From the time my wife and i stepped foot on this dealership the salesman Adrian was there with us step by step and helped us significantly through the whole process and we knew we made the right decision by coming here. We couldnt have asked for a more down to earth well mannered gentleman than Adrian to have for our salesman!.. He found just what we were asking for and made sure we were happy and content before and after our purchase!.. Thanks Adrian! You are the best!..

I have heard so many good things about Peterson Toyota, but to have experienced the patience, clear communication and rapid service, that I received from Latrell was amazing. I live in Fayetteville and I was sure that Lumberton Toyota was the place that I wanted to buy my vehicle (2023 Nissan Rogue). Latrell's product knowledge and positive attitude was top tier, which made my experience much smoother. I am more than satisfied with my experience and MY NEW CAR!!!! Thank you, Latrell.

Service was excellent. Brian Sweat was an excellent sales person, he worked really hard to make sure I was able to get the car that I needed. Gene Tanner was very precise and made sure all my paperwork was correct and I got the best service there was to offer. I m happy with my service

Trashawn Elmore took care of me and he is the man !! He explain everything about the vehicle and epically the lifetime warranty on the powertrain which I loved ! My car took three week to come in but he stayed intouch with me to keep me updated ! I m so happy with my brand new 2024 Corolla XSE !! Thank you so much young man and your some amazing trashawn

My overall experience was good. Other than unexpected work needing to be done. I waited 6 hours for my car to be repaired, the lady did check on me to see if I needed to go anywhere since I had to wait with the vehicle. I was told at my last appointment that I had a oil change and rotation left on my car, when I went to pay my bill they had a oil change on my bill as well, when asked about it the check out lady went and asked, she was told that I only had rotations left. When I was told other wise So that was unexpected as well. My bill was over $1000.00 for all my repairs. Would have helped if I d had a small discount of any sorts. This is a great place for service. I drive 45min out the way to have my car serviced. People are nice as well.

Something good has happened since my last service. I was greeted upon arrival as usual they've always had friendly greeters what got me was how quick I was out of there with no appointment for oil change and tire rotate. Also have a recall on my drive shift which the gentleman made me aware of. Keep up the good work service dept.

My car overheated while traveling through and the customer service at Peterson was phenomenal. Curtis provided very consistent information regarding the services needed and status of my vehicle during repairs.George in the rental department was also very helpful and understanding of my situation and thankfully provided me with a rental so that I could make it to my destination in time.I am so grateful for their professionalism, communication, and due diligence ensuring that I made it to my destination and back home to Maryland safely.Their service was well beyond 5-Stars!

What can I say about the customer service from the employees of Peterson Toyota all the way to Jacob locklear and Matt Davis who went out of their way to care and spend time that I made the right choice and got into the right vehicle, they did not try to sale me, they cared about me, how I m doing and is this the right car for me and made the expierence easy and simple for me because it was my first time doing it on my own. Morris Whitted bent over backwards to accommodate us. We have purchased several new vehicles, but never have we completed the process in less than an hour! It did not take all day, we were not pressure to buy, nor were we chased around the lot. Great experience!

Peterson Toyota is always kind and polite. I enjoy sitting there listening to the Christian radio station that's always playing when I go there. Very nicely environment. They gets me and out in a timely manner. I always enjoy taking my vehicle's to get services. They are a great bunch of people.

Trashawn Elmore is an amazing salesman . He explain a lot about the Camry that I didn t know was part of the safety features. Lots of issues. To start, i called the office and was scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, nobody knew the person I was looking for. Apparently, I spoke with an internet sales person. Second, the vehicle we looked at via their website ended up being $2400 more because of a "Peterson advantage" plan. Last, the vehicle had minor damage to the rear end, based on carfax, yet that was not mentioned by anyone. It all seemed too deceptive.

They had positive feedback and they were willing to help me with the process of getting the car I wanted. This experience was my very first time and they made it a great one. So I wanted to purchase a car in full with cash, spoke to the front desk and they had me speak to a VIP manager. I asked the VIP manager over the phone would he be able to work with the price for me and he stated yes, we will talk when you get here. They set up an appointment at 6:15 and called me 2 times to ask if I was coming when I was already there, come to find out the VIP manager wasn t there. So why call me? I spoke to a regular sales person and they had a 2022 Nissan Sentra with 40k+ miles listed for 16k and some change. They stated since I was buying cash they charge 1k extra, with taxes and fees (which taxes and fees are understandable) and documentation fee (which is understandable) but the price went up an extra 5k (from 16k and some change to 21k and some change) and they couldn t work with me at all when I m paying cash, I asked if they can bring it down to 19k and was declined.. i understand those are financing prices, but for the car to go up 5k more and you couldn t work with me is insane ..same for the 2023 Hyundai Elantra with 30k miles listed for 18k..told the sales rep that they should ve told me they couldn t bring down the price and I would ve never came and he said they tell me whatever they can to bring me in, he also said they rather you finance because they get a cut from the bank..I walked out of there pissed!!..another guy called me and said how I m getting a good deal because it s a 2022 with 40k miles and I won t find that anywhere and how he will throw in a warranty..well I came here to say I found a 2022 Hyundai Elantra with 15k miles (wayyyyyy less than the other 2 cars at this dealership) that was listed for 17k and ended up paying $19k and some change out the door!! They were more professional and worked with the price they didn t sell it at the top end value that s listed at $21,424 and raised prices..they sold it at their finance price and with taxes and fees it still came to be the low end price of the car ..petersons lost out on 19k cash for a lousy 2K extra..blue book value of their 2022 Nissan Sentra with 43k miles is between $15,795-$17,554 and listed for $16,675 for financing they could ve easily kept the 16,675 price and let me walk out of there paying 19k in cash after taxes and dmv fee and documentation fee ..my whole family buys cars in full with cash and I will make sure they don t come here

Searching for a car I spent several weeks speaking with numerous salesmen at numerous dealerships.After speaking with Mike Pittman and Freddy Fox at Peterson Toyota I was not just pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and honesty, I was shocked at how genuine and amazing they were to my family and me! I will definitely purchase my cars from this dealership moving forward. Even if I have to have them search for the car I want if it is not on their lot. You WILL NOT find more honest and caring folks than these two. Words can not express the experience we had with Peterson Toyota. They don t offer this service at other dealerships. You will not feel like just a customer here. You will become part of a Family. Thank you Mike and Freddy!!!

I've known James W. Bryant the majority of my life. He is a good Christian man, and I knew I would be in good hands when I went to Peterson. He sat down with me and explained everything in detail, introduced me to all of the others there as I went through the process, and handed me my new keys at the end. He was and is a great salesman, and I recommend him highly to everyone I know.
