Ultimate Body Shop had my truck for almost 9 weeks after being told it would be ready same week it was dropped off. Today FINALLY got truck back. Third door scrubbed when being opened/closed. This wasn't the case when it was taken to them. Also paint did not match. They did take the time to take it back to the body shop to align door. After almost 9 weeks of being inconvenienced and told multiple lies, we are DONE with Ultimate and do not recommend. Maybe new owners we run the business better.

They did so great for our sons car. Like new again. Mother-in-law was in an accident a couple weeks later, they had someone there in just a few minutes.

This place is outstanding! I was referred by my mom after they had gotten her in and out with a front bumper replacement that looks brand new. A couple weeks later, I had to have my back bumper replaced. They're so friendly, helpful, and efficient. The new bumper looks AMAZING and they even cleaned my car inside and out. Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

There is nothing like these guys! They were very professional and kind. I was involved in a serious car accident in January 2023. My vehicle should have been totaled. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. Because of Covid, it took a while for it to be repaired. I had reached my limit regarding the rental after a month, and they were so gracious to provide me with a loaner vehicle until my car could be repaired. The company treats you as more than a customer, but as a member of the family. In the future, I will be returning to them for all my automotive needs.

Very professional and excellent service. My wife and I have hit quite a few deer of the past years with different vehicles and we have always had David and his crew handle it for us. I am very curious about the vehicles we own and wouldn t take them anywhere else. Service is quick and looks brand new when you get them back. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Ultimate came highly rated from State Farms list of business, as well at found online reviews. Based on the good reviews, I chose them over Team Chevy of Goldsboro and Deacon Jones, which also had similar reviews and recommendations. While I did have a few customer service concerns pertaining to lack of communication, expected delivery date, and paint damage found on the area of repair, the staff at Ultimate made efforts to address and rectify my concerns and made things right with me. I would return again and would give them another chance at having my business.

My family always uses the Ultimate body shop for all our body work. David is very honest and easy to work with. Never had a problem with any of the work done! Highly recommend

this place is a joke, I had my car repaired here, I had to have some seals replaced around the rear quarter window, a dent removed, and a window put back on track. when I was first there they told me three days, when I returned they told me two more days, then finally called me and said it was done, when I got there I noticed my rear window was tinted a different color and I showed him. he said we don't tint windows so you can take it somewhere else and I will pay you back. I needed my vehicle at the time so I was going to head back to work, so as I started to back out of the parking spot I started to roll down the window and it came off track and fell into the door. so me very aggravated I told him I would get a ride back to work just to fix my car. a few days later I get a call again to return to pick up my car ,window still wrong tint the door handle is hard to pull, the place where the dent was has waves in it, but I seriously needed my car so I took it. it has been about 3 months now and I carried my car back up here due to paint peeling on the same side of my spoiler this literally is right next to where they painted, and I spoke to him he said he didn't touch my spoiler but clearly had pictures of where my spoiler had been removed from the car, I have no issues at all with any other section of my car other than the section they worked on.

I hit a deer on the driver side door, I made it clear to David that I did not want my car to be noticed that it's been wrecked, he promised me that it wouldn't...when I got my car back it was raining and hard to noticed later I start noticing the door was off colors on my new Chevy Impala, plus I'm constantly asked...who painted your car, they done a dirty job!!!! I agree yess they did do a dirty job!!!! Plus I didn't get my car back until over a month for what...cause they definitely rush the job!!! I will never ever go there again!!! ***UPSET CUSTOMER***

I'm retracting what I said about prices being high. I didn't look carefully and was replying to a garris auto shop. The ultimate body shop has good prices and I look forward to getting any of my vehicles done in the future from there. my apologies for writing a bad review.

They have repaired my vehicles on several occasions, one of my vehicles is a Toyota 4 runner, very complicated vehicle, both times they repaired it, I could not tell there was any damages to the truck, they do an excellent job every time they repair my vehicles, they are very respectful, friendly and professional people, they work wonders!!
