All I can say for TJ and the Nissan of Lumberton dealership is they know how to make a customer feel appreciated! I was met with a welcome reception upon arrival! I amSo grateful to TJ for his excellent knowledge of the vehicle and its features and for his attention to my questions and for providing me with a perfect car buying experience! In which I was able to drive off the lot with my very FIRST new SUV of CHOICE with ALL the bells and whistles plus more for a great price!!!! Went into Lumberton Nissan looking for a vehicle for my teen driver. I knew what I was looking for. James AKA "Fly" did a wonderful job showing me and my family exactly what we asked for and did not try to bribe or up sale us. The staff was friendly and courteous every step of the way. It was a great buying experience for my teen. James even rolled out the red carpet for new car photo ops and celebration! I would recommend Lumberton Nissan. When you go ask for James AKA "Fly".

I went in a few weeks back with my sister to purchase a car. When I tell you James and Gates went above and beyond our expectations I cannot thank them enough. Looking an located a used 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 that caught my eye from one of Lumberton Nissan sister stores. Made an inquiry and in about 30 seconds, received a call from Lumberton Nissan. That afternoon, stopped by the dealership and met sellsman Noah. After a short discussion, Dawn the finance Manger was involved and in no time at all, an agreement was made and a request for the truck to be shipped to Lumberton for a purchase. Just two days later I'm test driving, all expectations were met, papers signed and I'm driving away in my new used truck. KUDOS TO LUMBERTON NISSAN, NOAH AND DAWN for excellent teamwork, personal contact, and about the smoothest auto purchase I've made in my life! Mike and Patrick took excellent care of my leafs battery, which had numerous issues. They took the time needed to do the job right, and I appreciate the whole service department. They were very patient and understanding of my situation. The power train warranty saved the day!

Traveling south, our 2016 Nissan Frontier developed a problem. I called at 4 PM and they said to come in as a walk in early the next morning. They put it on the analyzer and found they needed to order a part. It was Friday, and they scheduled a tech to come in Saturday to install it.Because of software problems, the truck wouldn't recognize the part. They ordered another, which arrived Monday. Same thing. The technician worked with an engineer in Japan and at noon Wednesday we got the good news that our truck was ready.The technician was amazing, missing sleep to work toward the resolution. Such skill and dedication are rare nowadays.The service manager was also great, telling Nissan they really needed to resolve the problem and get us back on the road. He also got Nissan to cover most of the cost of the rental we needed while the truck was in the shop.The customer service advisor, who took our calls, greeted us, and checked us out, was also very helpful and professional. She had the most wonderful smile that immediately made me feel like everything was going to be OK.The whole team worked to make this experience so much better than it might have been. Thanks to all of you at Nissan of Lumberton!

The customer service of this place is awesome. Everyone was very polite from on the phone when I called with my issue and spoke to Vanna. She was very knowledgeable and polite. She listened to me and was understanding of my concern. She told me sure they can help and ask when I could bring in my car. She told me to ask for her when I got there. Upon arriving the next day, I guess I looked a little lost, which I was, and a gentleman came up to me and ask if I was lost. I told him who I was looking for and he took me straight to Vanna who worked in the Service Department. She remembered me from our phone conversation. She took my information down and told me what they would do, she then sent me to their very clean and comfortable waiting area. I was very satisfied with my visit to Nissan of Lumberton and would go back and also recommend them to others.

This service center is quick to respond and will get you taken care of. They are efficient, great communication and excellent pricing. They were able to complete the diagnostic and provide a quote all on the same day I called. All services were completed in less than a week. Bridget the Service Manager was amazing, she answered all my questions and kept me up to date. They do not try to sell you on anything extra and ensure you have your vehicle fixed for a very reasonable cost. Highly, highly recommend!

Nissan of lumberton always does a great job with my car. I took my car in for an emergency check due to smelling high exhaust, as well as oil change and tire rotation. My car runs well now and I know if something starts not feeling right again I can take it in immediately. They didn t have any appointments but took my car anyway and squeezed it when they could because I was smelling smoke. They had to keep it for two days but it was worth it. Thankfully I had a car I could use. The 4 stars was because I had to call for updates on what was going on with the car, I was never called. I wasn t even called when the car was done. Should have given 3 for that but they usually are better than that with communication.

Our experience with the whole staff was extremely positive and effective. Our transaction was fast and we got an awesome deal for our trade in. Our sales rep Rain was super friendly and professional, she is very knowledgeable and was very kind throughout the whole process. We recommend any one looking for a great car shopping experience to come to this Nissan of Lumberton, I love my new 2023 Nissan Rouge.

