Devan and Sam made getting our new van an ideal experience. We went down, took it for a ride, got the financing handled, and drove away from Mon-Friday and doing a lot of that from Boone. Devan could have had us out of there Tuesday but with weather and figuring the best configuration for our loan it took a few days. He helped with each step.Devan was wonderful to work with, disclosed the ins and outs of all options, and communicated with us and the bank often. Sam was so kind and welcoming to our 3 little ones that were with us while we ironed out the details. As soon as we need another car I ll call Devan to ask what he has in. This was truly the best case situation on all fronts car shopping with kids and they made it so painless and straightforward. 10/10 recommend.

Great used vehicle buying experience! Devan was very honest and up front, the quality of the vehicle was as important to him as the seller asit was to me as the buyer. The price was reasonable and he even took a lot of time and spoke with me in great detail bout the history of the vehicle (as he knew it). Would highly recommend Carolina Auto Brokers to anyone looking for high quality vehicles!

Carolina Auto Brokers of Hickory is independently owned and run by people who care and tend to the needs of our community. I am so Pleased with my recent purchase, a 2013 X5...One of the first things i noticed is how the cars are kept clean and go under inspections, before they are even put on the lot. I went to so many places and noticed that the cars were just not taken care of. I was also offered a GAP coverage and A full warranty! I purchased out of pocket, however most home dealers don't offer these, it is AS is where is, if you lose it, it is what it is....thank you for your kindness and hard work.

Incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. Had absolutely amazing deals on vehicles. I will be recommending them to any friends or family who are looking for a car. Had the most easiest experience . Got our new family car just in time for the holidays. Mr.Scovern really listens to what you re looking for and doesn t pressure you to buy into a vehicle you re not comfortable with which was a big thing for me. I m really glad I came here ! You can definitely trust this business!

Sold me a car with a bad transmission. When confronted pretended to fix it by putting a junkyard transmission in (implying that it was new) and when that failed he washed his hands of the whole thing. I ended up putting another $5000 into the car.The whole story is on his Facebook page review
