Chase is an expert salesman, but in a good way. He never once tried to sell me anything other than exactly what I wanted, and he even made moves to get me a deal my bank would approve. Not only all of that, but he made himself available to me any time, day or night. Even though he may not reply immediately, he had no issues with me texting him any hour of the day or night, whenever a question or concern came to mind. He made it very easy to feel comfortable with buying a car online. Even reworked my initial deal to help me afford a 36k mile/ 3 year warranty for peace of mind. When my car arrived, I was beyond happy with the condition of the vehicle, with the exception of 1 thing. The windshield seal was deteriorating. There were never any leaks, but it was not in great shape for the long term of the windshield. When I brought the issue up with Chase, he partnered with the sales manager Kody, and the Dealership GM and was able to cut me a check for the price of replacing the entire windshield. BEYOND satisfied with my purchase experience. Kody even made sure to include a free oil/fluid service from my own local Dodge dealership. 10/10 recommend!

Bought my wife's mini van here in 2017 and bought my new Ram 1500 here in 2023 and will continue to shop here. Great customer service from Sammy Trujillo in sales and Mike Mcgirt in finance. They always go above and beyond to make any situation right. They even assisted in getting the refund on my GAP coverage when I refinanced last month and issued me a check directly. They also gave me more on my trade than Mike Johnson offered. Just buy here.

I buy WAY too many Dodges... In the last 12 months I bought 3, all from Steve White Motors: 2023 Dodge Demon 170, 2023 Dodge Challenger WB Redeye, and 2023 Dodge Durango Hellcat. While I am sad Dodge is ending the V8 Hellcat Motor Lineups, I am EXTREMELY grateful for the incredible opportunity and experience I have had buying and maintaining them with SWM! From Bruce Lee, to Trey White, to Luke Vigneault, to Dylan Beiland, I cant think of a better Team of people working together to achieve one goal: HAPPY CUSTOMERS! Thanks for all you do, it makes it SO easy to buy and maintain my cars with you!

My Durangos liftgate stopped working. So we took it apart and tested the motor and latch independently they both worked. We put the motor back in and I took it to a shop. After they looked through it, which took them maybe 45 minutes they told us as follows. The liftgate motor was working and getting power to it. The latch itself was fine and worked independently. They suggested we take it to a dodge dealer to have it flashed or reprogramed. We left the access to the liftgate motor open. It's a simple 3 screws to take it out and have access to the latch itself. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 Monday morning. Come noon I still had not heard anything. So I called to check the progress. I talked to Wayne who said the mechanic was still working on it. That he had a hard time getting into it (lie #1). He said he would go speak to the mechanic and call me right back (lie #2). 2.5 hours go by and I called him back. He said the mechanic was still working on he finally got it apart after over 45 minutes (lie #3) to which I asked him how it took the mechanic 45 minutes to get to the motor when the motor was exposed. He quickly changed the topic and told me the mechanic was still working on it and he would call me right back to let me know when he was done. I told him okay, that we really needed it as we have 3 kids, and are down to 1 vehicle. I work at 3am and my husband does all the school shuffling for the kids in the morning and then comes into work when I'm leaving. He told me he was sorry and that they don't have any loaners, which is insane! I've never heard of a dealership that didn't provide loaners to paying customers. 4:50 rolls around and I am heading into town to go pick my husband up from work. Luckily Wayne called me back, but said that unfortunately our vehicle wouldn't be ready until tomorrow because the mechanic was having a hard time with it. I asked if he was able to flash the motor and attempt to reprogram it, he said he wasn't sure he would let me know tomorrow.Tuesday comes and i got off work around 10am. I called the dealership, no answer. I called back around noon spoke to Wayne again, who said he would go talk to the mechanic and call me right back, another lie. At this point I called my husband because it sure seems like Wayne doesn't want to talk to or deal with women. He spoke to my husband and talked to the mechanic and told my husband the mechanic was running all of the tests. Verified that the motor had power, there was a ground, and the latch still worked by itself. Which we already knew. He then said he'd call him back when it was done. Well 6pm rolled around and I finally called. Wayne then told me in an irritated voice he already spoke to my husband earlier and told him he'd call him back when they were done. Well the Durango was done he said, but I was told there was severe corrosion inside the connectors, and tons of rust on motor, they thought water had gotten in there. That they needed to replace the motor module and latch assembly. Which was odd seeing how they told us both were working fine. I interrupted to ask if they even bothered to flash the motor. To which Wayne just continued on like I didn't ask anything. He told me it would be $1801.69 to replace the motor module and liftgate latch. Mind you the motor itself is a $300 part from the factory. I know they mark stuff up usually 40% fine, that's what suggested $512 retail? How the hell do they get $1300 labor out of a 45 minute job? I told him there is no way we were going to pay that when it's simple to do ourselves. I asked again if they had flashed anything, he skipped over it again. We paid yhe diagnostic, bought a new motor ourselves, replaced it and to Noones surprise it still doesn't work. They never flashed the module, instead they tried to take advantage of me because they thought I was just a clueless woman. Horrible service, horrible management, and incredibly misogynistic of him to try to lie and take advantage of my situation.Attached are photos of the "corroded and rusted out" connectors and motor.

