I had the pleasure of doing business here today and let me just say that I was very satisfied. Eric was very polite and professional but he absolutely was not a typical used car salesman. There was no sales pitch, no pushy gimmicks just a very laid back, straight forward experience. I found a fantastic car at an unbeatable price. Also I d like to say that all of the cars I tried out were very clean and actually gave me confidence in what I was getting. If you are looking for a car you can t go wrong here.

Just to add to comments. Eric Definity not your typical owner/salesman. He will go over entire Carfax right there with you. Had a window motor go and they fixed it before I drove off the lot. I went to EVERY used car dealer in Lenoir and this is the only place I would recommend. They have something for every level of buyer.Thanks

I would like to take the time to review Foothills Auto Mart. This is NOT your ordinary run of the mill, sleazy, dirty, dishonest used car lot. Eric and his team are so far and above professional that it is crazy. Eric was very courteous over the phone and by text before we made the TWO-HOUR drive to come look at a vehicle. We made an appointment with Foothills Auto Mart for 9am on Monday Memorial Day. As we arrived our car was parked up front, backed in and very clean. After a brief introduction, my wife and I were in the vehicle and off on a test drive. We returned knowing we had found our car. Eric did not try to play any games with us with the price or the car. He was very upfront about anything and not pushy or pressuring in any way. Gave us a great price on the car and a fair price for our trade. By 10am we were done and are the proud owners of a 2011 Mercedes Benz ML350 well it is for my wife as an anniversary present. It is my honor to give my highest recommendation to Foothills Auto Mart. Friendly, Courteous, Fast, Honest, Fair and Easy to Deal with. If you do not look at Foothills Auto Mart for a great quality Pre-owned vehicle, then you are missing out. I'm not sure what alternate universe the folks that have left negative reviews here are from but my experience with Eric and Buddy here was the best I've ever had from any dealership I've ever dealt with. I contacted them about a Nissan Titan that had been posted on their website with no photos. As it turned out, the truck was only traded in the day before. I am an OTR truck driver and not only did Eric hang on to the truck so I could look at it first, he was very professional about the entire process. I put a deposit down on the truck, and bought it a week later due to a holiday and my schedule. The check engine light came on halfway home on me and when I called and let him know, he took care of the issue despite the truck being sold "as is no warranty."I am VERY happy with the purchase and the experience and I will happily refer other people to this establishment. I bought my daughters first car with Eric. He was super nice, professional, and very easy to work with. He had several to choose from in my price range and made it easy for me. He even helped me install a new radio for my daughter! Great dealership, Buddy and Eric are really great to work with!UPDATE: I bought my daughters second car with Eric and Buddy. The car was priced right and they gave me a great price on trade. I would recommend them to everyone. Great dealership!!! Five stars on both transactions.

I just got a truck and it is extremely nice and im extremely pleased one of the best experiences I have ever had with any dealerships I have dealt with. Thank you Eric very much for the great truck and experience. Oh and I drove all the way from Greeneville, Tenn and would do it again everyday day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Bought a 2013 F150 Lariat from them in May of 2022. Noticed two things when I first come to look at the truck. 1. Large chip in the windshield and 2. Some water stains in the headliner of the cab. I mentioned both of these to Eric. Eric went and looked at the windshield and liner and said they would REPLACE the windshield and that the leak into the headliner would be resolved before I picked up the vehicle. Now that I have driven it through winter I can very easily see where they hired someone to put an epoxy on the chip in the windshield that turned white over the cold winter, and the headliner has gotten wet in heavy rains. Crooks, liars, and thieves. Take your business and money somewhere else where they keep to their word.

Bought an Expedition in 2020 from here and it was such a good experience. No pushy sales man, my husband and I took the car for a test drive alone. Great prices and it s been a great car! Would definitely buy from here again.

My daughter has been looking for. Subaru Forester for about 6 months. She found it at Foothills. Eric was super classy, not pushy in the least bit which we both greatly appreciated. I personally hate beings hounded at car dealerships. We walked away to think about it and called back the next day to ask him to hold it for us. The entire process was so effortless And perfect. My daughter is thrilled and I am super happy for her. Thank you Eric for making her first car purchase so uneventful.

I purchased a VW GTI from Foothills Auto recently and I LOVE the car. Buddy was my salesman. He was very pleasant, not pushy, and made me a great deal. I knowingly purchased the car AS IS with no warranty. After driving my car for a few weeks, a oil leak developed. I called Buddy to pick his brain about this leak. He told me to bring my car back to him and he would have it repaired. Not only did he repair my car at his expense, he gave me the keys to another one of his cars as a loaner while mine was being repaired!!! The other salesman, Eric, kept me informed of what was being repaired on my car and the time frame of the repair. Buddy and Eric deliver better service on a used car with no warranty than you will ever receive at a new car dealership on a car costing three or four times as much. Buddy and Eric of Foothills Auto defy every stereotype of a used car dealer. They are good, honest, caring, considerate, honorable business men. I am a customer of theirs for life.

Foothills is rated AAA and given 5 stars by us. Eric and Buddy are the best. Never pushy, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and always listens to the customers about what they want and are looking for. Thank you for your sales we have enjoyed our choices and the service you provided. We will highly recommend your Auto Mart to all our friends and family!

Hey I believe this place is a crooked business cause it's kinda funny they sold a lemon that keeps coming back to them 42 times cause I don't a report look up and I know that it was saying it was bad they don't even care about people they just want money creekside is crooked to I wished people would find Jesus Christ but I wouldn't buy Nothing from this car lot... they don't even know how to claim there business... just seems like everyone is only out for their Selfs anymore..... I'll Pray for All of yall

Couldn t have had a better experience with Eric Martin. We were looking for a van, and he had exactly what we wanted within days. The buying process was seemless, and he answered all our questions and concerns. The van was immaculate when we picked it up. I now know why Eric was voted Best Car Salesman of Caldwell County!

My wife and I came to their lot hoping to purchase a vehicle a couple days ago. We walked around for close to 20 minutes and not one soul came out to see if we needed help. We had just left work so we weren't in our Sunday best but it would have been nice to have been acknowledged. Later that day we purchased a vehicle from another car lot.

I CALLED ON A FRIDAY HAD THEM RUN MY CREDIT WAS APPROVED CALLED SATURDAY MORNING SAID I WAS APPROVED TOLD THEM I WAS COMING DROVE UP THERE AND THEN I WAS TOLD IT WAS SOLD WOULD NOT TAKE A WASTED INQUIRY OFF MY CREDIT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
