I was charged for 3.5 hours of labor, though they only worked on my vehicle for 1.5 hours.I would not have known if I didn't have to sit and wait.The hourly labor cost is already ninety dollars an hour. Is it really necessary to charge for more hours than you actually are providing the service.

Many friends and family have suggested this place for all their car care needs. I went today for an oil change and was amazed at the price and service. I was in and out in less than an hour and charged half the price I am used to paying. Will be using them for all my car care service's from here on out.

Fantastic and smooth process all the way around. I was quoted the price for two tires online, I asked them to order them a few days later and made an appointment for the following week. I dropped the car off at 1pm and it was ready to go at 5pm. Great prices, very friendly staff, and overall just a pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming here again for any tire or car needs.

I went to these guys to get my check engine light turned off so I could pass Iredell inspection which requires emission. They told me that I'd need to change spark plugs and wires (about $350) and did so, but light didn't go off. HOWEVER, I WAS REWARDED FOR MY EFFORT WITH A CRACKED WINDSHIELD WHICH I NOTICED AS SOON AS I STARTED TO TURN OUT OF THEIR DRIVE. I KNOW FOR SURE THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH IT THE NIGHT BEFORE BECAUSE I HAD CLEANED MY DASH AND WINDOWS INSIDE AND OUT. ONLY DROVE 7 MILES ON PAVED ROADS THE NEXT MORNING TO GET TO THEM. (I called them IMMEDIATELY, however, they claimed no liability, of course, but I only got that feedback over a month later when I called them...they never bothered to follow-up with me). THEN they said oil pressure light misfiring...$150 to replace that to get oil light off to pass inspection. So, I made an appointment. (I gave them the benefit of the doubt with windshield since nothing could be proven). When I showed up for appointment, the guy Wayne (?) told me that it wasn't necessary but there was another $320 repair that would do the job...the part is only $40, BUT THEY'D HAVE TO LIFT OUT THE GAS TANK?! When I showed up for that appointment, Wayne told me he wouldn't do the repair because I had offended him by even THINKING that his shop could have caused such expensive damage to my vehicle. GOOD ON ME because I saved myself an unnecessary $320 repair and within less than an hour, got my car inspected (passed) and tags renewed without them. AVOID THESE MORONS AT ALL COST!

I have been taking all my vehicles there for many years they have always done a great job, no matter what I came in for. I wouldn't take my vehicle any other place. If IcouldIwouldgive them 10 stars they.go above and beyond what most Auto places do

Wayne and his guys are absolutely amazing!! They do awesome work, and exactly what I come in for. They never try to charge me for something that doesn't need to be done. Wayne, Melissa, and the whole group treat you like family. Thorough check my car to make sure it's running the way it supposed to. This will always be my go to car shop.

My friend Michael Willard brought in our 2002 Chevy Malibu to have four brand new tires put on today and oh my gosh I could not be more satisfied!!! All I ever heard were good things about this shop and I just want to say thank yall for doing such an amazing job! I feel safe now while driving knowing Mocksville Tire & Auto Inc did an exceptional and professional job! Thank yall so much!!!

Best garage in town. Service is prompt, reliable and always so very helpful. Owners especially are really nice people, always willing to accommodate our needs. I have never felt price gouged or like we were getting hosed like at the dealer. Diagnostically their crew is top tier on most any situation. I always recommend people go to see Wayne and Melissa. Local folks with superior vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Let me just say right here and now that Wayne and this awesome staff literally saved my trip across the state recently. I had a tire that was wearing down a bit quicker than I had expected, and decided to take a pit-stop at Mocksville Tire to have it checked out before pressing on with my journey. With some secondary layers showing and even a bit of wire, we decided to go ahead and get it swapped out. Luckily for me, they had a used tire that was a perfect fit, and had me in and out of there in no time...especially as a walk-in at what seemed like a fairly busy place. For such quick and courteous service, an amazingly fair price, and the comfy waiting area, this gem deserves no less than five stars. They made me feel like family or "a regular" walking in there, and will always go back if I'm in the area. You should too!

Website hours states opens 7:30am, boyfriend was told to come at 8 for appointment to get allaignment on his vehicle. He waited 30 minutes and no one showed, doors were locked and lights off. Very unprofessional. I personally would have never chosen this location, you can tell a lot about a business by how they respond to bad reviews. See for yourself, very childlike. Thanks to Mocksville tire and auto for wasting the time of a Veteran.

This place is awesome. Had a low tire and needed my oil changed. They told me to bring my car right then. Offered me a ride to work and it was ready exactly when he said. Highly recommend

Bought tires here and received the wrong size. The tires I received were also used. When I went up to the store to ask the man behind the counter he became combative and threatened me. I do not recommend to ANYONE.

Awful place to go. Guy wouldn't pass inspection because the headlights were "too foggy". I passed inspection at the very next place i went with no problems at all..Would NOT RECOMMEND!!

No heat in the waiting room . Froze my butt off for more then 45 min and I m still waiting here now for an inspection . Only 2 other people in the waiting room so it s not busy endless they run on one employee in the back . People were nice but comfort is important

We were headed out of town at closing time and had a flat. We called and they said come on over. They fixed our flat and saved our trip. Great business!!

This is a garage that specializes in good tire prices. I was there to get tires that had been purchased rotated. Ultimately they were not able to help me; however they were polite.
