It is alright I believe they are just hanging by threads to keep that location open. It's really sad when you walk into a business and hear the chatter of employees talking about hours getting cut back, maybe some layoffs ect. I really hope that all small, self owned, businesses start to thrive more than ever in abundance as they should.

The service was not that great I had eight people waking before me an was on no heard to get things done so I left out to go to another parts store

As a Former Employee For This Walker Napa. Really Not Much Bad To Say, Other Than Manager Need Better Know How When It Come's To Part's And Employee's Instead Of Being Money Hungry Just For a Bonus At The End Of The Year. Give Respect To Get Respect.

These guys are great! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of paint and detailing products as well as a large parts inventory. If they don't have it in stock they can get it and can even get hard to find parts!

Huge shout out to the crew here! My coworker and I broke a belt on our work truck on the highway and called the store to get one on the way. Limped our truck to the store and they made some calls and sent a driver to pick one up sooner. 45 minutes later we had our belt and were able to install it in their parking lot. They went above and beyond all while being friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Super helpful customer service. I walked in 3 minutes before closing not knowing what I needed. Treated respectfully and very accommodating. My part wasn't in stock but I'll definitely shop there in the future.

Great team, remodeling the store to serve you better. Manager is awesome! These guys will get you what you need! They can find just about anything and have a great selection of products in the store as well.

These people are crazy . They sale you parts with warranties.then when you try to use the warranty they screw you. I will not buy anything else from them and will advise anyone I know not to.