I highly recommend Steve White Motors, my wife and I came all the way up from SC to purchase a 23 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. They had everything ready for us when we got there. All we had to do was sign. Quickest, Smoothest car purchase we have ever had and we buy a lot! David L Jones was fantastic to work with very responsive and also showed us all of the features this car has to offer which is a ton! Mike in finance was fabulous and knowledgeable! Would definitely purchase from here again.

My husband and I were recently faced with being forced into purchase a new car after my husband s car was totaled in an accident. The car buying process can be extremely frustrating; however, the team members at Steve White Motors made the experience, seamless, efficient, and most importantly, extremely friendly!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend this team to my family and my friends. Dylan Beiland and Sammy Trujillo were an absolute pleasure to work with! We are customers for life now! We cannot thank this team enough for helping us get a new family vehicle that we love and is safe to tote our 8-month-old baby around in!

After being continuously frustrated by the car buying experience, I encountered Dylan Beiland and had my mind changed about what the car buying process can look like. He was attentive to our family's needs and made the process seamless. We also met with a gentleman named, Sammy, who was just fantastic as we closed out our buying experience. Thanks team!

Will never shop anywhere else other than Steve White motors. Rick was a fabulous salesman. Nothing high pressure about our experience. Friendly atmosphere and we felt like family. Very knowledgeable about our Jeep and answered all our questions. We will be recommending all our friends and family to shop Steve White Motors. It definitely worth the drive from Fort Mill, SC. Thank you Rick and team. We love our Jeep Gladiator!!

5 years later,Wanted to update this review and reflect on my recent experience doing business with Steve White Motors. I just purchased a 2023 Dodge Charger Widebody, a vehicle difficult to find in the desired color in the north east coast, and those available are going for well above MSRP, clearly price gouging in this day and age is a thing. I called SWM which I should have done in the first place! and quickly put an order for the vehicle with the desired specs without asking me for an outrageous deposit. By the way, they offered a great deal on my trade (2018 Charger Daytona), noted on my first review below. To summarize my experience, I am a very satisfied customer once again knowing I got a great deal on a car that is highly sought after without any additional fees or markups. The transaction was smooth with white glove delivery service. I expected nothing less as this was my third deal with them. It is clear now more than ever that SWM is head a shoulders above everyone else, with business practices that are second-to-none! Doing business with Jeff and Bush has been a pleasure and would like to thank them for the great deal and outstanding and honest business practices. Thank you!!2018I had been looking for a Dodge Charger Daytona 392 in Plum Crazy Pearl color for over 3 months in NJ. I did not have any luck locating this vehicle and when I did, one of the dealers was not willing to negotiate the price. Luckily, I found Steve White Motors who not only gave me a great deal on the car, but also delivered to my house free as promised. At first, I was skeptical about the whole process (leasing/buying a car online) without actually going to the dealer. Not only was the process very smooth, but Jeff Dellinger was always available to answer all my questions and he was very transparent, something that most dealers often lack. I will definitely comeback to Steve White Motors in the future, if I decide to change my Charger, thanks!

