Squirrels ate through some of the wiring under the hood of my car. Toyota wanted to charge me $200 to run a diagnostic in addition to any actual repairs, parts, or labor. Justice Automotive fixed the problem and I got a full synthetic oil change for $260 out the door. Very happy with the service I received and will return if anything else goes wrong and for routine maintenance. $60 for full synthetic oil change in 2024 cannot be matched unless you are doing it manually. Great place!!

Always proffetional, so far we've only had to use them for NC inspections.When we will need a mechanic which I'm sure we will with 5 cars. We will definitely use Justice.

I took my vehicle there they were very honest they checked it out and told me exactly what I needed before they even begin the repairs and what the prices were oh I will take my vehicle there from now on those guys are honest and they re good to deal with

I was so impressed with Justice tire and automotive , I have been looking for a new place to take my car in case I had any trouble , someone suggested Justice tire and automotive, my steering wheel locked up on me today they took me right on in very nice and professional and actually started looking at my car right away, thank goodness it was not nothing major just a tension bolt came loose fixed it and did not even charge me. I'm so thankful for them!! . THANK YOU GUYS!! I will definitely be back

These guys are amazing! I cannot tell you how helpful they have been. When a dealership tried to charge us double, almost triple and we had to have our vehicle towed multiple times, we ended up with Justice and they were life savers! Reasonable price, fast service, treat you like a human being, honest and helpful, amazing teamwork these guys! I will be using them for all of our cars from now on. As a matter of fact, I am taking my sons Honda to them tonight! So thankful for this auto shop treasure in a world of money hungry gimmes! I really like these guys!! They do good work & don't rip you off!!! I am disabled so they even help me out by checking the air in my tires and putting some in if needed, free of charge! Good people! They always treat me with respect, make me feel comfortable & cared for!

I was in accident recently and ever since the repairs were completed at a body shop In Winston there was a strange clunking sound when I would make turns. I took my car to justice tire and automotive and they were very kind and fast working. They were able to see the problem. Had I continued to drive it I could have been seriously hurt. All due to negligence of the original body shop. So very thankful to Justice for not giving up and fixing my car. 10/10 would recommend this business!!!!

I couldn t be more satisfied with this business and the way they took care of me and my car issues. I took my Nissan Murano to at least four different shops and the dealership itself, all telling me there was nothing they could do to fix my engine. But Justice solved the issue and did so quickly and at an amazing price. They explained my options and quoted prices for each as well as helping me to understand what it was they were saying as I m not a car person at all. My daughter brought her car to Justice due to a loud clunking sound her car was making ever since a body shop did work on it from an accident. Jason was super kind and informative. The shop, after looking deep into the issue without giving up, made the diagnosis that potentially saved my daughter's life. Bolts were never tightened on the main subframe holding her engine in her car. We could not be more grateful. Justice didn't even charge my daughter and also offered to double-check it in a week. Super grateful to them. Have been using them for years!!

These guys were awesome! We had drove nearly two hours to fish on High Rock Lake and ran into some electrical issues. These guys helped diagnose our battery problem so we could get a new battery installed. They even allowed us to leave the boat at their shop for a couple hours so our new battery could charge. Thanks to them our fishing day wasn t ruined!

I have heard stories about this place, so I had to make the drive all the way from Charlotte! They are some real stand-up guys!! Met the owner and he does care about the Family business. Don't hesitate to come to a real mechanic!!!!

Trustworthy, honest and reasonable. This shop has it all. They replaced the engine in our truck and have it running better than it has in years. They were honest with us about the cost and any issues they found. They kept us update about any delays that were out of their control and didn t overcharge us. They back up their work with a warranty and make sure you are happy. I can t say enough wonderful things about this shop. We are so thankful for Jason and Justice Automotive for all they have done for us.Service: Engine repair

This place is awesome with great people who do great work for a fair price. I brought my Nissan Pathfinder in to have it checked something was wrong with it and not running well. So they said it would be a a few days before they can get to it. Unfortunately, I use this vehicle for work amd hauling my equipment so I told him I cant wait that long Im sorry have to bring it back. Well he called me back that day amd said they looked at it amd can fix it and will have it back to me the next day so thats what we did. Let me tell you they went over and beyond to accommodate me and they did an awesome job for a good price amd Im extremely happy and I will be a customer for life cause these days its hard to find a good honest mechanic but, I found one here!

Justice Automotive has been very responsive and helpful when my family has needed car repairs. They have made recommendations for repairs based upon things that are actually needed, not trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't actually need. I have found their prices to be fair and their work to be of high quality. I will continue to utilize them for my automotive repair needs, and would recommend them to you.

