I had been looking at the new model 2023-24 Pilots for months, went to multiple (more local to me) dealerships only to find sales reps that were unwilling to work with me. I reached out to Lumberton Honda and was quickly assured they would get me where I needed to be and that they would not lose my business based on price. I took a chance, drove an hour and 45 minutes, expecting to be disappointed I was not. Lumberton Honda delivered on every level and I could not be more satisfied with the customer service I received from Jay, among a few other folks I encountered. They were very transparent and guided me through the process with so much personal attention and patience. My previous vehicle was a 2011 Accord. Jay took so much of his time to show me all the bells, whistles and technology of the new Pilots. I will definitely make the long trek to Lumberton when I am in the market again for another vehicle. Highly recommended

I had a great experience at Lumberton Honda .again. Traded my 2013 CRV that I bought 10 years ago from Lumberton Honda for a 2024 CRV. Loy is amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles and about customers needs without being overbearing. Thanks for a great experience Loy.

I'm thrilled to share my experience with Loy and Noah at the dealership. Despite the setback of our car being stolen, they worked tirelessly to secure an amazing deal on our new Jeep Cherokee. Their dedication was evident as they jumped through hoops to ensure we drove away with a vehicle today. Every hiccup was met with a solution, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did they excel in their professional roles, but they also went above and beyond to entertain and assist my toddler throughout the entire process. My kid absolutely loved them! I'm genuinely grateful for the outstanding service provided by Noah and Loy. I look forward to purchasing another car from them when the time is right.

I had a great experience with Ms April Hunt today at the Honda dealership. She was so pleasant, friendly, and hospitable. She answered all my questions re my vehicle repair. I knew it would be more expensive coming to a dealership for repairs but Ms April gave me some options and I accepted the offer. They even took me to the Walmart while waiting. You don't get this kind of service everywhere! Service is really what you pay for and that's what I got. I'll be back and I recommend you bring your vehicle here!! Thank you Ms April!!!

I really had a great experience today at Lumberton Honda, All the information and sales Representatives were just what I needed to purchase the car I wanted and needed. Visited Lumberton Honda recently for an oil change, filter replacements, and tire rotation. Great service!! I was alerted while there that my car was out of alignment and they realigned as well. They kept me notified of what they were doing and were very courteous. Great job Honda team!!!

Had a great experience. Got there 30 minutes early and they took my car on back! In an hour and a half, they got me back on the road! Had to do a few things to it, so I understand why it took so long. Didn t mind at all! See yall at 15,000 miles

Was told hour to hour and half for service, waited over 2 hrs. Was told that another tech accidentally jumped in front to work on another vehicle. Understandable, however could have offered 10% off total for mix-up. Would have made customer(me) feel better about the situation and returning for more service.

My wife and I just bought our first, 2nd car with the help of Lumberton Honda! The hospitality and the determination of the people in this place is great! Loy and Lora helped my wife and I out. Great I had no intention of buying anything when we pulled on the lot. We just stopped by to look before I got out the car to Loy was already telling me to text drive a truck. She knew that truck inside and out. She could sell hot chocolate to people in hell. After awhile with her knowledge and sweet and funny self we where in the office buying that truck. She set everything up for me on the truck and my phone. Got insurance taken care of. Even put her phone number in her # in my phone so I could call if I needed anything. She calls me to check on me. I couldsurely tell people about the service we received at Honda.

I had a great experience at Lumberton Honda. They took very good care of me. I went to get my bulb in my driver headlight and when I got there, the girl checking me in told me that my LED light had a extended warranty on it and there was no good of me buying a bulb for the headlight when the whole light assembly would have to be replaced. I received a driver assembly headlight and a passenger assembly headlight all up under extended warranty. They were very honest with me and saved me from waisting money. Thank you so much.
