truck to get service. They tell you they fixed something then months later it still needs to be fixed again! And to try and get a scheduled appointment from on line is a joke. After you spent the time filling out the service request. They tell you that a service representative will call to confirm your appointment. Nope!No call just sat in lingo. Apparently ford has it so good these days that they don t need business. I m done with Ford!!!UPDATE they do not like to talk to you on the phone. They would rather do it on text or email. Now people. There are ways to get your error codes, and what needs to be fixed from a check engine light. Even if you know what needs to be done. Automatically Ford still won t do anything until they make you pay another $150 for a diagnostic that you have already gotten elsewhere cheaper. Even if you have all the codes and know what s wrong. Your better off finding a good mechanic and having them do it apparently.

Great experience. Mark A. is a fabulous mechanic. Our truck is now running great. We were even provided with a loaner car when the repair became more complicated than expected. The price was reasonable given the extensive work required on our Avalanche. We were completely pleased and happy with the results, service and costumer care.

Waited over three weeks for an appt. Had a time certain appointment but it was an hour before someone came to tell me that because it was lunchtime my car wouldn't be ready for several hours. I left and made an appointment with Crossroads for next week.

I go to Boyd regularly for service for both my Car and my SUV. They have always provided great service and their staff is very friendly. Over the years I have typically avoided going to dealers for service as I found them in many cases to be over priced. However, all the work I have had done at Boyd has been very affordably priced. Very satisfied!

It is always great knowing there are still dealerships that are willing to help those from out of the area when an emergency happens with your vehicle. I greatly appreciate the help and service I received from Boyd Brothers Ford. They worked their service schedule out to fit in my repairs and had me back on the road within 24 hours. My thanks to the service department ladies for working my vehicle service in their busy schedule and for the good work done by the technician.

We had talked for a while about getting a car for our youngest three children to share as they begin the process to becoming competent drivers. Justin in sales was great. He really listened to our needs, helping us find not only a safe car, but one that was in budget and would fit the needs of our new and upcoming teenage drivers. Edison in finance was also amazing. He patiently explained everything and made sure all the paperwork was done right. The team even stayed after closing and made sure we were taken care of. It was one of the better car buying experiences we ve had. Thank you guys.

We were at a rest stop on I85,, 6 miles from Boyd Chevy when our 2002 Suburban would not start. Called AAA for a jump start. While waiting, Called Boyd Chevy and spoke with Terry Hobgood. He listened to our problem and told us to come straight to Boyd when we got the truck running. We arrived at about 1:00pm and Terry greeted us. he took our truck straight away. 45 minutes later, the problem was identified as a dead battery and not holding a charge. The alternator was fine. While servicing the truck a coolant leak was identified. That was also fixed. Under two hours and we were back on the road. Great service and very friendly folks.