I have been saving and working towards a Dodge challenger since they came out in 2008. Finally nearly 15 years later I was ready to buy. The post covid car market has had things hectic and so many dealerships have been taking advantage of the market and even worse their customers. After having multiple deals fall through due to unscrupulous dealerships I was scrolling through a auto trader website and saw a listing for a 2022 Challenger Scatpack widebody. It was brand new and listed for a price that rivaled similar cars that were 2 or 3 years old.I went to their website and the car was not listed. I figured it was a listing that had sold and forgot to be removed. Later I was scrolling of Facebook marketplace and saw the car again listed by a sales manager. I reached out and confirmed the car was still available. After a brief phone call and confirmation the price I saw listed was legitimate I began the purchase process again fully prepared for some hidden fee, markup, or deceptive endeavors to come along to raise the car back up in price to be at or above MSRP.However the finalized deal sheet was emailed to me and there was nothing.... No fees, no updates, no gimmicks. Just the msrp, minus the advertised discount and added government taxes. I then expected a hang up that it would only be honored if I did in house financing.Nope, they said it didn't matter how I paid that the price would ve honored. I secured financing with a local credit union since I lived 4 hours away in TN and had a hold placed on the car till Saturday when I could make sure it was everything I wanted. They took it off the lot and secured it from anyone else to be able to access even for test drives. I drove over Saturday and was met by Eric. The whole sales area is in a temporary construction trailer while they are renovating the dealership. We were promptly welcomed and all my kids were made welcome.Eric had the car brought over from the holding lot and was very kind and courteous. They gave me time to check the vehicle over, take it for a quick trip, and had all the paperwork ready to go. At this point I was still expecting an upsell attempt of warranties, maintenance plans, or a suprise fee.Once again. Nothing. It was sign the standard documents, and I was handed the keys. The whole process was at most 15 mins. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was apprehensive about driving 4 hours, but I would gladly do it again. This is the needle in haystack dealership we all look for. One that still gives great HONEST service.I will definitely buy my next mopar from them and recommend them to everyone I can.

Was put in touch with Bruce Lee by a mutual contact when I decided I wanted to purchase a 2023 Challenger. He had the one I wanted to look at ready when I arrived. Test drive, paperwork, purchase and a full gas tank all completed seamlessly in about 2 hours. This was my 2nd purchase from Steve White Motors and I will be back when it's time to purchase again. If Bruce is still there whenever that time comes, he'll be my go to for sure! Kuddos to everyone in the process from start to finish!

We just bought our second car from Steve White Motors in Newton. We had a very good experience working with Bruce Lee & Kodie Surratt. Bruce was patient with us while we changed our mind a couple times on what we would be buying. He was very professional, courteous and prompt. We had the same experience while doing our paperwork with Kodie. I have a feeling this will not be the last car we buy from this dealership. Would recommend them to anyone.Brad Whitley

Long post warning I just recently received my Ram 1500 back from them. Unfortunately, I had to replace the transmission in it. I had heard some great things about the service department before I took my vehicle to them and they did not disappoint. The technician that was in charge of diagnosing the problem was spot on. After test driving the truck and not finding any issues. The technician called back into the dealership to find out exactly what I had described and then continued to drive the truck for an extended period of time until the transmission finally started to act up. If not for his continued insistence it might never have been caught. We ve all been in those situations where we take our vehicle to the dealership only for them to say I m sorry, we can t replicate the issue. There s nothing we can do. Not here, they were relentless until they discovered the issue.Once the problem was discovered I was placed in contact with Brooks (one of the service reps). For the past two months she has gone to bat for me at an almost daily pace. It s been a huge uphill battle with my extended warranty company. She made countless phone calls fighting for the warranty company to uphold their end of the agreement. She never let them off the hook until they finally agreed to fix the truck. During the entire process she was extremely transparent and communicated often. I can only imagine how painful this process would ve been had I not had such a steadfast person in my corner. If you ever need any major work done on your vehicle; you truly cannot go wrong with Steve White Motors.

