I'll tell you about my experience. So last Monday I dropped my car off to get a water pump changed out. The man there said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before he could get to it. I waited until Thursday to call and check on it. Man said it would be tomorrow(Friday) after lunch. Come Friday I called and asked out it. Man said it would be ready around 5pm. Told him I couldn't because of work and asked if they would be open tomorrow (Saturday). Man said another guy would be up here to give another customer their vehicle. Come Saturday at the time the man said he would be there. I waited 30 minutes and he never showed. On top of that I walked over to check my car out and someone had plundered though it. Besides all that hoopla it was reasonable priced. And they did apologize for everything.

Worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic! They kept my car for three days and did nothing, constantly asking me to call back every two hours for those days. When calling they won't pick up the phone, took the phone off the hook, or would pick it up and immediatly hang it up. After three days they told me they could not fix it and when I called for a tow truck to go pick it up they held my car hostage and would not take payment over the phone. They made me drive over 2 hours one way to their shop just because they could. They continued to lie to me even lied to me about what day it was. I would never trust them and feel sorry for all of the others that they have taken advantage of.

I have never left dissatisfied. The people at k land tire are very professional and friendly and they care about their customers. Our family and friends have been going there little over three years and will not go to anyone else

I always go to K-Land for the best service in town. They are friendly, experienced and, most importantly, HONEST. Can't get any better than the gentlemen at K-Land.

In my opinion it's the best place in Lumberton for automotive service, tires, alignment and much more. If these folks can't do it, they will recommend someone who will. Who does that these days? K-Land does.

They left my car out and took my money and didnt even work on my car for 2 weeks then my tags were stolen because my car was there so long and they broke my rear view mirror and tried to deny it.