Let me just start by saying if possible, I would give these people no stars. This has got to be the worst experience and worst place I've ever purchased a vehicle from.I purchased a truck not even a year ago just made my 7th payment on it and the transmission starts slipping and I hear metal clanking as I drive it. I call and ask can I bring it in. They take a look at it and not even an hour later they're calling me back saying they don't hear anything and there is no slip. I personally rode with one of the techs and it did slip a little and you could still here the metal. Me trusting this company, the man tells me it's what they call a "Spark Knock" and that I am running cheap gas in it and that the valves are dirty (hence the sound of the metal he says). The slipping of the transmission is what he called " 10 speed transmission adjusting to different drivers" I.E me driving vs. my husband driving. Makes no sense but okay.The tech says we needed to put a fuel treatment in and run premium in it. We put a fuel treatment in with the regular 87 gas we have used for ALL vehicles we have ever owned, mind you this is a 2020 Ford F150. We let that run out than we filled it back up with premium as he suggested! The next morning the engines lights on and 8 alerts pop up on my phone "Service Engine Soon" alerting there is too much octane in it. When the tech told me it was low on octane. We take the truck back up there and they ended up keeping it for two days. Joe who was very kind to me and was sorry for the issues and very understanding and eager to fix my issues. He told me it was a recall in the system that needed to be taken care of and he would need to send it off to a ford dealership. Joe kept me updated; however, Mike calls me the second day and says we heard nothing from ford and unfortunately there is nothing we can do since it is not covered under the warranty. YES, I HAD A WARRANTY! Needless to say, Nissan of Lumberton sent me on my way and refused to help me, regardless of me paying for the absolute piece of garbage that was sold to me. Recalls should be honored and on top of that I had a warranty. Went to pick my truck up because I was fed up with these people at that point and the truck barely started and dash lit up like the fourth of July, if you get what I am saying.Please, do not buy a vehicle from them and if you think a warranty is going to help you it isn't. They do not care about their customers. They're money hungry and could care less what your issues are because they've already received their profit!

This dealership is absolutely terrible. They prey on people who aren't experts at buying cars. I made the mistake of buying my first new car here and they added on a 5 thousand dollar "marketing fee". Also the service department does not stick to their appointment times. I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 8 in the morning. I showed up at 8 and they said it's going to take over an hour and a half to change my oil because they took a bunch of people ahead of me. If I could give them zero or even negative stars, that's what I would do. Please don't buy a car here. They will take advantage and do everything they can to screw you over.

Veronda Prevatte is my mother. I bring the car for an oil change to Nissan every time it needs one. The staff is very friendly and since they ve made several changes to the staff, things get done in a more timely manner than before. The only thing I don t like is that they no longer have the complimentary vacuum and car wash with the oil change. Please bring that feature back

Every salesman has a great pitch. It s the integrity and follow up regarding buying or trading a vehicle that s important to you, and to feel like you re getting the run around!!!! You grow disinterested in furthering your business with a place you ve been loyal with. You DO NOT mishandle valuable costumers. For service work, maintenance, I ve never had a problem.

Love the service team here at LumbertonNissan! Always friendly and helpful. Matter of fact I can't think of a time that anybody wasn't friendly with me at Lumberton nissan. I have bought a couple of vehicles from this dealership and it has been always smooth sailing. I appreciate everything that Aaron and service has done for me and my husband. He has been very helpful and explains everything and much detail. It's good to be able to trust somebody at a car dealership if you know what I mean. Check Lumberton Nissan out they're always great to their customers and they keep their customers coming back!

Love the car that I bought on Saturday and everyone was very helpful. Mike was very energetic during the entire process. There were a couple of issues and one is being handled. The 2nd was there was only one key and we expressed we needed 2 keys, the salesman and Mike both indicated it would be no problem to get the 2nd key. When I called Dawn the GM to find out when I could get the key made she informed me that they could not cover the cost of the 2nd key. So that was very disheartening and I reduced the 5 star review.EDIT: Dawn reached out to me and once she realized that I was told I would get the 2nd key she made it happen. Very happy that the situation was resolved.

My salesman, Aaron Pierce, was helpful, kind, and honest. He walked me through the process easily, worked diligently with the new General Manager, Stephen Ardman. I was impressed with Mr. Ardman s care and knowledge of the Robeson county people and area as well as its core needs, but even more importantly that he was honest and was interested in earning my business in a respectful way with the purchase of the SUV. At times, car buying as a female is difficult, but these gentlemen made this a very positive experience! Thank you both!

The mechanic crew at the other garage were awesome!! The manager was rude!! I guess it was our fault that we complained 3 different times about our car not sounding right but yet no one would fix it! They claimed they couldn t hear anything either time. Then the 4th time, almost left us stranded and they could miraculously hear the problem then but yet wouldn t pay for it even though it was documented in the computer each time we made a complaint. They ll never get my business again!!