I have an old Intrepid that's hard to find parts for and I was referred here by a dealer closer to where I live in VA because they were the only one that had the backordered part I was looking for in stock. I spoke with Allen and he was extremely helpful but unfortunately someone had mistyped when doing inventory and they didn't actually have the part when he checked. He apologized about the confusion and explained the situation and said he'd continue looking and give me an update by the end of the day - he definitely went well above and beyond trying to help someone from out of state and saved me from driving down there to find out they didn't actually have it.

We had a great experience with Steve White Motors when my son bought his first new car. I did all of the initial contacts and worked with Eric Corpening. Eric was informative, patient, and responsive. When my son traveled to see the car on saturday, Eric had everything ready for him as his schedule was busy that day. When we came to pick up the car the following Monday, Eric helped get everything together, had the car clean, and helped us get going for our 270-mile return trip home. One of the most refreshing dealer experiences, as there was no pressure, no hard sell the advertised price on the website everyone qualified for, and they DID NOT charge any dealer processing charges like most dealers. We had been looking a lot closer to home (Ourisman Dodge of Woodbridge), but the deal at Steve White put my son in a 22 Charger GT with Plus package for the same money as the local dealer was charging for a 22 Charger GT with a lot less equipment. We were (and still are) very happy with Eric and the folks at Steve White motors. The sales experience is something other dealers could learn from.

It was Wonderful!!I called to see if they had any key fobs for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Allen was so very helpful. Back in 2020, my key fob would no longer open my doors. They tried to fix it. It was not a battery issue, and it could not be fixed. At that time, Steve White did not have any stock and had no idea when they would be receiving any more. (supply chain issue) They located one at another dealer. However, it would be an add'l $42 to get it mailed to them. With the price of $300+ for a new key fob, I did not want to add any more money. The key fob cranked my car just fine, and it would still lock the doors. Later on, however, it would no longer lock the doors either. For the past 2 1/2 years, I have had to use the emergency metal key to open my doors.I said all this so you would understand why it was a great need for me to be able to get a new key fob. When I purchased the car new from Steve White, I was only given 1 key fob.Allen not only found one for my car, but he wanted to look at the old one. He was able to find one of the 2 sensors for the buttons. It had come loose and had slid up to the top. He made it so it could at least unlock the doors. His kindness and willingness to help me out is something you just do not see every day. Allen was just who I needed.Allen excorted me over to Earl's station, and he took it from there. Earl was also very kind and took care of getting the new key fob and my car over to the service area so it could be programmed. It was a great experience and over-the-top Custmer Service! If available, I would rate this experience over 5 stars. Thanks so much!!

Ask for Sammy, he is honest and a hard worker. We got a great deal and the price on the internet was just like they promised, no added fees like other dealerships. Sammy was straight forward over the phone and gave me a solid price that was exactly what he said when we arrived. We drove almost 2 hours to purchase from Steve White Motors because of their upfront honesty.

I bought a Scatpack PCM from Steve White 8 years ago. My car is in a local dealer (San Diego) giving me the runaround about it being aftermarket and voiding my warranty. The part has been discontinued. I called Mopar which was even less help and made things worse. Luke at Steve White gave me more information and was 100 times more helpful than even the manufacturer. Remember this purchase was 8 years ago! Anyone in the Newton area, I am jealous that you have such a great dealer because mine are all horrible!

In April 2022, I started looking for a new Fiat 500X. I called all over the US as inventory was slim and I really wanted to order one from factory to get what I wanted. As a last ditch effort I filled out the Steve White Motors online inquiry form and within minutes, Sammy called me. He wasn t your typically pushy, slimy car salesman. I told him what I wanted and he didn t hesitate. No haggling or up-charges or bs fees which every other dealer tried to pull on me. They put in my factory order and kept in touch all summer while we waited for the car to be built and shipped from Italy. It arrived in NC in late September and Sammy worked with my credit union and set up the notary to come to me for the paperwork. I live in Georgia so the car was transported the next day. Everything went perfectly. Sammy and the other Steve White folks are best in class. I d absolutely buy from them again.