One of the first questions when beginning a Google review is "Did you use this business?" There should be an option to select "I tried." Based on all the great reviews, we called Justice last week for an appointment for a minor repair. The gentleman who answered the phone said it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could get to it, and said to bring in the car between 8 and 9 on Monday (today). No information was requested - name, phone number, etc. But we thought...ok, good folks, laid back - maybe all they need to know is someone is coming and when, and they'll take care of us. My son arrived around 8:45 (having arranged for someone to follow him there so he could leave the car). Doors were locked and no one was there. He called and no one answered. I had him leave the car with the key under the mat and call when he got home. He left the car, called for 3 hours with no answer. Needless to say, we have gone back and picked up the car and gone elsewhere. So no - we did not use this business, and half a day wasted. Very disappointing. I was looking forward to doing business with Justice - hoping they might become our "go to guy" for car repairs. I have no doubt they are everything all the great reviews say, and my review is based on my experience only. I'm sure what I experienced was just the result of a hiccup somewhere along the way, but very inconvenient. Based on today, I'll never have the confidence in this business to call them back. I feel like we really missed out on a good thing, but....moving on.

Really good work, and fast. Honest about what your car needs. They don't try and sell you stuff you don't need. Price was a couple hundred dollars less than what was quoted. Saved me money. Have used them several times for towing. Always fast and go out of their way to help. Pulled me from the side of the highway when I had two busted tires. Fixed my tires sensor and put new tires on and got it back same day. Apparently the mechanic misdiagnosed repair for my van that over heated. Owner refunded the bill however now the mechanic advises I need a junk yard engine. He came to my home a lot over several months, we texted a lot and negotiated a lot. Because of the pandemic I agreed to more time to settle.Today he told me he no longer works there. I am omitting public details of his house calls.I tried to cut my loss by offering my van for sale on Marketplace. No buyer. Mechanic offered a low price for his friend. Mechanic was in need of a vehicle for himself.While the owner didn't work on my van I feel his company is responsible for his mechanic properly fixing my van. I do appreciate the refund for the failed repair. However I was told the mechanic could fix my van for the agreed price. Now it appears I have a blown engine and I refuse to pay an additional $3,000+.The mechanic offered I could take my van back to the shop to wait on repair or sell. I refused. He offered to take it to his home however his home status changed. I cannot allow him to transition at my home. Meanwhile my van remains broke down in my driveway.Blurred lines...I need a mechanic nothing more.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

These guys were professional and courteous. They explained in full detail all the things that were wrong with my vehicle and even brought out the parts that were bad to show me the what was wrong with them and why they needed to be fixed. The pricing was fair and honest. I would definitely bring my 2012 kia soul back to them for future repairs.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I live just 1 mile from Justice Tire and Auto. I needed to be somewhere, but apparently I left my dome light on for many hours and my car wouldn t start. Since they are so close, and I was in a hurry, I called and asked them if they could come and jump my battery off.I expected it to cost me around $20.00. I was wrong! I was told that it was considered a road call and his mechanics expected to be paid for an hour and it would be $50.00. It was more than double what I expected, but I must say they came quickly, got it going, and I was on the road in short order. (Probably 15 minutes ... just sayin)

Please do not take your car here.I HAD a 96 Toyota 4 Runner which I LOVED. An ignition coil had gone bad but I wanted to be sure this was the issue so I took it here for a diagnostic test. After dropping it off on a Wednesday I had to call back the following Monday because I had not heard anything back. The first thing I hear is okay it s ready! Ready?! Wait... I only wanted a test.. the repairs were around $200 so I wasn t too upset by it. I could have done the job for 39.99 and one hour of my own time, but it s my only car and it had already been 5 days. So I authorized a new set of breaks and rotors with an oil change totaling $500 including the $200 unauthorized repairs. After getting the car back Monday evening I noticed the exhaust was smoking/steaming A LOT for summer temperatures. 2 days later it over heats and the check engine light is back on. After doing some research and one more test I discovered I had a blown head gasket. I have NEVER driven that car while hot. I have NEVER had radiator issues. And sure as heck didn t have anything else going on either. So again I drop it off for a test to begin with, catch $200 dollars of unauthorized charges, have an oil change sticker that says changed at 259K miles and it has almost 290k miles, and low break fluid because they didn t check it after the break job, and get my car back totaled because of a blown head gasket! Am I sayin they blew the heads, no I can t prove that. After calling them back they agreed to refund $200 ONLY IF THEY CAN GET THE PARTS BACK OUT. And I still have a totaled car.PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION HERE.

I just moved to High Rock Lake, and were having overheating problems with my GMC 3500 dually.The guys really helped me out, really good pricing and very quality work!Highly recommended if you need work done in the Southmont area!

I strongly recommend staying away from here. They said i need two ball joints and i told them to back my truck out so i could leave and two guys surrounded me and told me to leave. When i was walking away the guy pushed me in the back. They failed my truck and said i need both ball joints. I left and went down the street to a different shop and had the truck inspected by them and it didn't need any ball joints. It was only missing a dust boot. These guys at justice automotive can't be trusted. They will lie and cheat just to make an extra buck.

They have made repairs on my Scion xB, Dodge pickup, Plymouth Breeze & Volkswagen Cabrio. Prompt, friendly, honest, quality service @ fair/low pricing. I will NOT go anywhere else.
