I cannot praise Jeff Woods enough for his exceptional service during our car buying experience. From start to finish, Jeff made what is often a nerve-racking process feel comfortable and stress-free. This was my first visit to Massey Toyota and I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied. This was honestly the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Anthony Patrick, my salesman went above and beyond to make sure I got the best car and deal! I love my new 2017 Camry XLE and Brad made the finance part quick and easy! I will definitely be a long term customer through Toyota Massey!

Anthony was/is awesome to work with. He s one of the most knowledgeable salespersons I ve ever met. I purchased a 2022 Limited Highlander and then traded for a 2023 Platinum Sequoia, both purchased from him and he was so informative about both vehicles. I still contact Anthony now when I have questions about my Sequoia and I always stop in to see him when I have my vehicles serviced. I would highly recommend Anthony Patrick to everyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. He and Earl close the deal and make sure you re happy with your purchase from start to finish and even after the sale.

Happy Birthday to me! My experience with working with the team at Massey was great. Everyone was very patient and helpful. There was no feelings of pressure or stress. Everyone from James and Brad to Don and the Cowboy Frank were great to work with. We even had the pleasure of talking to Ashley. Thanks to all of for helping me get into my beautiful Venza. The process of buying the car from afar was less stressful because of this team.

Nothing but five stars here. Michael Martin made this experience the easiest and he was the most helpful. I would recommend Michael to anyone who is needing a new car. He ll dedicate himself to make sure you get what you need and want. His customer service was impeccable. This was my first visit to Massey Toyota and I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied. My best car buying experience ever. The teamwork of Anthony Patrick (sales) and Brad Connerton (finance) made it remarkably easy thanks to their friendliness, experience and knowledge. Thanks to their hard work, I was able to buy a new car and truck. And I loved how they treated me more like a friend than a customer. Nothing but respect for them. As Arnold Schwarzenegger said "I'll be back".

James was great. He answered all of our questions, took his time and made sure we were respected as customers. He never pressured us to make a sale but instead made us feel comfortable throughout the whole buying process. Definitely recommend James and the Massey team as a whole for a great car buying experience. If you are interested in a Toyota you should definitely give them a shout.

My experience with Massey Toyota was nothing short of fantastic! I had the privilege to work the Terry who helped me do most of my business over the phone. For a working, mom of two, that meant the world. It was fast and fair! He knew my bottom dollar and he and Ashley, the finance guy, made it work! I had previously gone to bigger dealerships that apparently didn't want my business. So for me and my family Massey is where we will get our Toyota s. Great working with you Terry and Ashley!

I highly recommend Anthony and Massey Toyota in Kinston. Anthony was very knowledgeable and very helpful.Both Anthony and the sales manager made sure that I got a great deal on a used vehicle that will work well for my family. I have worked with other dealers over the years and will always come back to Massey due to the great service. If you need a new or used vehicle, I would definitely recommend Massey and Anthony.

Can I give a thousand stars? I live an hour and a half away from Massey Toyota and they made everything about buying my Toyota Highlander hybrid the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I had two cars to trade in and Randy Kelly and Mike Martin took great care of me, even delivering my new car and taking my two old cars.I ve had my Highlander over a month now and it is perfection. I am only going to buy cars from Massey because it is such a pleasure

Habitual four time buyer lol I'm guilty. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Terry Nobles is the man you need to see. He's honest, respectful, and trust worthy unlike most he's not chasing the dollar. He will bend backwards to get you what you need. Ashley Thompson is a Finance Specialist and he will make those numbers work plus he's straight up honest up with you. If you need a need a reliable vehicle with the red carpet rolled out(not literally lol) Terry Nobles and Ashley Thompson are the only two people you need to know. Come be a part of the Massey Family, I'm glad I did years ago!

After buying several vehicles at Massey, working with Anthony Patrick on each purchase, my wife and I went back to get a RAV4 Prime to replace her aging car. We worked with Anthony again, of course, and he was, as he always has been, excellent well informed and therefore informative for us, and so generously giving of his time and interest to ensure that we were kept updated on our ordered vehicle as well as fully prepared before we drove if off the lot. Whatsmore, Massey has no dealer upcharge or market adjustment to worry about. I cannot recommend Anthony Patrick and Massey highly enough.

We just purchased a 2024 RAV4 from Anthony Patrick! We could not have dreamed of a better experience! He treated us like a family member!! And we got our vehicle below MSRP! He took time to thoroughly explain the gadgets on our new Woodland Edition Hybrid and help my wife set up Apple Car Play. When we came to pick the vehicle up it was detailed and full of gas!! Anthony and all the folks at Massey are PROS!!!!!!

Decided after 15 years & 310K on my current Camry, it was time for an upgrade. I went back to the dealership I purchased my first Camry 15 years ago (located in Durham) and received nothing but a run around no return calls. After looking on TrueCar Military, I came across this 2019. After my personal inspection, I stepped inside and James asked did I need any help. After a 10 mile test drive, trading military stories, and back and forth negotiations, we reached a price we both were satisfied with. Needless to say, James was down to earth, personal, professional, and funny in his own Kinston way. Thanks again James for a great car buying experience!

I worked with James from Massey Toyota in Kinston. He was fair when I tried to negotiate. The part that shocked me is how they went the extra mile to sell me this vehicle. This was my first time but we did all the paper work by text, phone and I completed the paper work upon deliver. Yes, they delivered it to my house (2 hours away). The only thing that was weird is the financing, no disrespect to James, because he does not make the rules. The 2023 RAV 4 Hybrid had 1.9 % financing but not the 2024 (some weird 6-10% and I have excellent credit). WEIRDGood Job James, I love the blue color and the new ride.

Best time purchasing a vehicle. Needed a vehicle tonight. Point blank. My dad called Jeff Woods, bada-bing bada-boom, Jeff did his thing and got me into a 2018 4 runner, tonight in less than 3 hours. I will honestly say the vibe was awesome, everyone was smiling, laughing and Ashley Thompson (finance) was awesome and super helpful. Jeff Woods is so awesome and I d do business with him any day! I had the opportunity to work with James Hedgepeth during a recent car buying experience at Massey Toyota Kinston, NC. I was unexpectedly in the market for a Toyota after a car accident. I felt for sure I wouldn t be able to get back what I had lost and therefore didn t have much enthusiasm. Turns out not only did I get to replace my Toyota, but it ended up being a wonderful experience. James listened to my concerns and was forthright in his dealings. I appreciated his work ethic and patience. He went the extra mile by helping me set up Bluetooth, adjusting some vehicle accessories to my liking and sending me off with a full tank of gas and a smile. The new Toyota has everything I want and more and I truly believe the value is there and I got a good deal. No buyer s remorse here. Working with James really turned a negative event into a positive, joyful experience. They always say the windshield is bigger than the rearview mirror.

I drove an hour to Massey Toyota in Kinston to be greeted by Mr Terry Nobles. From the first meeting to the last he was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel pressured. He was able to find exactly what I was hoping for in a brand new car! Throughout the process he kept me updated on where my car was in regards to production and delivery. He made things super convenient as well, offering to deliver my car when I couldn't make the drive. I highly recommend Terry, he made the experience of car buying enjoyable and fun!