Luke and mechanics at Steve White Motors are amazing. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. I have a 2019 challenger RT and was treated with respect and concern. I recently had my challenger supercharged and had a limited slip differential and , a oil catch can installed. They did a clean and neat job. I would recommend anyone who is in the market to mod their car seriously go here for professional work.

I can't testify as to sales; however, parts/service seem more into profits than assistance. I have a Fiat 500 for which I needed a new spare key and so I visited the parts department at Steve White in Hickory as this is the only Fiat dealer in my vicinity. I was informed there that a new key was only available from the factory and had to be programmed through a Fiat dealer. To order the key - get this - it was $198.00; with tax $211.86. In addition, I was told that, when the key came in, the dealership would have to program it for about another $100, so that the total for the key would be around $300.00 "and some change". I needed the key, so I was pretty well stuck. I reluctantly ordered the key and payed the purchase price of $211.86. Several days later the parts department called and said the key was in. I, then, had to make an appointment with the service department, about a week away, to drive down and have the key programmed to my car. When I arrived on the appointed day, I sat in the waiting area while the work was to be done. From where I was sitting, I could look out the window and see my car in the parking lot. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was aware when they took the car back into service about 11:00. At 11:14, the service rep came in and told me that my car/key were ready. He escorted me to the pay window where I was presented with a charge of $230.96. So, the "and some change" part turned out to be over $100.00. In all, I was charged $442.82 FOR A SPARE KEY.I asked the service rep what their hourly rate was as they couldn't have worked on programming the key for more than 12 minutes, and was told "That's just what we charge to program keys".To add insult to injury, when I arrived home and had a chance to examine the programming invoice further, I realized that I had been charged a "shop supply fee/hazmat disposal fee" of $15.99. Really? To program a key? After giving myself several days to settle down, I wrote a calm but detailed letter to management (Mr. Trey White) explaining what my experience had been and stating that I felt that I had been overcharged. The response that I got back? Nothing; absolutely nothing. Maybe one needs to purchase a vehicle from this dealership in order to receive "customer service". Unfortunately, I feel that this is one of those situations where they do what they do - just because they can.* * * * * * *OK, an update. To be fair, almost immediately after posting the above review, I was contacted by Mr. Trey White at the dealership. He apologized for the lack of response as he said that my letter had been misfiled, and he offered to refund a portion of my charges to comply with what I was originally quoted for the programming. I appreciate the outreach and the good-faith offer. I understand that they have to obtain and maintain the ability to program the keys (be it hardware or software), but, even so, $300 seems a lot for a key. This is largely an issue with Chrysler/Fiat rather than with Steve White. Accordingly, I have upgraded my rating.

Their service is "just that good"!Without an appointment, I pulled in first thing in the morning looking for a hard to find, OEM Trailer Brake Controller for my new Ram Bighorn. Dawson in the parts department did an awesome job taking care of me and offered to check with the service dept. to see if I could get it installed that morning. Considering that I didn't have an appointment, Clay was able to get me in and out of service pretty dang fast. Again, I showed up unannounced and left there all fixed up and still had plenty of time to go get breakfast. On the way out, I told the folks in service that "I don't know if I got lucky, or if you are just that good". The follow up from Michelle in Customer Service confirmed for me that they are "just that good"! Thanks and I look forward to my next opportunity to visit from Steve White Motors for my service and parts needs!

Wonderful experience. Trey White & Mike Taylor were a JOY to work with. I traded my 2017 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon for a 2019 Jeep Unlimited MOAB. When everything was said and done..... They did what they promised and I appreciate that VERY MUCH!. This is the 2nd time I have brought from Steve White Motors and I know I will purchase from them again!
