What an awesome truck!! These guys are great to work with this is the second truck I have bought from them could not ask for a better buying experience I dealt with Brandon both times they really go above and beyond to put you in what you want I highly recommend buying your next truck here both trucks I got ran great give me no issues and they paid top dollar on my trade in I will most definitely go back here when I m ready to trade up again thanks guys!! Y all are great!!!

I personally am appalled by the customer service that my step-son was given, he drives 3+ hours to test drive a truck, returns, and explains to the salesperson that it appears there is a transmission issue, sales person states he doesn't drive the truck (not buying that) 2-3 days later calls back and states that they had the truck serviced and it had a trans turner on it and it was fixed if he was still interested. so, he goes back they rush him and don't allow him to drive it again stating they are about to close this young 19yr old first-time buyer not knowing any different taking someone's word buys a truck leaves their lot, and drives 3hrs back when he calls and says the transmission is slipping bad. he hasn't had this truck for a month and we now have had it looked at by our mechanic to find out that it needs a new transmission. a new one was quoted to me for $6500.00 I hope that a sales manager reads this or even the salesperson and please feel free to message me personally because I would hope that you would want to do the right thing since he was told that it was looked at and then came back and simply taken advantage of due to the fact that myself or his mother wasn't there. and i have read other revies that appears to be a trend so this isn't the first time this has happened.

Long story short I'm a small business and the truck I bought needs to be my new work truck asap. The front axle locked up the day after I got it home. Had to limp back to my drive way in reverse with it banging and clunking and spend 8 hours ripping the axle shafts out to even make it move. I'm extremely enraged and he offered $500 in compensation for a job that most shops would charge 3k minimum for. They will do wrong by you too, go elsewhere.

I purchased a used truck about a month ago. Quick and friendly. No pressure. It was what I was looking for at a fair price, pro tip: (bring money, plan on paying what you can afford). I've had no problems however it's a used vehicle things can go wrong. Thanks.

3 days after purchasing a truck I started having problems. It would barely Tun and wasn t sure I would make it back home on a 4 hour drive. I called. They read to me the findings from a local shop which said they did a pressure check on the coolant system but it has a coolant leak. Also found loose bolts on the intake manifold causing a major boost leak. The check engine light is still on and most likely the EGR.After the first call. I didn t receive any further help with the truck.

Don t work with you at all could tell they didn t want to make a sell they tried to offer $7000 less then the bank said my vehicle was worth I wouldn t buy a matchbox car off of these people STAY AWAY THEY WILL CON YOUnot to mention they take all day to answer you

To start with I would rate this zero because it has been two months in with our truck and it already needs a transmission. Its a $36,000 worth of a truck and the new transmission will cost us $12,000. They aren't honest with the truth and all they want is to do a sell. We went up there to complain and they said that we had to make an appointment. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

They were nice at first and decided to buy a diesel truck from here, test drove and it was fine. Then on the way home, started leaking coolant and had the famous "death wobble." This has been over a month still havent been able to drive the truck due to the front end components. They did send me a part to try help but they advised they couldn't do anything else and that was it. I attempted to speak with them but no one will return my call. Please go else to buy your pick up.Update: It's been 6 months later still can't drive the truck due to the engine completly gernading. For the love of eveythiNG DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Came to swannys yesterday and was not expecting to purchase. I told Edward ray about my credit situation and he was really helpful. We literally asked him about almost every truck in the lot and he had no problem telling us everything we needed to know. We plan on coming back once we pay this one off for another!

We drove 2 hours to this place because we found a truck that we really liked. We were told a different price than when we sat down to actually buy the truck, we test drove it really liked the truck were ready to sign papers had our money and all and this guy wouldn't budget not one penny off the price I mean we told him we came 2 hours away, I guess they just don't need to sell anything because we wanted this truck and had money with us. I won't ever recommend this place to anyone just for the fact of not even wanting to budget off their price at all.

We bought a truck here and it went very smoothly....very transparent with no hidden charges like at dealerships....quick in and out...they did all tag and title work in one day and they even delivered it to my house!

I drove 4 1/2 hours to visit Swanny's. When I got here the lot was very organized and clean. Every vehicle was super nice and clean. Very nice selection of vehicles of all brands. Dwayne was super helpful and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone. I will buy from them again in the future. Thank you Dwayne for getting me set up in the new Cummins!

purchased a truck off the lot was told it had zero issues and was never abused. had the truck 32 days exactly and the transmission blew up come to find out the trans was replaced through a junkyard with a used trans that had bad parts currently been down for a couple months because of financial situations and having to put a transmission and injectors in it. would not recommend purchasing off them they will lie to you to make a sale no matter what the cost...

