I went there because my vehicle's check engine light came on and I knew that they could put it on the machine to tell me what the codes were. The man there that helped me was extremely nice and professional and even looked up the codes and printed out the papers for me so I could take it to get it fixed. Great employee. I do not know his name.

Online system said the store had a quantity of "1" of the item I needed. When I got there, the set of brake shoes had 3 (of 4 needed) in the set; someone had stolen/returned one of the shoes from the only box of them they had. The parts had grease on them and had obviously been installed previously, and I guess the user decided to keep on of the brake shoes. Apparently an employee returned the item with part of it missing. I had to drive an additional 30 miles to the Laurinburg store (and then back home) to get the parts I needed to finish my job.

I only called this business, but the gentleman that answered the phone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going here when I'm ready to purchase my car battery, as they have a price match guarantee
