Everyone here was amazing! They have the best prices for sure! We needed to pick our bike up after hours and the guys there gave us their number and had us call them when we were at the shop and they left home just to come let us pick up our bike at a time it was convenient for us! Couldn t ask for a better group of people! Will def be using this shop again!

Adjusted my clutch, and there was no charge. I gave him a 20 and said thanks. I would recommend Busted Knuckle for Harley Davidson repairs.

I went by to kind of get a feel for the place and to see if they could get me a few hard to find parts. They treated me like family that I hadn't seen in years. While I was there I was introduced to their parts tech/secretary, mechanics, painter, and the Owner Operator. All were super nice folks and they all were very informative and made me feel like I was the most important person there.I look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

The guys at Busted Knuckle fixed my electrical gremlins on my old iron head. Price was fair and the service was over the top. They love the bikes and seeing them back on the road. Highly recommend.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Outstanding service and reasonable rates. After having my bike in storage for 2.5 years I needed a 10k service. His rates were half of what Harley wanted. They offer a complete detail service as well and she was overdue and figures I was saving enough money with the service I d have them detail her too. When I arrived the next day and first laid eyes on her it was like the day I brought her home! Friendly mechanics, friendly family owned business. They even gave me a ride home (in Hickory) and picked me up the next day when it was done. Not the easiest place to get a hold of on the phone but I ll be a customer for life. No one else will ever touch my bike. Thank you

The owner is a stand up guy. Had an issue after bringing it there, simple but expensive fix. Devastated. He will fix it, no worries. Stand up guy, and you have to appreciate a mom and pop motorcycle shop of this caliber, yet reasonably priced. Thank you! Talk soon.

I purchased a front tire here recently. I called them in the morning and they told me to come by that afternoon. I got there by 6:00 and they had me out in 30 minutes, mounted and ready to go. Very reasonable price. I have 2 Harleys and will be trying them out for that as well.Service: TiresService: Tires

Arrived without an appointment on a Saturday morning with 2 tires to be mounted on rims. Did not expect nor did I ask for instant service. They got me in and out within 45 minutes! WOW!!! Great service.While I was there I browsed in their retail section. Nice selection of normal service parts, brake pads, oils, helmets, etc. Will be using Busted Knuckle in Newton, NC for future services. 100 times better customer service than Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson in Hickory, NC.Service: Tires

We have had nothing but amazing outcome .they are the most respectful people they listen to what you want and are very prompt with there service. We took two bikes in at one time. They knew exactly what was wrong when we told them the problem and they have the best prices around...I have told all our friends about them and hopefully they will be around for along time..

Do not use this shop! Had yo leave my bike for a week after being told to bring it in to change the tire. I asked for some kind of a discount, which I was told "NO"! Not even $10!Service: TiresService: Tires
