Jeremy Brooks and the team at Brooks Sales exceeded expectations when I upgraded to a larger Kubota tractor. Jeremy made time after normal hours to come look at my trade in and offered a fair trade value. I couldn't be happier with my new tractor and the experience I had with this Kubota dealer. I'll definitely be back in the future!

I recently purchased a tractor for Brooks,had a very good experience from start to finish, very fair price and very good customer service, Jeremy was on point, didn't try to upsale me ,no pressure, and very professional, will definitely going back for the implements I will need in the future.

Many years ago we bought a tractor and it s still running great. Now I was in desperate need of a UTV and they found me the one I wanted and delivered it in 2 days! They are very fast answering, super friendly and knowledgeable and had the best price! It was the easiest, fastest and most pleasant experience! I love my new UTV, it s exactly what I needed.

What an easy buying experience! Bought a L2501 tractor with a front end loader. Jeremy Brooks made the process quick, efficient and answered all my questions. Even made himself available after hours which helped with my schedule and unheard of these days. Pickup went smoothly and the team helped explain the new machine. So happy and excited about this purchase. Looked at John Deere but went with the bundle package offered by Kubota! I made the right decision.

Bought a used piece of equipment from Jeremy and he was a pleasure to deal with. He met my needs with quick response to questions that I had. He actually met me on Saturday on his day off to help me get loaded up because it was the only day I could pickup equipment.Thanks again Jeremy, cant wait to use the planter.Kevin

Jeremy and the rest of the staff were very helpful and pretty much new what I was looking for when I explained what I needed. Love my new Kubota M7060 tractor. Going through the buying process was quick and painless done in just about 30 minutes . Just a pleasant deal all together..

The staff at Brooks Sales are super easy to work with and are very supportive of their local schools and community. They have been the main sponsor for our Federation FFA Tractor Driving Competition for several years now and have always gone above and beyond to help out anyway that they could. We also purchased our school tractor from them and have been very happy with the performance and service that we have gotten. I am very happy to be partnered with Brooks Sales and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

I was looking to purchase a tractor a year ago and reached out to Brooks sales Inc. As anyone trying to find the best deal possible I got this response back from the dealership"I appreciate your interest but you are a long way from you and I pride myself on being the best place to spend your money because we have yhe parts and service to support you but we will not be the cheapest. I would recommend finding a dealership cliser to you. Thanks" so I purchased in Newton that is further away than brooks is. However I have ordered parts from brooks the guy I talked to was very knowledgeable and helped me with a part they didn't have by doing the research and using a different brand for a power rake. Fast shipping. He was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend giving them a shot if you are not to far away for them

I dealt with Derek and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me achieve amazing financing and a good deal. I called him yesterday, he knew how excited I was and he actually came to my work to sign the papers. The front end loader was installed this morning and the tractor was delivered to my house this afternoon. Thank you very much Derek, I'll send as many people your way as I can!

Dealt with mark ordered 400.00 starter arrives early drive 45 miles to pick it up and SURPRISE wrong starter ordered. Apparently it is to much to ask that they double check all aspects of an order, they can order me 1 but of course it will take a few days and I would need to drive another 90 miles round trip and waste another 3 hours of my time. Do the offer to compensate for there error ? NO of course not after all its only the customer that keeps them in business. They apparently have more business than they need. So Sorry.................I will never deal with them again and I will certainly never recommend them. I will also do all I can to keep anyone from using them.

Every member of their team, from sales, to parts, to the receptionist, and even the owner himself, displays a genuine concern for our satisfaction. Thanks Jemery Brooks with the purchase of the BH70 backhoe for my B2601 still would of liked the LX3310 with the factory cab but by the I traded my tractor in and paid the difference to get the new one the backhoe for mine was the better choice thanks for all your help

I have purchased well over 30 pieces of equipment from Brooks Sales since starting my Landscape Business in 1997 from Case IH to New Holland and now currently own almost every size equipment Kubota has to offer. I have had dealings with Hilton, Phillip, David, Jeremy, and Derek Brooks and all have been handled quickly and professional. I have recommended them to several people who also feel the same. This is a great family owned business offering great prices on awesome equipment. Kubota Strong!

My husband bought a mower from Brooks April 15th. When he went to use it it ran for a while and quit. This was a used mower that Brooks indicated had just been serviced and it was ready to go. Well turned out there was no oil in it. So they picked up the mower they apologized said they would check it out and call us. A week goes by no call. My husband calls to find out the engine needs to be replaced. They offered to give us our money back (5800) or replace the engine and they would absorb most of the cost but we would have to pay an additional $1000. In my opinion they should of absorbed it all anyway we agreed and here it is April 29th no call from Brooks on an up date. Everytime we have been the one to call. That is very poor customer service.

If you want someone who 'needs your business' or will stand behind the product they sell you avoid David Brooks and Brooks Sales. This place makes used car dealerships look upstanding.

My employer dropped off his tractor to get fixed. Instead of fixing the problem they found somethimg else wrong and proceeded to fix it without contacting him. Ended up costing him 1,500 more for fixing something that did not need to be fixed

Came up there with 5k because Google said they were open till noon. 11:00 They are close and were told to leave very rude people. Will take my business somewhere else
