The owners son steals money from clients ordering parts or down payments on cars . It s a family owned/ family ran business but has a bad seedling taking from hard working people even the own family business! I would recommend to use a different establishment.

Awesome place! Jeff and his team are phenomenal! I called to ask about a trailer tire and she quoted me 85$ out the door. When we pulled up Jeff greeted us. He already knew why were there, immediately took our keys and spun the trailer around. The team was waiting for us and had the tire off, mounted, balanced and reinstalled in less than 30 min! Then they went one step further in the process by inspecting my 3 other trailer tires condition and pressure! This was a blessing as we had one with low pressure due to an unwanted hitchhiker, a screw! They asked if we wanted it repaired before they just did it! By the time it was all said and done we were out in under 45 minutes and for exactly 100$! I could not ask for better service or professionalism. If you are on a road trip and find yourself in need of tires around Lumberton NC, give Jeff a call. He will treat you right. But when you drive up don't be fooled because his shops sign reads "Morgan's Tires"! It's a story worth asking Jeff about! Sorry I forgot to get a photo of the sign.

I've used this place twice for all four tire change on black rims. They were careful and professional with the job. Also has nice rims and tires on sell.

Highly recomended. Was traveling on I95 when the wheel bearing melted away. These guys were great, saves me and the family from being stranded. Place seemed to be ran by father and son and they saved the day. The bearing got welded on it seemed and these guys worked hard and at night past there closing time. You can see they love and enjoy what they do. God sent us to your business and may he continued to bless your business Thank you for helping us

Amazing, fast, friendly service!! We got a flat on our way back to Florida and when my husband called them, they said they could fit us right in - wonderful! They got us a new tire and back on the road faster than anywhere I ve ever taken my car. My 2 year old son was fascinated by everything and even through they were busy they explained to him what they were doing - who knew a flat tire on a long road trip could be such a pleasant experience! Highly recommend for fast and very fair service.

We were on a road trip and got a flat tire. Its Saturday and nothing in this town was open after 1pm but luckily Jeff's was. Jeff and his staff were very personable and treated me great. The tires i needed are an off size but they had them in stock. The best part, these guys had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Yes.. 15 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd recommend them ten times over. Thanks Jeff

I travel a hour from Fayetteville to get tires for all my vehicles. I always recommend Jeff s tires to everyone. The staff are super friendly and treat you like family. And not to mention the prices are affordable. Please

I took my 2011 Impala to get my 24s mounted and they did an amazing job. Super respectful and they were upfront about everything. If you need anything from rims, tires, lifts, or anything else then you need to come here. 20 stars

Family was on road to Florida, tire blew out. SUV was towed to location. Cost for tire replacement was insane!! Googled Tire repair in Lumberton, NC. Selected Jeff's Tire & brakes, made call from Florida asking for cost and service. family drove there. GREAT PEOPLE! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PRICE for NEW TIRE!!! OUTSTANDING!!!

Jeff went above and beyond to help us. We had a tire blow out while traveling and he was the only place nearby that was open on a Saturday afternoon except Walmart which didn t have the tires we needed. Jeff drove us across the street to get food while we waited and came back to pick us up when he was done. We are extremely grateful for his kindness and quick work.

The best place in town for tire and brake service. And if u call ahead of time if it is late. They will even wait for you. That's how good there service is. All above they have respect also.

While traveling down I-95, I had a boat trailer tire shred due to bearing failure. Jeff was one of only a few tire services listed as open on Google maps for the area and the only one of those who answered his phone.He was beyond courteous, he was helpful and kind. Didn't have all I was gonna need, but he found it, picked it up and brought it all to me and fixed me up and got me on the road again in less than 2 hours from the time I called him. I paid $275 for a hub, bearings, 12 inch trailer tire and steel rim, all installed on the roadside of I-95, plus a bit of elbow grease from Jeff to fix the fender that was bent pretty badly. A fair price under the circumstances for sure.

I found my car with a flat tire at the end of school day, and into it I self-inflated enough air to be able to drive to seek a used tire business nearby. As I approached the West 5th St. FoodLion, I began looking, and my eyes fell upon what I now know to be Jeff's Tire & Brake. A young man (Junior, I heard him say of himself) met me, eager to deliver World-class service - I could hear it in his voice! While Junior verified my request, A Very Grand Lady observed me standing, and on her third pass, greeted me warmly. "Mom" Morgan was in her pit gear at the helm - seeing about everybody! Man! It really felt like family here - even not knowing who's who, I sensed great dignity among those at work in various capacities, as well as seeing very healthy camaraderie. The other women there were equally engaged in the business of the work. I will be doing business here; it is in a great location off I-95 ex.17, West 5th Street. They are well-informed personnel, sporting a fine line-up of "Rims-2-go" (pun intended!)! Our encounter revealed a "feel good" experience that I expect to return to! #LovinRobCo #RealFamilyPride #ResIpsaLocquitor

We were traveling through town and called Jeff's when our tire was damaged. He and his staff were able to give us two, new, quality tires (as we requested) and were back on the road in less than an hour. Their service exceeded our expectations.