Became very interested in a deseil truck from them so decided to call and ask questions. Staff was fine although seemed to not really know any information about the vehicle I was interested again. They had the truck for over 3 months and still was not sure about certain things? I told them I was going drive out to see the truck which was 6 hours away. They offered to send pictures of things that were concerning to them and wanted me to be aware before making that drive. The pics they sent were not all that concerning so I decided to make the drive and pay a $500 deposit for them to hold the truck. I felt like they were honest with me so I had no problem putting the deposit down. Once I arrived however I noticed they had not been honest at all and did not send pics of things that were extremely concerning. For example the front lower grill was missing and when asked about it they played it off like that was normal. They really had no info on the vehicle and the interior was a mess. The pics they sent were VERY deceiving! I would have NEVER put $500 down for a deposit if I would have seen these areas of concern much less drove 6 hours! Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. They really don t have a clue about any of their vehicles or the condition of them. They are there to make a quick turn around buck and don t care about providing dependable vehicles. I wanted their mechanic to look at a few things with the drivetrain that was concerning. After I saw the mechanic, my decision to walk away became even more easy. He looked like he just rolled out of a drug deal. Would NEVER recommend anyone buy from them.

Very good service, easy to work with. Came from out of state to buy a ram 2500 mega cab and the truck was everything i was told it was and even nicer than in the pictures. They Had paperwork and everything sorted out and ready to go for me when i arrived and the salesmen were all very friendly and easy to deal with. Great dealership, great inventory and awesome people. Highly recommend checking them out.

I know as is buying frees truck lots of any responsibility of fixing anything on your purchase. But I have had my truck for 1 and 1/2months. Just enough time for problems to start showing up. One week after purchase, I drove my truck to winston Salem. About an hour on interstate. Some at 70 mph. No big deal , right. Well on my way back. My truck boiled over, ran hot. Didn't think much about it after putting in water. Within a month the truck ran hot 3 times. I also noticed oil spots on carport.took truck to ford dealership. So far the estimate is $7100.00. That is a lot to spend for 1 and 1/2 of using my truck. Not sure if that will be all it will cost to fix. Being I'm not specialist on buying a diesel truck. I totally relied on this company to be honest and true. Not really sure if they will help with cost.this truck was $20,000.00. Cash.so I totally trusted that they had my back. Not so sure now. Great customer service! Easy to work with, no BS pricing. Stayed late to finish the deal, didn't feel like he was bothered by it either. We hope the truck is as great as the service was! Two thumbs up for this small dealer!

Dwayne is amazing. He worked with us and our bank to help us upgrade our "family mobile" to an awesome Dodge Ram 3500. My husband, son, and I needed a truck that could haul not only our Jeeps, but could also work for groceries and long trips. We couldn't have done it without him! We'll definitely be using them again when I decide to upgrade to a truck!

Brandon helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. The whole process was easy from start to finish.I recommend getting the vehicle independently inspected so you know what you're getting into, but other than that Swanny's is a great choice for your next vehicle.

my husband drove over 3 hours to go to swannys to look at a truck and jeep. was overly impressed! and bought 2 vehicles! i got a jeep for mother's day and I'm ecstatic that it's the best looking vehicle I've ever had . and the truck he got is amazing also! very friendly staff and they gave us tshirts too!

This car lot is no good. My friend got a truck from here a few weeks ago and the day he left with it the fuel pump went out then not even a week into it started having transmission problems. The truck is now in the shop having new transmission put in. The truck was 19000 and now having around 4000 put in to it. The car lot wouldn't even help with any expenses. Make sure to have a mechanic look into any vehicle you buy from this place.

We just moved to North Carolina from Florida and I must say me and my boyfriend are very pleased and happy with our new truck we bought on March 22 2019 !! Kyle and penny took care of us and the staff was very polite and professional and honest and caring this is the best dealership I ve ever been to in my life so far I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Swannys auto sales!!!! Prices are great and so are the vehicles

Great dealership! I bought a Ford raptor from them and after two weeks I found the rear axle leaking. I called them and just like that no question ask they fixed what was wrong. I would buy another truck from them in the future!

I was a return customer to Swannys. Found a truck I really liked. Had a low mileage, cream puff trade, worked a deal, and made a VERBAL agreement and commitment to purchase. My credit was ran, check was printed, loan was approved. Prior to getting in my truck to go make delivery of check and pick up agreed on vehicle I received a text that they had sold said vehicle and would no longer honor my deal. Furthermore, instead of upholding same deal or similar deal on another comparable vehicle I was put on a rag of a truck, and told that they would have to keep my truck for an extended amount of time to have it inspected by a "dealer" mechanic. So not only did they not uphold their end of our first agreed upon deal, they refused to treat me like other customers that come in by not doing an on site trade assessment and making a deal. This showed distrust in me as man and also costed me my credit score dropping. Absolutely disrespected, and would not recommend anyone risking wasting their time or risking the damage to your credit by going here. A hand shake or gentlman's word mean nothing to these guys.
