I have frequented this store for many many years, even dating back to their old location across the street. The staff is always friendly and greet you with a smile every time you walk in the door. The store is ALWAYS in top top, neat and tidy shape and the restrooms are the cleanest on I-40! A pleasant visit each and every time!

I'm only able to go in during the late night shift but the ladies who work it are absolutely awesome. They are always friendly, make you feel like they've known you forever and the coffee is always fresh and hot. The store is well stocked and tidy and the bathrooms are very clean as well.

Great station but if you use the Get Upside App to save on gas beware of the actual offer. On the app it indicated .14 off, however I only received .01 back per gallon and I purchased approximately 14 gallons. I reached out to Get Upside and they said in order to correct it I would have to of taken a screen shot of the offer. If using this app don t choose this station.

Certain cashiers allowed customers to get there only scratch tickets.this place has gone down hill.some don't wear gloves when making food.the manger has her pets you can tell.some of the employees leave with Colors full of store property. I'm be calling corporate tomorrow. Half the employees look like doop heads. I wouldn't get food from there might catch the rona .ill drive to another store before i shop here again.Mysister who suffers from chemo brain as well as forgetfulness due to some medications was accused of stealing all because she forgot to log some items or actually thought she already wrote them down. And when she told them all they had to do was let her know she would've corrected it the manger told her they didn't believe her And was forced to quit because was no longer comfortable working for someone who actually thought that of them.

Love the service I receive at this BP. Mrs. Kathy and Mrs. Pam are always friendly and have my order ready most of the time I come in. These women are wonderful to see with their smiling faces when your headed for work. Wouldn't go any where else or put a different gas in my truck.

Love these ladies here. Always professional. And when I needed gas so bad to get my dying dog to hickory, you were open. Not quality mart off exit 105. They just can't measure up. I was only going to go there because I didn't think the person coming to get me and my dog would make it to my house off James town rd. So when I was in extreme need they were there.Ty

The worst gas station customer service I've ever seen, clerk was yaking with other clerk eating some food (which would not bother me as much if I wasn't in a hurry) so she takes her sweet time now just listening to the other clerk give directions to someone, Which is not a spectator sport, doesn't need a second set of eyes. So I'm just sitting there, saying hello? Mam?*very politely and respectfully*Nothing.She did not say a word to me the entire time, when it was time to swipe my card she just gave me this look with disdain and a hand gesture that I'm assuming meant swipe. very in professional and childish almost.Will not be coming back and will warn people to keep away from the Jamestown BP....

Easy access to/from I-40, clean restrooms, and a good place for snacks/beverages. Gas can be a little pricey but that is because of the location. As you get closer to the mountains and Asheville gas prices will climb.I'm annoyed they call this "Colonel's Pantry." My little Colonel doesn't like impersonators. I'm leaving a picture of the real Colonel...lol

I go down to this location everyday I fill up my cars here weekly and I have about 4 cars I drive regularly and usually spend over 200 between my gas and cigarettes, today some woman was working and she she opened a register to assist customers and ended up taking a white lady before me when I was the first one to the register I dont know if it was because I was black or what but any other time they open up a register it's always first come first served, I enjoy SHELL'S nitro premium gasoline but because BP is closer to my home I usually do business with them but after today's horrible customer service I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to Shell I wouldn't recommend anyone going here unless they want to be treated crudely

Very rude to customers. My father went in to buy tobacco he had his id but they refused to let him buy it. We have been coming to this store for years but after the disrespectful behavior that is now going on. We will never go back.

I deal with them everyday and they are great people and when situations arise I ve witnessed many times they deal with it in a professional manner. Hands down five stars
