I Had to swap out a leaking radiator from my freightliner, everywhere I called, they told me it will take 6 to 9 hrs labor. But this guys got me back on the road in less than 4hrs. I highly recommend this shop, great mechanic. Very reliable

He has a nasty mouth and no respect for a Christian. Had my truck a month and never fixed it. And someone who was going to buy it asked him a question out of a mistake and he let his mouth override his better judgement. Instead he should have asked me and I would have told him he was mistaken. But no he blows up and cursed his way to this review.I wouldn't recommend anyone to take anything to him ever. He is the lowest of the low I have ever encountered.

This guy came to my rescue drove 45 mins away in the middle of nowhere in raefort nc to come save my maxforce box truck. Well! I visited this workhop last week to fix my DEF/DPF sensor as I found in google and the master mechanic Sam very professionally diagnosed and without wasting my time he ordered the part reprogrammed system and put me back onr road.

I give this man zero stars...he must have paid dearly for the reviews that are written singing his praises. This man preys on the unfortunate and especially the out of town northeners....he has disdain for us. He took my son and family at their most vulnerable...and ripped us off of over $11000. Charged us for a transmission he said our motorhome needed and then his labor cost was over 4200!!! Then..after 100 miles the motorhome crapped out again making the exact same noise...which he knew was going to happen. He now screens our calls...doesn't answer the phone...and has no voice mail to leave any message. Now we have another expenditure. I have contacted my attorney..he hasn't heard the last of us...do not use this man. He's a thief...and does not stand behind his work. And he hates northeners...just fyi...Service: Transmission

Brandon is amazing. We had a Guage problem related to the turbo on our RV. He took us right in, and in a short while had the problem solved. Other places wanted us to wait a week. We were totally impressed with his ability and personality! His wife is in the office and is lovely. We felt like family before we left. Highly recommend!!

Brandon saved saved my butt at the drop of a hat. Came out asap to address a fuel line issue. Couldn't source the correct part, so he used one of his contacts to make a CUSTOM line. Part has been on the truck for a week and it's still flawless. Great guy, great customer service, great mechanic.

Brandon is definitely one of your good guys !! a few weeks ago, my buddy and i had some "bad fuel" problems, and Big B's Auto mobile went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out ! although he was already working on another truck at the time, Bandon hooked us up with the things we needed to get started and he kept checking on us til he was able to fix the other truck and then join us to get us up and running !! the sun was going down and i know he wanted to get home, but he stayed with us to get us back on the road. all he wanted was for us to pay it forward !! God bless that man and im thankful there are still people out there willing to help out someone in need !

Great guy to work with and very professional along with being prompt with his ETA. Very knowledgeable and helpful with anything you ask about your equipment. I definitely recommend him for any type of work on your heavy duty truck. Big B save me a lot of money.

July 3rd, a Sunday! Struck a truck tire, that struck my fuel filter. Brandon (of Big BS Truck Servicing), not only found the replacement, showed up, horns-a-blarin', to replace the faulty unit, but also took care of a leaky air hose that was acting up. All that while brother Brandon took in the sweltering heat (90s) and with the most jovial of smiles, throughout. Thanks again and will refer and support anytime.
