I'd say 5 star, but I had to sleep in the shop. Now that isn't their fault persay since the problems with my company equipment did that. My issue is they could have told me more. I was sitting in the truck half the time talking to the techs so someone could have told me something. I was hoping to be out in my paid for spot, which I'm probably losing the money, but say la vie. Anyway, the shop seems to be 24 hr and so far as I know did a great job so the 5 is there just a bit more communication was needed. If I come back with a truck and trailer in better shape then maybe I can revisit this.

Excellent care and service. Got in and out within an hour. If backed up, they will get to you. Be patient. Very professional shop!

Was unfortunate to pick up a screw in my tire called the TA to make sure they had the tire in stock the gentleman on the phone was very friendly. I arrived 10 minutes later they took me right in the lady who changed 2 of my tires was quick and knowledgeable and even rotated my tires The entire second shift office staff was friendly and kind the store was clean and well stocked and the clerks at the popeye's and the convenience store were very friendly.

They didn't know how to pay with an efs check over the phone. So I had to leave and find a different place on a bad tire.

I had a bunch of issues. I called ahead to see what they could or couldn t fix. I needed a service a/c work alignment An 3 tires An then 2 coolent lines were messed up. They did what could be done saturday night more on Sunday An when parts came in on Monday they finished it up. All of them in the service dept were nice An very helpful. So thank you to everyone. An my pup Mack Truck loves that the a/c is cold again

This place is a joke. I came in for an alternator belt. 5 hours later I have a broken belt tensioner and they ve sent someone for parts 3 times.

I had a really good experience at this location I went in during night shift very professional and productive the black guy that goes by the name FLOW was super cool and a very hard worker he got to work rite away and he was done in no time I hope he gets recognized for his hard work

14 hours later the trailer inspection and approved $2K work paid for. I would still be waiting if I didn't stand at the counter so they wouldn't forget about me. Go elsewhere if possible. This place Love's to take your money just like the other 2 national trinket shops that call themselves truck stops.

Went in for some snacks and they had some I had never heard of, Bon Appitite, I think was the name. Oh my! They were good and had a variety that we all got something different, we even stopped back by on our way home to get more!

Was told stage at door 1 at 621am got pulled in Bay at 940am oil change, was told at a1021am we don't have the filters, horrible

If you come here to get your truck fixed, come at night time and ask for him head mechanic name, Frank. This guy is awesome. He knows much more than anybody else in this whole place.

This is an awesome location. Staff is friendly, facilities clean and orderly. All your shopping needs in walking distance; Walmart does not allow trucks but they are close enough. The new free standing Dollar Tree is almost ready!

The 2nd shift crew this site are amazing, James the mechanic to work on my truck did everything in his power to get my truck out on schedule and the counter technician did everything in his power to keep it at the price that I was quoted. I wish all the TA has had employees like this it would make getting work done on the truck so much more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this site to anyone who needed work done on the truck I will be back thank you again you guys for everything you did for me.

Esther and the mechanics were awesome. Thank you for a quick and painless fix. Yes they are busy just like any other TA/Petro and Loves. Theres a Walmart and 2 restaurants close. Go for a walk and get some food.

Just stopped to get fuel. Pumps don't work. Told to try different pumps. Left after 2 hours with 2.5 gallons. Staff doesn't care. Went down the road to loves, spent over $500. Never stopping here again.

It took 4 1/2 hours to change a valve stem and they sold the 2 tires that I was going to buy before I got there. 25 years of horrible service from this place.Second shift crew was very nice.

First time I stopped here great local cause Walmart across the street. Go to get food at Popeyes and the restaurant close at 7:45pm fyi they have a sign that say we have cold sandwiches in the store.

Very Very slow was on a 34 and it took almost the entire time to do a PM didn't have all the filters on hand had to order and checked in at 1 in the afternoon was told they were busy come in at 7in the morning the person behind the counter didn't write up the work order so I had again 5 trucks in front of me at 7 will not go here for anything again talking to driver's from the area was told it is normal for this shop

PM service took 8 hrs from check in to complete. 5 of that was in a door. Oil on the floor, and grease in the seat of truck (great smell). And got a fuel leak at the davco filter. Never another TA. 620.00 out the door for this service for 10w30 delvac, all fuel filters, and the engine air filter. Now I got to get to another TA to fix the leak.

Excellent service was in and out and all was explained to me what was done. As a female driver we are looked at as not knowing what we are looking for in repairs and my mechanic never treated that way. I might not know as much as him, but I want to learn.

The mechanic Chris awesome customer service love the guy did also work on my trailer repair the tire for me something simple but it was just his attitude, kindness and he works hard he was fast I was in an out love this TA thank you Chris for your hard work Brother will come again ..

Clean, walking distance to Dollar Tree, and Walmart. Nice clean drivers lounge and church services on Sunday if you like.

Plenty of parking... Walmart and Chinese food in the back.. if you're not lazy and can walk... easy on easy off Highway...

Well before when it was Horn's Jones& son's... They could fix a hydraulic hoses.. Statesville Manheim AUTO AUCTION is near by... Greensboro Auto Auction is also near by also...car carrier's are up and down the road pass this location..along with dump trucks an dumpwagons .. I'm sure I'm leaving some others out that use hydraulics as well...my friend was just at a TA some where in NJ ...he said that they didn't have hydraulic oil...

Was here a month ago $240 for 2 oil filters and a gal of oil no oil change had a leak at the filter. Mid Carolina is .5 miles from there and way cheaper faster and more likable crew.

Very pleased with the service here. I've had different types of work performed and they always do a great job. Great team. Will come back.
